Had the very best experience getting my wisdom tooth removed this morning. I had absolutely no…read morepain or discomfort during procedure. Dr. Brian Hamilton numbed me up pretty good and the nitrous oxide helped keep my nerves at bay. Dr. Hamilton is excellent at what he does! The staff took care of everything and left me with little to no questions. Nicole was in the room with me during the procedure and she is excellent at patient care! Nicole sent me home with a goody bag with post operative care instructions, extra gauze, an ice/heat pack and syringe to fill with salt water to keep area clean. It's been over three hours since procedure and the area is still numb which I appreciate. I'm grateful they were able to squeeze me in for a consult and get me scheduled soon after for the procedure. The consultation went smoothly, I brought a list with questions and concerns and he touched on everyone of them before I had a chance to ask. Amy was great too during the consultation to ensure I felt comfortable with the information I was given and to make sure all of my questions were asked before I left. Vanessa and the entire front office staff are friendly and truly amazing! They really know they are doing. I had brought a friend/driver with me and even she was impressed by the the waiting area and patient care. Thank you again for making this experience a great one! Turns out, they were only temporary--and I didn't find out until they broke in August 2025. By then, I had already moved from Florida to Atlanta and spent a significant amount of money on what I thought was lasting dental work. I reached out to their office to discuss compensation but never heard back. The bridges were beyond repair, and I had to pay over $10,000 to have them replaced by Dr. Langston here in Georgia. Thankfully, he did an incredible job and gave me a smile that looks better than ever. If you're considering Advanced Dental Arts, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Us Veterans tend to get appointment dates confused. Happen all the time. I also took the day off to get the crown done. Your office had been calling me to get the root canal done which I had delayed because I had an issue last Sept when I was going the root canal. I did get the root canal as you asked. The young front desk lady said there was nothing she can do when I asked if they could squeeze me in to get the crown done. I asked if I can speak to the office manager and she said there was non-available. I then asked when will an office manager be back and she said no office manager would be back until Tuesday. There was no attempt to call anyone to try and help. I asked the young front desk lady to cancel the 19 June appointment as I would be out of town. I really believe that there were other options to offer instead of turning me down as I was already there, and the crown did would not take much to install.

My experience threw me for a loop because in the past I've had bad experiences with other dentists. I walked into the office and was greeted by last name and informed that I would be helped in a few. The receptionist Kristina (I think I spelled it right) was so nice and walked me through everything. Once in back I immediately had X-rays done and was treated nicely by all the staff from start to finish. I recently had an infection in my top right wisdom tooth which I was already on antibiotics for and was on the last day when I went to my visit. I'm always honest when it comes to my health and any issues or concerns I may have. After going over everything I was informed that I have gum disease that's causing me infection and irritation in my teeth and it's causing the bone that structurally holds my teeth it slowly deteriorating which no other dentist has ever told me. Yes it did put me on edge but I'm glad that I now finally have some answers. Anything that I didn't understand was explained to me in a way that I could better understand which was extremely appreciative. My experience from start to finish was definitely different than anything I've experienced in the past and they were more informative even when it came to what I need done, prices with my insurance and if I could get any type of discount. I was also informed that a lot of the services that they offer are done right in the office which is definitely a bonus for me because everyone else that I've gone to I've had to travel for different reasons. The dental office is clean, organized, and even has water, tea, and coffee in the waiting area. Front desk was very warm. The dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She offered great advice and was great with my daughter. My daughter was fortunately very well behaved and excited for her appointment, but the way the hygienist helped her feel comfortable with process was great. She allowed my daughter to touch certain devices so she'd feel comfortable. The dentist was kind and also made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter received a full cleaning, flossing, and I think varnish. After the visit she was given a balloon and some goodies (toys, toothbrush, toothpaste). 1000000000/10 recommend!
