She's the best of anyone else on The Ridge in my humble opinion. I'm addicted and crave her food at least once/week. When I asked her about some of her ingredients, I found out she uses quality food ingredients such as Rib Eye in her Philly Cheese Steaks and good quality lean hamburger for her burgers. Her fries are always crunchy...I try not to have them too often but they're so good it's difficult. Lol The Patty Wagon moved recently in the 8000 block on Skyway and has many more tables/seating. Plus lots of shade and protection from the rain now. So that's extra nice for me now. I also found out recently that she was one of the first places to open after the Camp Fire. She wanted to help feed all the workers on The Ridge and she also helped feed some people who were literally homeless pro fire. Thank you Janice for toughing it through the difficult financial times and dealing with some of the initial reconstruction.

My partner is kind of a burger snob and he said he'd give it a 7.5/10... but his favorite burger is from 5th Street Steakhouse, so the competition is stiff Lol I would say it was a 9/10 for me. The highs? The gourmet bun was toasted and branded with their logo, the produce was fresh, the bacon was hot off the grill, and the entire thing was cooked to order. The slight misses? I ordered the sea salt & vinegar fries and they were too salty for me... and that's saying something because I love salt. The burger patty was also a much leaner beef than we expected... and while "my health journey" appreciates that, it wasn't super juicy or tender, despite being cooked to a perfect level of doneness. All that to say: I'll for sure be back... I love to shop small and support local, and it's much easier to do when businesses like this are putting out such good quality eats!

A specialty of the house are their "thin" pancakes. Crepe-like but not a crepe, it is a pancake and you can get them plain or blueberry, I recommend the blueberry but I'm partial to blueberries. I don't ever order pancakes EVER but, this caught my eye so I gave em a try. I order pancakes now. Well, I order pancakes at Debbie's. Parking can be an issue, they're a small place and parking is limited but thankfully you can park on the street if the lot is full.
