I am a regular at this establishment but will not be returning. The food is as good as you should expect but the service is where I believe they fell short. I was there with my family and all the TVs were on different sports everything from hockey to Bull Riding and some MMA fights. My family and I are all practicing martial artists. I've been training 25+ years so naturally the sport we were interested in were the fights. One by one each TV that had the fights was changed to hockey. I asked my server about it and could he change one of the smaller TVs that I could see back to the fight. He left, came back and was told by his manager this was a family establishment. I'm not one to make a scene so I finished my meal, tipped my sever well as I do when they deserve it and I left a review stating my grievance on the tablet at the table as I paid my bill. The idea of it's a family establishment is bogus. I'm literally there with my family and every one of us trains BJJ and I myself train BJJ and judo and have had multiple professional fights in my younger years. My kids know this, and sometimes pull me up on YouTube to watch "Daddy fight" there's nothing virtuous about excluding one family because the unrealistic idea that another family might be offended. I was very disappointed and will not be back because I am a man of principle. I guess me and my family are just barbarians how dare we enjoy pugilistic contest. I spent a significant portion of my hard earned money to take my family there. Gas is $6 a gallon and everything is expensive, finneys needs to appreciate every customer that spends their hard earned money in their establishment. I will not be back. First visit to Finneys . Good location, lots of parking. The inside is spacious with TVs on every wall to catch your favorite games. Table and booths available inside as well as on the patio. Three of us in our party were seated for lunch right away. Our servers were Marc and a lovely girl who's name i think was Jezebel. Jezebel was very friendly and polite. Our dishes were steak fajitas, Mediterranean salad with steak and a poke bowl. Each dish was prepared and served with quality and served with sauces and dressings on the side. I had the poke bowl. As a fan of Hawaiian poke for 20 years , I have become quite critical of poke dishes. I can say as a poke expert, the poke bowl is as good as they come. My kids and I stopped by Finney's after leaving the library. This was my third visit, my daughter's second, and my son's 1st, and he picked the spot. No wait when we arrived, which my tired self appreciated. The vibe was lively but still family‑friendly. We started with the lobster roll and fried pickle fries. The lobster rolls were fine, but the pickle fries tasted like overworked oil and were definitely overcooked. I've had fried pickles elsewhere that I still think about. These... not so much. For entrées, we ordered a smash burger, blackened shrimp fajitas, and a grilled chicken club. The chicken club was solid. The smash burger had A1 sauce my son wasn't expecting, but once they remade it, he said it was decent. The fajitas were the real miss... no beans or rice sides, overcooked veggies, and seasoning so hot it didn't balance with anything. Back they went, and my daughter settled for a Caesar salad. After three visits, I think it's safe to say Finney's just isn't my restaurant. The menu feels limited, and the food has been hit‑or‑miss each time. No shade, it's simply not my lane. Great menu! Excellent service with a brew pub inside an old bank, vault included. We sat on the patio garnering 3 tables for our group. One couple is a regular the rest were newbys. Appetizers of ahi poke, wings, salads and pepperoni pizza. I had the smash burger with double patties. Really moist and juicy for a thin, thin patty. I could have done a triple. Great selection of beers as you might imagine. Good confident menu guidance was also a key to overall experience. Finney's is located in such a prime location in downtown Redlands. The place is huge and as I walked in, I thought I saw a "game room" sign. Although I didn't venture to that side of the restaurant, I definitely love a place with a fun communal activity. The service was great and overall vibe of the place was lively. The food was honestly just ok. My friends got burgers, fries and coconut shrimp which the said was delicious. I got the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Not the best pizza I've ever had but still enjoyable. Honestly I think what would've made it outstanding is if the arugula was fresh on top of the pizza, instead of cooked because it wilted the herb. While in the Redlands area, I decided to grab lunch. Finney's opened their 10th location in the inland Empire, so I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was nice and I was able to secure a seat outside. Oy, I was not a fan of their misters and ended up moving tables. My waiter was nice and cordial. Because it was my first time at this restaurant, I asked him what he recommended and he said the buffalo cauliflower and onion rings. Not a lover of hot sauce, so was very hesitant on the buffalo cauliflower. He said if I didn't like it, he would be glad to take it off and bring me something else. The presentation was nice, however I was definitely NOT a fan of the yuzu sauce and blue cheese combo. Definitely not eaten. Moving on. After reading the reviews regarding their appetizers, I had high hopes for the onion rings. The onion rings were just OK, IMO. I've definitely had fatter, meatier (if you will) onion rings with a crispier crust. I traded the buffalo cauliflower for the mini cheeseburger sliders. I was stunned when my waiter said it was ground up brisket. Who grinds up brisket? That should have alerted me! Nonetheless, I said bring them out. They were about an inch thick and so greasy I could only eat one. Will I return? Very debatable. read more

This place was ok but I would definitely not recommend anyone go out of their way to come here. Service was alright. Very nice but a little slow. This was a Saturday at 2pm. There was no wait but all of our food came out at different times. Some of the people in my party got multiple dishes to share but half their order was on the table going cold while we waited for the other half. For example, we got the sandwich but not the side of fries. The food was very average. I got a Caesar Salad and I added Salmon to it. The Salmon smelled so fishy that multiple people at the table who do not like fish were disgusted. I go to many restaurants where I order fish and it has been a long time since I smelled fish so strongly. This was most likely not fresh. Also it was overcooked. I will say that their wings were great and drink options are great as well. Aside from that, I would say you could skip this place. Copehouse is nearby. Escape brewery is good as well. Stopped here tonight for a pint and a quick bite to eat, sat at the bar as I was by myself. The beer menu is diverse with a combination on in-house brews and guest taps. I was gob smacked that they had five dark beers, a rarity in the age of IPAs. I had a nice in-house Finney's Brown Ale, low IBU and very tasty. For eats, I had the quinoa salmon bowl, which was excellent. There's plenty of pub food here, but also some healthy bowls and salads. The staff are friendly, and there's plenty of seating. I came in for lunch and had a great experience. Overall, the restaurant has a nice vibe, not too busy during the day, but I can imagine it gets pretty packed at night. The food was solid. The wings were definitely the highlight perfectly cooked and flavorful. Definitely recommend those if you're a wing lover the poke nachos were also really good. They had a lot of fresh ingredients. I felt like they were missing a little something maybe a bit of spicy mayo for a punch of flavor still enjoyable. Came here for some drinks one late evening. Its nice that everything is within walking distance here in downtown Redlands. Had about a 10 min wait for a table, which wasn't bad at all. Service was ok. Took a long time for the drinks to come out. And they didnt all come out at the same, so we had to wait some time before we could taste it. The stem of the glass was sticky from the sugar. And the drinks were only average. You can pay using the machine on the table which definitely helps expedite the entire process. The ex bank setting turned into restaurant is pretty cool. Other than the safety deposit game room and outside appearance, you wouldn't know it used to be a bank. I had a burger, truffle fries and prosciutto arugula flatbread. It was all very average food. My truffle burger wasn't at temperature and the bun was not toasted. The server Kyle was great and attentive to our group. It's a great place to hang with friends at the nice bar. The pizza was my favorite, but we also had the tacos and burgers and no one complained about anything, all very happy with the flavor, portions, and price. Drinks were good as well, not very strong though, but fairly priced and pretty to look at lol. But service at the bar was terrible! Don't order food to be picked up. We ordered our food to be picked up and we received a pick up time. We get there 10 mins past the pick up time and our food still isn't ready. So we wait, expecting it to come out in the next 10 or so minutes. Wrong!! We waited 50 minutes for our food to come out! We live 5 minutes from the restaurant so we were expecting hot to almost hot food once we got home. The food wasn't even warm. I ordered the southwest bowl and the rice was cold, not cold like they pulled it from a fridge cold, but like it had been sitting for more than an hour and lost its heat. The to go container felt like it had hot rice in it at one point, if you've ever taken food home from the restaurant you know the containers I'm talking about (compostable ones) We called the restaurant to make a manager aware and their reply was "you can come back and get freshly made hot food" the whole point of picking up was because I was short on time, it was supposed to be ready by the time we got back into Redlands so I could have a quick-ish dinner with my husband before heading off to work. I explained to her that I had to go to work and she laughed a little and repeated herself with "you can come back and pick up freshly made food that'll be hot for you". That was the only offer, no half refund or how can I make it right, she was just set on giving us freshly made HOT food. I get that maybe that's the only thing she might be allowed to do or offer, but aside from waiting 50 minutes for cold food, there was no sincerity to her apology, so it felt like she wanted to brush off the phone call and continue laughing with her coworkers which is what was going on in the background. The food there is really good, but this interaction was not right from start to finish. If you've made it this far, don't get their Caesar salad. Okay because why is this place so good?! Let's start with location location location! This restaurant on the corner of Orange ave and Redlands blvd slaps! Not only is there plenty of parking, set up downtown near all fun activities, but it used to be a bank and you can enter the vault where all the locked boxes are still intact AND it's a game room. There are plenty of screens set up around the restaurant for those sports lovers and plenty of sitting on tall and short tables and booths for your sensory and comfort needs. My friend and I grabbed some appetizers and our fav was the carnitas nachos. We asked for extra green sauce because it was so good and I removed some of the chiles because they were too spicy for my level of comfort lol The staff were great and attentive throughout.
