The fries were clearly made in house. They had a really cool texture, light, airy, almost fluffy. Hard to describe but different in a really good way and the flavor backed it up. Coleslaw was solid too. Light, refreshing, and had a nice slight sweetness that balanced everything out. The staff was great, friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I stopped at the Hani Honey storefront during a recent visit to Stuart. They have a charming cafe and retail shop where you can purchase honey products, bubble tea, coffee, lattes, and light bites. Hani Honey also offers beekeeping lessons which can be booked on their website. The inviting menu is divided into soups and salads, plates, coffee and specialty beverages, mead, wine, craft beer, tea, and bubble tea. Specials are posted on the board on the wall. I ordered the Butterfly Pea Spritzer made with sparkling butterfly pea tea with lemon along with a slice of the Strawberry Almond Tart. While my drink was prepared I shopped the eclectic selection of art, honey, candles, books by local authors, notecards, extracts, jewelry, bags, and more.
