They also had discounted mini burgers in the late afternoon and mini sliders for about five bucks which is totally a steal. I got the Signature BBD burger and my brother tried their fried chicken burger. For the side we got fries and instead of a drink we were able to substitute it for a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream which is pretty nice. We also had an order of popcorn chicken. The staff brought our food out to us and also brought along a bottle of ketchup. The cookies and cream ice cream was very creamy and a bit solid so the handle of the spoon it came with kept bending since the ice cream was a bit on the frozen side. All the food is freshly made so everything was piping hot. The popcorn chicken was very crunchy and the batter was seasoned well though I wish they had their signature sauce on the side for dipping. The fries were super crispy. The signature burger was absolutely stuffed with 2 smashed patties, shredded lettuce (easier to eat), slices of tomatoes and diced onions (there were also pickles but I didn't add them to my burger) and all drenched in their signature BBD sauce. The burger was cooked to perfection--juicy, tender, and has quite the weight to it. The toppings were fresh, and the bun held everything together nicely without getting soggy. My only minor critique is that the burger could have used just a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavors; a little extra kick would have taken it from good to great. They have burgers with bacon topping but I wanted this one that didn't come with bacon and added it anyway. The sides were also fantastic--I especially enjoyed the crispy tots.
