I was torn between the Crispy Butter Sea Salt Caramel and the Golden Oreo Cookies & Cream, so I asked the friendly guy at the window for his recommendation. Without hesitation, he said the Golden Oreo was the one and wow, he did not steer me wrong. That cookie was everything I didn't know I needed soft, rich, and stuffed with the most heavenly cheesecake filling that was to die for. It was indulgent in the best way, and since the cookies are huge, it took me a couple of days to finish it (worth every bite!). You order from a window, which gives it a cool walk-up dessert bar vibe. There's also outdoor seating with benches along the sidewalk if you want to sit and enjoy the moment. Whether you're just wandering the plaza or craving something sweet, Blueprint Cookie is definitely worth the stop. I'll be back to try that Sea Salt Caramel one next!

Love the amount of chocolate chips, flavor, and dough. So soft, semi sweet and rich in flavor. Rainbow over bedrock- surprisingly delicious! It was the last one we chose and it may actually be my favorite of the four. The dough is delicious, it has a milky (maybe, it's a glaze) which is the right balance of sweet and the the crunch of the rainbow cereal really give a perfect balance of all the flavors. Oreo brownie cheesecake- probably my second favorite. So delicious the flavors, the cheesecake topping- could have used slightly less of, just overpowers and takes away from the cookie and the cookie Oreo topping. It tastes good, but it's very overpowering. Lastly- the cinnamon one- also a delicious dough- the cinnamon center is awesome and the light swirl for the icing is nice. Cinnamon roll- caramel topping- my husbands favorite of all the treats. He liked the balance of all the flavors and loved the caramel icing- said it was perfect when warmed. I tried the cinnamon roll with the white frosting (can't remember its flavor)- And I hated it. I don't think the cinnamon sugar was sweet or noticeable enough to call it a cinnamon roll: the dough was soft- but again, not enough cinnamon/sugar flavor. And the icing was awful. And because it was soft thick and so much- it just overpowered every bite. I tried two bites and tossed it out. As of writing this two days later, we still have cookies left (just trying maybe a quarter of two cookies in a single serving) and they still taste great. We removed them from the box, and stored individually in air tight containers. We reheat them about 20-24 seconds on our microwave, power level 6 and they taste great (the box did say to reheat in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes but we have not done that lol). The cookies are so large and the flavors are so strong, I could not see eating one whole cookie at a time. 1/4 of two is perfect- it's like a half of a cookie and that quenches our taste for something sweet!
