Patiently waited for front desk to finish talking to patient in front of me to let her know I'm doing a walk in. It was exactly 5pm. She wouldn't take us. Not only would she not take us, she was SO INCREDIBLY MEAN!!! She looked like and sounded like she hates her job. Completely lost my business. Never coming back. Believe the other reviews that say the front desk makes it not worth coming here. Go to Care Fast Urgent Care down the street instead. Front desk has always been polite there. Took a photo proving I was there in time, because I already had a feeling she would try to deny me.

She has an amazing heart and passion in what she does. Lin in the front desk was also very kind and patient. During the visit, the nurse and NP were in and out for about 45 minutes running tests. My daughter got restless, so I walked her once around the hall. I didn't pass any other patients, only the front desk, yet they stopped me and told me I couldn't walk around "because of other patients." Later I saw about 20 people crowded in the waiting room, which made the whole thing feel inconsistent and unnecessary. The bigger issue happened afterward. My daughter was prescribed Tamiflu for the flu, but I accidentally spilled part of the bottle. I called the urgent care Sunday morning and was told to have CVS request a refill. CVS sent the request immediately. As of Monday night - more than 35 hours later - Providence still has not responded. My daughter needs the full dose, and I even spent 50 minutes on hold trying to reach someone with no answer. Between the delays, the lack of support, and no response to an urgent medication request for a sick toddler, this was extremely disappointing. I would caution other parents about using this location.

They argued for what seemed to be a very long time and then it seems as if the staff member (a real nurse Jackie lookalike) takes her in the room. Then, I noticed our name was no longer on the appointment list. That our name had been moved to the waitlist. The staff member comes out and starts trying to give us her explanation and we show her our confirmation email but just replies that the system sometimes bumps people. Then she tells my wife to go to a "Mexican part of town" for an urgent care if she is in such pain as she claims. Honestly I didn't want treatment from this lady clearly on some sort of strong medication herself. Probably not legal medication either. But the audacity and nerve of this employee to treat us this way was sickening. We didn't come with the intention of worse health, but we left this place feeling even more sick than when we came. Waste of time, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for treatment. Unless you fit the mold of the master race.

I understand a break in the middle of the day but to mess with posted hours... that's really not cool.

Parking is very tiny with some street parking offered and the location is on the smaller side. Front desk is sweet but don't expect anyone to be in proper communication with Dr. Desai. The amount of times I have called to go in, have the front desk tell me it's easier to get a telehealth call and then be ghosted is sadly a few. No one seems to know what is going on in this office and at one point I had to call the office for them to remind Dr. Desai that he had a telahealth call at all. Don't bother with the virtual patient portal either, they have you create one and never check it. If you want a doctor who doesn't fully see or hear you as a person this location is for you. You should never have to dread going in because you don't feel listened to especially when healthcare is horrific in this current climate. This office will truly make you fight for yourself; if multiple phone calls to make sure they are communicating with each other and your primary doesn't fight to see if a medication you need can be covered with insurance (which he doesn't, he claimed he would try and months later I never heard a peep) then this is right up your alley. So sad. Don't recommend at all. Just changed my primary.

My review is specifically for the ER department…read more I truly try to be understanding because I know hospitals are understaffed, overwhelmed, and the staff deals with difficult situations every day. I've always remained polite and patient during my visits. But after multiple experiences here, I honestly feel like something needs to be said. Every single time I've come to this ER, the wait has been excessive -- usually 7+ hours just to be seen or placed in a room, followed by several more hours waiting for updates or care once inside. I understand emergencies happen and patients are prioritized by severity, but the overall experience feels extremely disorganized and lacking compassion. The waiting room is consistently dirty and overcrowded, with visibly sick people sitting for hours without updates. What bothered me most, though, was the attitude from some of the staff at the front desk. Patients and family members asking simple questions are often spoken to like they're inconveniencing the staff just for needing help or clarification. During my most recent visit, I spent nearly 10 hours there before eventually deciding to decline admission and go home. I was placed in a room without a pillow or blanket and asked three separate times for a blanket, but was ignored each time. No one expects perfection, especially in a busy ER. But basic compassion, communication, and respect should still exist. People come to the emergency room scared, sick, in pain, and vulnerable. The way patients are treated matters just as much as the medical care itself. I genuinely hope this department improves, because no patient should leave feeling dismissed, ignored, or like they were a burden for simply needing medical help.
