The name pretty much tells you exactly what you're getting, and thankfully they're really good at both. The burgers are the main event. Big, messy in the way a good burger is supposed to be, and actually worth being hungry for. There are enough options that you can switch it up every time, although I usually end up staring at the menu for way too long just to order something similar to what I always get anyway. The fries are great alongside it, and obviously having a good beer with everything doesn't exactly hurt. The atmosphere is another reason I like this place. It's lively and casual without feeling like they're trying too hard to manufacture a "cool" restaurant. You can come in with friends, grab a burger and a beer, hang out for a while, and nobody is rushing you out the door. Service has always been friendly and pretty on top of things, even when they're busy. And considering how packed places like this can get, that deserves some credit. It's definitely not an everyday kind of meal unless you're trying to personally keep the beef industry afloat, but when you're craving a real burger, Burgers and Brew is hard to argue with.
