I had a list of particular things that were important to me in choosing where to stay. I gave Angel my list and she came back to me quickly with a list of properties. We took a look at everything and one really caught our attention-Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. It's an all inclusive family resort, on a calm and beautiful beach, with high ratings. She told me it checked off every box we had. After a 7 night stay, I can confirm this 100%. This resort was everything we wanted and more. We aren't the type of people to stay in one place for 7 days but we found everything at this resort so incredible that we never left it. Our 6 year old had the time of his life there, and so did we! The resort was stunning, clean and inviting at every turn. The staff was hospitable, kind, and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious. The beach was calm enough for us to feel comfortable with a younger child who is still learning how to swim well. The resort also has activities geared towards kids and a Kids Club where the adults could have an evening or two for a date. Angel knew exactly which resort was the one for us! Angel also arranged our transportation from the airport to the resort and back to the airport. The transport was clean, air conditioned well and efficient. They came ready with drinks and snacks - we couldn't get enough of the plantain chips! The airport transport area was hectic and I was very glad to have already arranged our transport - the driver also found us which was very welcomed after a long travel day. My husband and I love travel and love trying new places. We typically do not return to a destination because there's so much of the world to see - however we both already are talking about when we should return to Punta Cana to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana again! I paid the deposit and waited. 6 days later (after calling and threatening to cancel) a driver called me at 6:45AM. I then went to meet the driver and give him my vehicle. When I arrived after an inspection of the car was done the driver and I were going over delivery details and the delivery address was in a completely different state it showed delivering to Philadelphia Pennsylvania when we were very clear about the address in Bar Harbor Maine that it needed to go to. The driver and I called Stephanie and the driver was told that they made a mistake and bid the job out to two separate drivers by accident. So they were going to ship my car to Pennsylvania after asking the man here in Arizona to store my car here in Peoria for a couple days while they figured everything out which he refused to do. I spoke with Stephanie she was clearly trying to keep things under wraps and not let my husband or I know what was going on. So essentially the driver and the company that I released my car to here in Arizona would not have been the same driver or company that delivered my car to Maine and no one called to tell me that. When I told this to Stephanie her response was "it wouldn't have affected you at all". I explained to her my concerns in which she responded with a nasty attitude which the driver agreed that she was very unprofessional. I ended up telling her that I wanted it cancelled and that was after she told me to stop talking because she was talking. Stephanie then responded with "fine" click and hung up the phone on me. I will never refer anyone to Regal Auto Transport they are a broker which I was not informed of when I made the reservation and put my deposit down in the first place. Stephanie made this entire experience almost unbearable with her unprofessionalism and horrible attitude. She personally should be ashamed of herself. I implore anyone looking into using Regal Auto to Simply call the number and take note of how Stephanie answers the phone. "Regal" very rude and abrasive as if she's being inconvenienced by your call. By the way the driver who was originally going to take our car to Pennsylvania felt so horrible because we were treated the way Stephanie treated us that he ended up agreeing to get our car within 4 hours of our destination for $300 cheaper.

We wanted it to be a bigger and more exciting trip than we would normally take. We decided on Greece for our late April 2020 honeymoon after deeply considering Spain and Italy (yes, good thing we didn't choose those countries!) To remove some stress from all of the planning, we decided to hire a travel agent to organize the hotels, flights, and some events we wanted to attend. I was familiar with Ike from many choir trips he organized for my high school and thought he would be a good choice. We were excited and had just received our fancy itinerary booklet. Then, COVID hit. We had to postpone our wedding, and with travel being a complete disaster, we needed to postpone our honeymoon as well. On top of rescheduling vendors and contacting our guests (and working crisis comms for my job) I would have NEVER had time to replan an entire 10 day honeymoon. Thankfully, Ike has been advocating for us and keeping us in the loop with updates. Travel is still a little uncertain especially with airlines, but I am so thankful it's not on my plate right now.
