Absolutely GAS!! At the food truck I used to get the 2 slider combo which is essentially two full size burgers theres nothing slider about these. I'm not sure if the storefront still offers this combo but I have gotten a burger there once since they've opened and it's so cute! Several of us ordered from the food truck at Woofstock - one chicken sandwich was undercooked (slightly pink) and the bottom bun was too soggy to pick up. I know things happen sometimes and I wouldn't do a bad review just for that. The real problem came when we took the sandwich back and told them about the problem. First he denied it was pink at all and argued that there was nothing wrong with it. He reluctantly made a new sandwich, which he then overcooked to make a point. Customer service counts for everything. We can handle undercooked chicken if the problem is resolved - treating us poorly means you won't get our business again. read more

I ordered thru Doordash 19 days ago but haven't had a chance to leave a review. I always drive down Nord and see this Food Truck posted up but never thought twice to stop and get food. I gave them a try on July 20th around Noon and man was I impressed. I opted for the "Pick 2 Sliders" option so I could try more than one thing on the menu. The sliders were definitely bigger than i expected! I ordered the Luau Burger and the Mother Clucker which by the name I assumed was a Chicken Sandwich. It came with an order of fries and man was the portion size more than enough. You can't beat that price either! For under $15 you get two sliders and an order of fries. I'd be surprised if anyone was still hungry after eating this. My friend also opted for the same option and chose The All American and The Cowgirl. We were very pleased at the quality of the food, the fast delivery time and the overall price point. Thank you guys!! We hired Slyderz for our Wedding and it was hands down the best decision. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We even had a mishap with the truck going up the wrong dirt road, but David toughed it out with a couple of our guest, got out of the rough spot and showed up with a smile on his face and delicious food to celebrate with. They recently opened and had a grand opening...I've been trying to get in there and just can't seem to make it happen. The first day, they were literally closed on a day they were listed as open, the second day they closed early because they ran out of food. I understood the first two times because they were still pretty new. I can't ignore this time though. We decided to go, and got there at 8:30, they were listed as closing at 9:00. I knew it was cutting it close, but I was even willing to take it to go. They were rude, condescending, and didn't even let me finish my sentence. (Both women at the counter) They told us the kitchen was closed and they would not even serve us "to go". They looked away after saying that and continued with trying to close up early. It's Saturday night, I'm guessing they had somewhere to be. Love this place. I don't know about any of the other food, but the burgers are awesome. The meat is clearly not a pre made burger, very fresh and flavorful. Little greasy but not sure you can make a great burger without any grease. Topping are always fresh and their sauces rock. They are not huge burgers but one with fry's is plenty for me, they are not some tiny little appetizer type of slider. So today 7/19 the owner and I had a great discussion and the day of the event was just one of those days where life ultimately happens. And he made it right, he made me a new lunch and it was amazing. Moist chicken, saucy and flavorful, I'm so glad he answered my message on Facebook and he made an effort to talk it out in person. Changing this review to 5 stars ---------------------------------------- To preface this I had been to Slyderz many times before this visit as I'm from Chico. Every time previous to this the food was good and saucy and juicy. But I was in Anderson visiting family last night 7/5/19 and saw they were going to be at the Anderson river from food truck park and was so stoked to take my family there! What a huge freaking let down. We got the chicken bacon Swiss and a Dixie chick. Both breaded chicken sliders. The buns were dried out and cheap, like wonder bread type and fell apart on both sandwiches. The cheese on the chicken bacon ranch wasn't was not close to being melted and there was one acting little piece of bacon on each. There was no sauce and with the bread being dry and the chicken being over cooked and dry on both my daughter couldn't even bite into it, and I couldn't even swallow the bite I took! So when I went to take it back there wasn't even an apology, they left the partially eaten chicken on there and gave me another less burnt but equally dried out piece on a new bun with a splotch of mayonnaise. Gross. And when we took it back to ask that they fix it they made excuses and informed us that they weren't even made right to begin with. The Dixie chick was equally as dry and bland and going back to looking at the menu it was wrong also, it didn't have the right sauce. The chicken was so awful the breading was still raw on the inside. I had to remind the guy of my drinks three or four times. The frys were cold and limp and unsalted. The potato bombs were burnt and bland. When paying $15ish per person the food should be far better than something you can get at McDonald's. Ok so I wasn't starving, but I knew I didn't want to leave my house again before having to go to work, so I made a quick stop at Slyderz, which is currently located on Nord/West Sac Tuesday thru Saturday. I think it took about 10, maybe 15 minutes at most to get our food (my roomie and I ordered separately). I got two sliders for $10 something; a mushroom Swiss slider and a pulled pork slider (hole the 'slaw). Portion sizes for the prices are amazing!! My oh my, let's start with the burger. It was fantastic, moist, not fatty, flavorful and probably the best piece of meat I've had in probably forever (I'm picky about my red meats). The bun was soft and had a nice crispy edge and the veggies were fresh. Oh! The mushrooms! Talk about cooked perfectly!! They weren't soggy or over cooked, they were supple and juicy and now my favorite mushrooms offered on top of favorite burger patty in Chico. I will have to try it again soon, make sure it holds up!! But yeah, my mushroom slider was 5/5 easy. The pulled pork slider I give a 4.5/5, same great bun and the "plain Jane" bbq sauce was fantastically tangy and sweet. The meat had a bit of fat that could have been cut off or cooked off a bit more, but it was such a tiny amount that I can't ding it a full point :p Huckleberry lemonade was fine, but I don't drink lemonade enough to compare it or rate it. Ok so here is why they get 4/5 stars... the fries. The fries I give a 3/5, the flavor was there and I liked it, but the texture and size were a no go for me. They were pretty soggy, limp and not really fun to eat. I got garlic and my roomie got the seasoned fries. Same issue for both and we started eating them while in the parking lot even before we left for home (3 minutes away) to eat the rest. Super excited to try this again, glad it's in college town now. Such good sandwiches! Oh my god, amazing burgers and fried chicken sliders. Their jalapeño popper burger is insane and so is any of their deep fried chicken sliders. So addictive and their menu is so large and delicious, you won't ever get sick of it. The only bummer is I can't always get it when I want it.
