Recently we placed an order for my brother's girlfriend and her mom and we were very happy with both the flower basket and the flower bouquet that was delivered to their address. So we decided that we'd place another order again and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the lady who spoke to my brother on the phone. One of the ladies called my brother and asked him if he could stop by earlier to pick up the bouquet of flowers and my brother mentioned that he lives in San Diego. He had a time slot for 3pm-6pm. She bluntly scolded my brother and asked him to why he didn't just place an order from a Florist Shop in San Diego instead and my brother mentioned that the bouquet he ordered was for a person who lives in LA. My brother mentioned that he'd be driving down to LA a bit later and that the time slot he selected would be the most convenient. She made it known that my brother was an inconvenience to her by the tone of her voice on the phone and she just wanted to leave the shop and asked him if he could be at the shop around 2:30 PM. P.s. This order was placed several days ago and if this time slot was not available it should've been taken off from the website so it wouldn't be a option at all OR this phone call should've been made when the order was placed. If my brother knew the time slot wasn't available he would've placed an order at a different flower shop in LA. She was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. No customer should have to be greeted with attitude and aggressiveness. Please learn how to SPEAK properly to customers and do not give them attitude. No one will ever feel welcomed if this is the way you handle all of your customers. A very disappointed customer who won't be coming back to support your business again. read more

The best place to buy flowers in Los Angeles. I have always relied on online services to deliver flowers. I have tried 1800 flowers and FTD. If only I had found this place sooner. I could not believe how beautiful the two bouquets I ordered were. I had forgotten a birthday, and needed same day service, and when called, the person who helped me was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She asked me what was the occasion, and when I explained, she said she would definitely have my order out that day. She said she would personally make the bouquets herself, and she did an amazing job! When I saw what was sent later that night, I was so impressed that I was hooked! All the flowers were fresh, as if they had been picked in the morning, and the greens looked so healthy and vibrant. The perfume of the flowers filled the room,and was heavenly! And what shocked me the most was the price tag. I would have expect to pay twice as much at any other place. When ever I have neeed to send flowers to far places Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angele's, West Hollywood, or even close places like North Hollywood, Studio City , Northridge, or Glendale, they have been more than willing to help! .I have even paid extra to send flowers to Orange County, simply because I know I will get a work of art, not just flowers. read more

Ordered a $75 basket of flowers for a funeral at nearby Mt. Sinai. Had no idea what it would look like but was hoping for a lovely arrangement for a graveside funeral. All I specified was "no carnations" and suggested lilies and roses. My friend was so blown away by the arrangement that I got a text that day and 2 e-mailed pics of the "fat roses" she and her mom loved so much. Ruined the surprise flowers I sent my wife. After calling earlier in the day to confirm delivery, I was told that "All deliveries were in the car being delivered." After not hearing from my wife for several hours I called again and was told that my wife had signed for them. I'll never order flowers from anyone else! I ordered a last minute delivery from three of us for our assistant for Admin Assistant day. We had a set budget. I found an arrangement that we loved called Paradise Mix on the website, and asked if a smaller version could be made to fit within our budget. And I ordered them at 1:00 pm and asked if they could be delivered the same day. Not only were they delivered within a very short time, the arrangement looks identical to the more expensive one shown online! How often does that happen?!?! My son had his first Homecoming dance date coming up. We are not from here so I wasn't sure where to order a corsage for his date but we pass Hollyworld Flowers all the time and decided to stop in to place the order. I was very specific that the girl is tiny and we didn't know what color her dress was so I wanted baby roses in a neutral color arranged very dainty/feminine, paid up front and left. Day of dance I arrive after calling to be sure order was ready and not only was it not ready but what the woman threw together was horrible! When I ordered she suggested champagne colored roses which sounded perfect, but not only did she not have that color she had no baby roses! What she gave me were giant white roses taped(w/black tape) to a metal thing that had some Velcro strap attached no ribbon no box. I walk out so upset and hit the road to find a place to buy floral tape, ribbon and a box so I could at least try to salvage the situation ( no way was I letting my son present this trash to his date). Found Burbank Florist and thank goodness I did! This lady sat me down (I'm in tears by now) and proceeded to take the whole thing apart and remake the corsage. It came out absolutely beautiful! I can't recommend her enough. Making a corsage is a very tedious time consuming task. HyKui saved me that day. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

I spent $100 and trusted her to work her magic as it was late on a Friday night and there was nothing in the cooler. The next day my friend called me overwhelmed with tears of joy.
