I had an appointment this morning for a cleaning and to pick up a new dental Applience they made for me That's it. Pick up the dental appliance and get a cleaning. I'm moving out of the country next week and any further dental needs I have will be addressed there. They insisted on taking full x-rays and doing a complete evaluation on my teeth. That is not required and was never discussed. They refused to do my cleaning. And they were kind of shitty about it. Such a nice place to be ruined by this last visit. I think it was just a money grab to bill my insurance. Unfortunate but it is what it is. I do not recommend !!!

Just before I was to leave for NY for the summer; my bridge fell out (it includes my front top teeth) I called and they got me right in. When I arrived and checked in all the seats in the waiting room were full. (each person had another person with them). But I didn't wait long and the dentist call me in and fixed my bridge. I THANK YOU SO MUCH for getting me in quickly and taking care of what could have been a most embarassing problem for me.

I felt at ease and comfortable during my lengthy appointment. The biggest part of my comfort level had to be Marietta Martinez. She was so calming and caring. Very attentive to my concerns and kept me calm. My experience was such that I will continue to make the drive from Valrico to Dade City for future dental needs.

Had to call like 5 times just to get the simplest answer and they don't return your calls, again it's like they don't give a damn and your are not important.
