I went in for microblade brow services and unfortunately the result was uneven. The appointment…read moretook place in a shared room where another client was receiving a facial, so the room was dark. A lamp was used for the microblading, and after the service when I got home I noticed asymmetry in my brows. When I brought this up, I was told the correction would require an additional follow-up fee for this semipermanent eyebrow work that I had already paid for. It's not like it will grow back they are shaped unevenly with semi permanent color. Which During the conversation, it was also stated that I had raised this issue before, which was not true. I clarified that this was my first time bringing up this concern and even sent dated photos of her previous work to show that the unevenness was specific to the most recent service only. Despite that, the situation continued to be framed as a recurring issue rather than addressing the current result. I was disappointed because I had good experiences previously and trusted her work. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed further and will be having the issue corrected elsewhere. I'm sharing this for transparency so others are aware of how lighting conditions, corrections, and communication are handled. So this doesn't happen to you too. It's honestly disappointing that I had to experience this. Especially when a business is trying to charge to fix a service that had already been paid for.

Glad I did! My brows are gorgeous ! I can't stop staring at them . One thing that I didn't see in any review was the price . If you are a student like me and like to see prices before hand ( because we always broke lol) here it goes . So for first time customers , I was told it was $65. Once you become a returning customer , the varies from $45-50. I didn't know the prices prior to the appointment . I found out after I got them done . Good thing I had just gotten paid or else I would of looked like a fool with no money lol . In all honesty , yes it was a bit expensive for me . I am use to the $7 places but let's face it , that's why I went to her ! Because those places messed up my brows . I'll have to save money for my brows !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenni. We came in for my teenage daughter's very first…read moreeyebrow shaping, and as a mom, I was probably more nervous about it than she was. I wanted someone who would understand that this wasn't about changing her face or giving her a completely new brow shape, I just wanted her natural brows gently cleaned up and preserved. Jenni was absolutely incredible from the moment we met her. She listened to everything we wanted, explained exactly what she was going to do before she did it, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and included throughout the entire appointment. She was incredibly careful and conservative with her brows and somehow managed to make them look polished and beautiful while still looking completely like HER. Nothing was overdone, nothing was too thin, and nothing felt "grown up" or inappropriate for a teenager. It was exactly what I had hoped for. But what really made the experience special was Jenni herself. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, warmest, most personable people you could meet. She wasn't simply providing a service, she was caring for my daughter. She talked to her, reassured her, made her laugh, explained things to her, and treated her with so much kindness and patience. You can immediately tell that she cares deeply about the people sitting in her chair. There are people who are excellent at what they do, and then there are people who somehow make you feel lucky that you crossed paths with them. Jenni is both. For a teenager's first brow experience, I honestly cannot imagine having chosen anyone better. My daughter walked out feeling beautiful, confident, and still completely herself, and as her mom, that meant everything to me. KD Brows is incredibly lucky to have Jenni. She is talented, thoughtful, gentle, professional, caring, and just an all-around beautiful human being. We will absolutely be coming back to her.

Before Alia, almost all of my lashes fell out within 2 weeks, but she tried different things until she found what worked best for me and now they look amazing all the time and last longer than they ever have! I like them full and noticeable, but natural-looking at the same time. Alia gives me the perfect amount, somewhere between Classic & Hybrid and uses very thin lashes that look & feel like my own. She has experimented with mixing single lashes with fans on the ends to give me my perfect Cat Eye look. Her touch is so light, I often fall asleep in sessions. I've gotten lash extensions since 2018 with no irritation issues, then the skin around my eyes suddenly became allergic to the fumes from the lash glue causing itchiness & dry patches. Alia was happy to try different things until we found what helped. For me, it was doing extra rinses at the end of each session and using an extra under eye patch on my lid, as well, to protect and cover more skin. All irritation has completely stopped! Even my dermatologist was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I couldn't be happier with my lashes and am grateful I found Alia and highly recommended her. She's very flexible with appointment times and always very friendly and pleasant. Even though I prefer the natural look, she's super creative and also does fun colored lashes & lots of looks and styles. I'm super happy with The Lashy Cauldron.

Two minutes into meeting Isabel, I was sold. No pretense, not judgement, no upselling, just a down to earth, lovely human being who happens to be an amazing eyebrow artist. It took more time to fill in my increasingly sparse brows than it did to put on a full face of makeup. I was, in a word, very over it. Isabel explained that I didn't need a full micro-blade, but "feathering" - which is essentially the same as micro-blading, just not as much. She was ready when I arrived, her space immaculate, welcoming and relaxing. She numbed me up and once the numbing cream did what it was supposed to, she got to work.
