They also had discounted mini burgers in the late afternoon and mini sliders for about five bucks which is totally a steal. I got the Signature BBD burger and my brother tried their fried chicken burger. For the side we got fries and instead of a drink we were able to substitute it for a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream which is pretty nice. We also had an order of popcorn chicken. The staff brought our food out to us and also brought along a bottle of ketchup. The cookies and cream ice cream was very creamy and a bit solid so the handle of the spoon it came with kept bending since the ice cream was a bit on the frozen side. All the food is freshly made so everything was piping hot. The popcorn chicken was very crunchy and the batter was seasoned well though I wish they had their signature sauce on the side for dipping. The fries were super crispy. The signature burger was absolutely stuffed with 2 smashed patties, shredded lettuce (easier to eat), slices of tomatoes and diced onions (there were also pickles but I didn't add them to my burger) and all drenched in their signature BBD sauce. Just a little update since I have tried more things since the last review. I love their sweet and spicy chick but it became a little overwhelming for me during my pregnancy so I had to stay away for a while. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly good. Well seasoned and I find the pieces to be a little bit bigger than most places. I love their double-fried fries. We have been ordering the sour cream and onion one lately. We recently tried their truffle fries. The flavor is good but it is way too salty. We tried their chicken wings. I got the regular one while my coworker got the spicy one. The spicy one was not spicy, it was just sprinkled on and barely there. The wings were well marinated and well fried but both were insanely salty. It was a good thing that I did not get additional cheese sauce for it. I think it would kill me. After having the wings with truffle fries, it felt like we had all the moisture from our body sucked out and kept drinking water. Probably would not get the wings and truffle fries again. The burger was cooked to perfection--juicy, tender, and has quite the weight to it. The toppings were fresh, and the bun held everything together nicely without getting soggy. My only minor critique is that the burger could have used just a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavors; a little extra kick would have taken it from good to great. They have burgers with bacon topping but I wanted this one that didn't come with bacon and added it anyway. The sides were also fantastic--I especially enjoyed the crispy tots. Cheeseburgers are $8.50 with free toppings. I always get lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and pickles. The place is very clean and bright. There are seatings if you want to eat in.
