Doctor Luke Swistun is by far one of the best doctors around and the best one I've ever had. A year ago next week my pinky finger was almost completely cut off and he somehow managed to put it back together (a 3-D puzzle as he called it) with very minimal scarring. During my entire healing process he was attentive, available to text or call anytime, and would always help ease my mind. I made an appointment for a plastic surgery consultation. At the time they asked for $100 deposit. They had said if you proceed with surgery money would go towards surgery if not you could use towards a spa treatment. When calling to redeem this they only gave me the option of botox. I went in today for V Beam laser with Dr. Blanka for some red areas on my face. The facility was absolutely gorgeous and I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Blanka gave me a thorough exam of my face. She even pointed out a few spots I didn't see which I appreciated because I thought I knew my face, and how inefficient would it have been if I needed to come back for a few spots. I mentioned to her that I wanted a mole removed and she referred me upstairs to Dr. Orloff the Plastic Surgeon. The staff was, again, friendly and professional. Considering I didn't have an appointment, I was seen rather quickly. Dr. Orloff came in, he was charming and educated me from beginning to end on what to expect from my procedure. A while back I had a little cyst and my dermatologist sent me to Dr. Orloff because he said he wanted to make sure there was no scar left behind. I think I would have been better off with the scar my derma doctor would have left, because the ugly scar Dr. Orloff left is something I have to see everyday of my life. When I called and asked if they could fix the scar, the receptionist said sorry it will cost more $$, that my insurance will most certainly not cover. At least I learned this lesson the hard way and it was just a minor surgery. I doubt I would every come here for anything else, let alone major surgery. read more

I am a fifty year old woman who had breast implants when I was about 31. They had become hard over the years, and then to my horror, one of them "deflated", so I was feeling like half a woman. I found Dr. Orloff through Yelp - (which is high praise for Yelp!!), and decided to take my chances. I am SO HAPPY that I found both Dr. George Orloff and his wife, Dr. Blanca Orloff. After my first consultation w/Dr.Orloff, I knew I was in the right hands. I asked him if I should have just one breast replaced, and he was very diplomatic, explaining that my new implant would have a much more realistic look and feel to it, and based on that, I had them both replaced. I can't begin to express how REAL my new breasts look and feel! Even my husband is thrilled. The procedure was relatively quick, and the pain was minimal. The ENTIRE staff at the Orloff office are not only professional, but extremely kind, and human, and always made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. George Orloff after a visit to another surgeon. The referral to Dr. Orloff came to me from several highly respected members of the local medical community. I absolutely love the work both Dr. Orloff and his wife, Dr. Blanca, did for me. At 58, I simply was not aging well, and it got to the point that I couldn't hide my sagging skin, sagging neck, droopy jaw line, or bags under my eyes with makeup. I never considered myself a person overly concerned with looks, but I found myself a bit 'sad' when I looked in the mirror or at pictures. I had friends that had beautiful work done by both doctors so I didn't ever shop around. I loved them both the first time I met each of them. I had full facelift, eyes- above and below, a neck-lift, a chin implant, and CO2 laser for my skin. It's not just the surgical procedures you get with Dr. Orloff: included with his surgery is before and after-care: two weeks before the procedure, I was given vitamins to boost and quicken healing. I was given a lymph massage, The post care included high end skin care and moisturizers, several follow-ups as needed, and a full facial months after. They and their staff answered my many questions. I did have swelling, but with all this work, I had no bruising and virtually no pain. The results are wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Dr Orloff and his staff. My regular dermatologist recommended him after I developed a suspicious spot on my face. I spoke to Rebecca who immediately got me in to see Dr Orloff. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful facility. His office staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. They offered me bottled water and I didn't have to wait to see the Dr. Dr Orloff made me feel comfortable and I was very impressed by his "bed side manner" and his level of expertise. He removed the area for a biopsy. It was completely pain and stress free ! He covered the area with skin tone tape so you could hardly see the stitches. I'd never done anything to my face before and was so nervous about the results because I wanted my eyes to look like I was well-rested, not like I had plastic surgery.
