Understandable since it was the weekends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I mean, they never had much seating anyway to begin with. So, I took my food to go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There're always people crowding around on the sidewalk. Basically, it's a pretty popular spot on weekdays or the weekends....doesn't matter what time of the day is.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Simple and straightforward menu of single/double cheeseburgers + single/double impossible (vegan) cheeseburgers + loaded beef fries + impossible loaded fries. Drink options are Mexican Coke + Mexican Sprite + Diet Coke + Coke Zero + Bottled Water. You can also get extra regular or spicy sauce for $1 more. All the cheeseburgers (whether regular or impossible) are stuffed with American cheese + grilled onions + sliced pickles + in-house sauce unless you have allergies and/or want substitutes upon request. Usually quick service from friendly staff, although they might take a while to come out with your burgers and fries if they're running behind schedule on the weekends. Please try to be patient waiting for your food and don't take it out on staff members. Overall, the double cheeseburger was a tad bit oily and soggy since it was prepared and cooked as smashburger-style. As you can see, the oiliness got seeped through the red-and-white checkered wrapper paper and its white paper bag too. The cheeseburger looked kinda on the smaller and flatter side for the $10 pricing. Its potato bun was soft and fluffy, although I preferred it to be more on the crunchy side. Meh, don't believe the hype. My teenage niece was visiting for summer break and has seen a bunch of TikToks on 7th St so she was dying to try it. I got the double burger and fries. I'm gluten free so I can't eat bread. Unfortunately, they don't have gluten free buns nor do they have lettuce wraps. This is quite disappointing especially given the growing population of people who have celiac or gluten issues. Anywho, we got our food and I noticed my two bunless patties were missing sauce so I went to the counter to inform the person working the register. He said extra sauce is $1 and I'm like but I have no sauce. He said are you sure? As I'm looking at to patties with just cheese and onions. Everything about this burger reminds me of the burgers when I was in high school only better. The fries were the taste and texture I remember from high school too. The fries are just the right amount of salt too. I love their special burger sauce. It's a business that keeps the menu simple and sticks to what they do best. I tried the double cheese burger but now I'm sticking to the single typically. The double burger was too much for me. The loaded fries are a meal by themselves. I love all 7th Street Burger locations but when I stopped by here last night to grab a burger and fries, I was blown away! First, I've never had quicker service at any 7SB, not that I'm complaining but they're always so crowded you sometimes have to wait. My burger came fresh and hot very quickly and the whole team working there was so in sync it was like watching a water ballet or something. I came in here after accepting my Yelp Rookie of the Year award absolutely loaded off the Hennessy. Y'all ever see when celebrities are fresh out of the Oscars or Grammys and are still dressed in their full award apparel just ripping into a burger at In-N-Out? That's what time I was on. Was surprised when I got there that the place was so small, but there was a place that was heated outdoors which was nice as it was very cold out. I was able to get my order within 5 minutes of ordering which was awesome. - Cheeseburger - I haven't had a burger in such a long time! I appreciate that the pickles in here were very thick cut which balanced out the meatiness of the burger patty. This burger reminded me kind of like In-n-Out except it was a bit soggier. - Fries - The fries were definitely the star of this meal. The fries were very cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside.
