I did not pick up a club for my first time until after College and of course had self taught all the wrong things for my grip etc...and my kids have learned the right way to play the game the first time which to me is invaluable. Jamie has been AMAZING with my kids and James has also helped me a tremendous amount and I have had several instructors over time and all have been fantastic. Owning a business myself, I have numerous clients who also go to GolfTec and of the low handicappers (of which I am not one) many have given RAVE reviews and had strongly encouraged me to go to GolfTec over the years and I finally pulled the trigger. I have done lessons at a number of top places through the years with well known instructors and I find this to be among the best experiences right along with my own club. I primarily go for the "heavy change" stuff in the winter and do a few less lessons in the season as it is a bit harder for me to adjust while playing regularly. I recently received a gift card to the store and used some of it to purchase a new iron shaft. After waiting for over a month they told me the order from golf works was still processing. I cancelled their order and went through golf works myself. The shaft came to my house in 3 days.

We needed some work done on our golf cart, and to my surprise I was immediately connected to the service department who asked if they could come to our house and pick the cart up right away. Even more impressive was the speed at which the work was done, and then, as friendly as can be, the cart was delivered back to our home (almost 45 minutes from their store) with a smile. A shout out to the team that worked on the cart and the kind gentleman, I believe his name was Phuong, who delievered it with care. They even polished it up while it was there. I was so happy with the interaction with Josh and Graham that I ended up getting fitted for wedges, putter and a driver shaft. I am 100% happy with ALL of them. When I corrected him about the details of our conversation, which only regarded how much room there was to turn his truck and trailer around, he asked me if I was calling his wife a liar. The only way that would be possible were if she had told him that she clarified the cleanliness of my lane with me. How could I be calling her a liar if he was standing next to her listening to the conversation?? Little fella wanted an extra $200 from me so he could clean his tires. Not happening, he got to go back with his new mud and loss of a customer. The owner is a very high strung and unstable individual with a tendency to lie.
