The dental office is clean, organized, and even has water, tea, and coffee in the waiting area. Front desk was very warm. The dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She offered great advice and was great with my daughter. My daughter was fortunately very well behaved and excited for her appointment, but the way the hygienist helped her feel comfortable with process was great. She allowed my daughter to touch certain devices so she'd feel comfortable. The dentist was kind and also made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter received a full cleaning, flossing, and I think varnish. After the visit she was given a balloon and some goodies (toys, toothbrush, toothpaste). 1000000000/10 recommend!

She seems like a classic textbook unhappy person who play energetic power games because she's deeply insecure. Put her in her place energetically and she will be super sweet and fake--this is worth it only because this dentist seems to use logic and common sense in his approach. We shall see. When we signed on to this we were never provided a time expectation. However when I was a child in braces I was in my braces for 2 years and seen EVERY 4 weeks religiously by my orthodontist. How is my child going to complete her treatment plan in 2 years when they only schedule her every 8 weeks?!? That is if they have availability to see you that often. No we are being told her treatment plan was for 2 years but it's been four so they're pulling the plug. My child never sees the same doctor consistently. When I raised concerns her dentist had about her decalcification I was told by her original orthodontist "once we have her smile perfected the dentist can go in to fix any small cavities." It wasn't until she started seeing a second (and third) orthodontist through their office that and concerns were voiced. Now that we're ending our treatment plan I'm being told that the unlimited retainers that my payment plan was supposed to cover may not be that. When I mentioned ordering an extra set of retainers in case one was lost to avoid going with them. I was told I would need to pay for the second set. My advice. Make sure you're child is mature enough to take on this commitment. Make sure you know how long the treatment plan is for your child and what exactly it covers. Ask for a second opinion. I'm learning now that the treatment plan and time is not what others would have recommended. I know all businesses are meant to make a profit, but I feel I may have been talked into a orthodontic factory that didn't consider my child's best interest

They tack great car if you and give you many choices on how you want things done and really fast. While I was getting my braces on the doctor came in and glued the brackets on and then The assistant did the wire, thread, and what color I wanted! And they go through carefully how to clean it and put wax on, and they give you a free care kit! And the next few days were sore but that is normal so not to worried about that!
