Burger Daddy didn't disappoint. Arrived around 520p on a Monday and we were the only group for a little bit. Server was attentive and quick. Can order at the table by scanning a QR code or table side. Had a cookies and cream milkshake that didn't taste fake which is nice, an onion bacon burger, fries, regular cheese burger and onion rings. Rings and fries a bit salty but good and the rings had the right bite where the onion doesn't pull thru. Burgers were great. Def recommend and will be back. Also appreciate the beers aren't overly priced. read more

They should make the place a walk up counter because half of the time the wait staff is unsure if the customer uses the QR code or if they ordered from a live person. It would cut down the confusion for the staff and the customer. The food is good but it gets pricey for food that doesn't stand out. Workers are nice. I think they just need leadership. read more

Absolutely amazing burgers and sides. Better than even their BAMF Burger next door. Prices are extremely good for the quality and execution. Really just top notch in every way. You have to scan a QR code and order from your phone, which at first seems like a hassle, but once the food arrives you will forget all about the minor inconvenience. My husband and I tried Burger Daddy for the first time a couple weeks ago. I would have written my review earlier but I was super angry when we left I wanted to cool down first and then I forgot tbh. At first glance it's nice inside, small but cute and quaint. We noticed the seat yourself sign and we were greeted by Christine I believe her name was. If I'm not mistaken I think she's an owner, and on that day she was our server. I'm not sure if she was high on life or if it was drugs but she was so high energy and wouldn't stop talking OVER us to allow us to fully order our meal even cutting me off to get my husbands order before I had fully ordered. I don't see where the impatience was coming from as there's only 4 main dish options, 3 side options and no specific sodas listed plus 5 shake flavors. The food took a while for what it was especially given there were only 2 other couples in the store. The burger was the blandest burger I've had in this area, the bun tasted stale and my fries weren't cooked all the way. I'm almost jealous of the reviews I've read for this place... where were those burgers the day we ordered? Either that or the reviewers have had pretty subpar burgers to compare this place to. My husband felt the same about his burger but he did seem to enjoy the onion rings and his strawberry shake. The price for the QUANTITY would be acceptable if the QUALITY was there but it isn't. The bill took even longer to get to us than our food which annoyed me since it was feeding time for our newborn whom was with us. We weren't surprised that the bill was $43 & change. What WAS a SURPRISE was the receipt after my husband gave her our bank card that said the tender was $53 & change. The server/owner, Christine, had the nerve to put the cashed out receipt in front of my husband to sign and add a tip to. The audacity of her to STEAL almost $10 from us and still expect a TIP?! She thought she was sneaky but my husband caught it, appropriately wrote in $0.00 in the tip section and lucky for her I was already outside loading our cranky hungry newborn. He was so angry about her thieving sneaky behavior that he forgot the receipt on the counter or else I'd post it here. I don't know if she thought she deserved a big tip or thought she could get away with it bc I walked out with our baby or if it was bc my husband was in his work suit? No idea what her thinking process was but what she did was WRONG. If there was a legitimate reason to change our bill then a conversation should have been had before charging whatever amount she wanted to OUR bank card thinking we were too stupid to notice. Our recommendation to anyone daring to dine there, watch your receipts folks. Don't get taken advantage of like we did. I'm sure I don't need to say it but I will, we will NOT be returning but I will be cross posting this review. read more

Excited to try the new spot. Ordered takeout. Waited 50 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 milkshakes & a hotdog. They weren't even that busy. Food was cold & soggy by the time I received the milkshakes. Inside dining looks nice, cute place. Service is poor, actually stood there while the employees just walk past you like your non existent. There needs to be more training or someone that's in charge handling customers. Probably won't return. read more

My family and I had lunch here today. it was our second visit to this location. Everything was great the first time but this time not only was the food good but the service was out of this world. We had an amazing server, her name was Chrissy. Sometimes when you go to a place like this one, it's kind of a fast service place you don't get a full service experience. This is some of the best service we've had by far in any restaurant that we have gone to in a very long time. We were SHOCKED to hear it was only her first day! She is definitely KEEPER! We sat outside on the patio and while we could see how busy she was it really was awesome the time that she took to chat with us. She really had a wonderful personality! I am in the hospitality industry myself and because of her great service, we will be sure to make this one of our regular spots when we eat out on the weekends now! read more

They should name this place budget burger, 3 whole options for burgers the only cheese they have is American. I got the chicken tenders those were like cardboard no seasoning. I asked for barbecue sauce all the had was Korean barbecue and nothing Asian on the menu. The fries I couldn't taste through the salt. All the sides were extras nothing came with it. And it was incredibly over priced, 3 people costed over $50.00, never again will I goto this place. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would but unfortunately to write a review I need to give a one star. My family and I arrived at approximately 6:58. We saw the sign that said 'seat where ever you'd like' so we waited for a family to leave to take the table - we are six so we needed a larger table. The servers did not clear the table so we waited next to the table hoping someone would take notice and clear it. Multiple tables were cleared but not ours. We waited approximately 5 minutes and I informed one of the servers. She said she'd come back to clean it but she had other tables. I said OK. Another 6 minutes passed and no one came back. Finally we left after waiting over 11 minutes for a clean table. read more
