This place is amazing. Great place to lay your head down. Anthony was amazing during my booking. Give that man a raise.

Initially cool good front staff but awkward inside with patrons and run down bbq, game tables, and facilities. Didn't use bed sheets because didn't smell clean. Parking in back by strip club Talk of the Town, unsafe. Fees were expensive compared to Sin City next door. Good for quick, short nights sleep.

My neighbors belongings were in the isles due to lack of space. If you don't have a bottom bunk, you have NO storage.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The rooms aren't nearly as spacious as they appear in their ads. I can understand, at 6'10", I'm not an ideal candidate for bunk beds so no big surprise there. There was less than 2 feet distance between beds in the isles. Parking is $5 a day for an unsecured gravel lot. They don't actually have disabled parking, as it was rudely explained by a short African American woman with tons of negative demeanor my entire stay...good thing I only paid for 2 days. The rest of the staff were fairly pleasant. Not sure what her problem was but it was my birthday vacay so I didn't really care! They have very spacious common and kitchen areas. They say no guest are allowed but dude was bringing in a couple girls at a time, IJS‍ The front desk was totally fine with it.

I combed through the ad and confirmation emails and texts...it says NOTHING about these. I contacted the hotel again. They said I must take it up with the agency/site purchased on. Classic. What does the agency say? Take it up with the hotel! So, we attempt to just cancel the room bc we aren't going to pay hidden charges (illegal much?). Am I able to? NO! There is NO option to, and when I contact them, again, it's the same fiasco. Also, the hotel name was The Yellow Penthouse, LLC, in Las Vegas Nevada. AGODA.com is the travel site.

It is great for homeless people who can afford a night indoors. Checking in is difficult with the Manager living across the street with the most annoying little dogs who bark non stop. I had to yell out the window a few times to shut them up. They still bark away. They ask for a $100 deposit after you book online and will run your card at your room. The rooms are very small with a single bed and a cheap frame that moves. It will not stay close to the wall so be aware of this. Also you share a bathroom with many other people so you may have to wait awhile. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom so remember to bring your own in the room. go figure. The walls are thin so you hear every little noise and the doors bang shit at all hours. I had a cleaning person enter my room while I was naked on the bed. So between the Manager coming to your door for a deposit, barking dog, staff entering your room was a little to much and I had to check out early and find a normal hotel. If you're strapped for money then this will be an experience for 1 night. Again this is not a hotel but a house that has a lot of rooms they rent out cheap. I just didn't feel safe especially at night. It has a fancy name and that;s about it. I appreciate the manager trying to be proactive on my complaints and checking me out. It's just unfortunate that my stay wasn't the best.

However, the next day we were required to leave those suites and move into our original rooms--which were not comparable to what we had booked. The replacement room I was given was in poor condition and did not match the quality of what was originally reserved. As someone with a disability, I explained that moving multiple times and adjusting to a lower-quality room created unnecessary difficulty. I asked to remain in the upgraded room until a proper accommodation was available, but that request was dismissed. The interaction with the supervisor felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the situation worse. What could have been handled with basic customer care instead left me feeling overlooked. This experience did not meet expectations, especially given that the issue started with the hotel not having our reserved rooms available.

This place saved my butt and was only $280 for two nights. Normally that would be highway robbery in Vegas, but they saved me a ton of money and I'm grateful for that. They were also quite accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and park the car on the premises longer than my stay. There are close bus stops that take you down to the Strip and LV Convention Center which works well if you are familiar with public transit. No problem with communication and there is coffee in the reception area. The rooms themselves are sparsely furnished but quite clean. There is cable TV and Wifi works reasonably well. I could have used some hangers or have been told to bring hangers but otherwise not a big deal. There is some noise at night and climate control is a little inconsistent but nothing that can't be managed with windows and earplugs. As expected, the showers are the busiest in the morning but they are practically deserted past 9 pm or so. Make sure you lock the doors because they don't lock on their own and some unsavory residents (down on their luck types) have walked by and tried the door. Take your usual precautions and you should be fine.

While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. Maybe even walk around the quaint streets and have some ice cream after your ride.

For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!
