I've never sat so long for fast food - twenty minutes with one person in front of me, for an order of French fries and chicken fries. Needed something quick before starting a long road trip with a toddler napping in the car. I understand things happen and service can unexpectedly be slow. stopped here 9/22/24 worst service ever , waiting 15 minutes for 3 whopper jr, ordered 2 with no mayo or ketchup .. they came with mayo and ketchup ordered one with ketchup and no pickles , it came with no ketchup and pickles . there were about 10 or 11 other customers being served and more than half of them had issues with thier orders. either it was wrong or they were over charged . most likely will never stop at this one again. read more

Who even bothers to rate a Burger King??? I guess I do when the experience is as bad as this one. No greeting at the drive thru. When I said hello they responded I'll be with you in a minute. After five minutes I tried to leave but got stuck behind a truck at the food window. I backed out and went into the restaurant where they gave me the evil eye and said I'll be with you in a minute. For 10 minutes a manager ignored me while she counted cash at the counter. They gave me two large cokes with no ice. I asked for ice and they responded "you know we're running out of ice." So they put in a cube or two in each cup. Then when I took a sip the cokes were flat. So I chucked them. This BK is the worst BK I've ever been to. read more

Coming from Tennessee and manager was super nice & helpful, got our food out in less than 10 mins for 5 people.

It's actually painful to even have to give one star to this place... WORST Burger King my family and I have EVER been to. Got the kids nuggets, my fiancé and I each got a chicken sandwich meal (two different kinds of chicken) I had the original chicken sandwich. I had ordered it with extra mayo. Not only did it come with NO mayo even though the receipt says "heavy mayo" but I also got a LARGE long black hair WRAPPED around the end of the sandwich. The bread was super stale... to the point it was crumbling. Went back in politely asked it to be re-made.. no big deal mistakes happen, well I got it. Went back to the car, the chicken was inedible... was either freezer burnt or just sat in the warmer for at least days. Not sure what was wrong with it besides it was for SURE, old. At this point we're angry and brig it back in for a second time and ask for our money back just for that one meal. The workers who had no name tag on and a very dirty uniform shirt on claimed he was the manager and told me I had to go find our receipt. I came out to the car, my fiancé went in with his card he had paid for and they had told him because we had eaten the other food he would "have to see what they could do" my fiancé instantly demanded the refund for the one meal not the entire purchase and said that the service was unacceptable. The parking lot is covered in trash, they have ONE working restroom in the entire building that is unisex and it was FILTHY.. scary looking. As we were getting back into our car, a employee pulled up behind us rolled his window down and told us that he was in the process of making a formal complaint to their HR due to the kitchen condition and the lack of cleanliness the business practices. There was a sign on the drive up window that said "exact change only or debit/credit card" because they had no change. They were also out of medium cups so gave us all the wrong size beverage. Also we're "out" of sauces for the kids nuggets... unacceptable serving conditions and just filthy. Absolutely will never return. Especially due to the way the "manager" poorly handled the situation and seemed to not care what so ever of our expirence. read more

Absolutely the worst BK location. We went in one day and they had no rolls. Only croissants. Decided to leave. Thought it was a fluke but no it's a regular occurrence that this location is out of key items. The next attempt we were told they had a chicken of any kind. So messy and dirty. I ordered two whopper with cheese meals. neither had cheese. no biggie, I will just bring them up and ask them to put a slice of cheese on both. I got such attitude from the staff. they told me I didn't order them with cheese. But I did! Then they took my burgers and threw them away. Then after they had thrown them away, they told me I could not have the new burgers until I paid 2 dollars for the cheese. I was shocked. They made the mistake. They had no problem throwing away the burgers that were wrong. But they were going to make A huge issue over 2 dollars. Never mind that the rest of my food was cold by the time they gave me my corrected burgers. They also had no diet soda and had no other sugar free option so I ended up having no drink. But I had paid for the drink. Maybe knowing that I had been hipped for my drink, they could have overlooked the fee for the cheese. The worst part of this was that they messed up the order for the guy after us too. And again, they blamed it on him and gave him such a hard time he walked right out. Service is so slow! The cashier had me and my friends waiting a long time to place our orders.

As this is one of the few places to get food that is open past 10pm in the area (and I tend to work a lot of over nights) I frequent this place quite a lot. But after tonight I will never go back. I have nothing but bad experiences at this place and tonight I drove up at 10:30pm (the dinning room closes at 10pm) to the drive thru and was told to wait as she (the only one working apparently) was busy. I pulled out my phone to check my email and before I realized it I had been sitting at the drive through for 5 minutes (I had paused my Sirius radio when I first hot the order speaker so I had a running clock) and had heard NOTHING from them. I spoke "Um...hello?" for which I was rebuked, "I am helping someone else you are going to have to wait." After two more minutes I drove off. Terrible place. read more

Location, location, location. No other reason for eating here. Writing this review while waiting for my meal. Been waiting in line 10 minutes and now waiting for my order for another 15 minutes. Clearly a leader in the "slow food" movement. One cashier and a line out the door on a summer Sunday at lunch time off a major interstate at the peak of summer travel in New Hampshire. Crowd is getting restless. Usual panoply of mistakes in orders, etc. Drive past if you can. Update: My order got messed up too. No drinks for the kids meals, no fork for the salad. Struggling. This is a very good Burger King. We've stopped here many times on the way to and from Ashland, and the food and service are both very good. It's right off of Route 93 and visible from the highway. A quick stop if you're passing through the area. read more

Our visit was ... Gross. The tables and booths were dirty (like dried ketchup and other food dirty), the cranberry Apple salad didn't have apples. My burger had hair wrapped around it. We were charged for 3 drinks even though one was just a water. The staff were having a great time-taking selfies at the counter. I really wondered if we were being punked. It was bad. If you like crappy service, consistently screwed up orders, surly staff and total indifference.....then this is the place for you. I've lost count at how many times my orders have been messed up. One time, my burger was literally squished up into a ball. If you dare go there within 2 hours of closing they will treat you like you're putting them out and seem irritated for actually having to do their jobs. I work nights and on my last visit, I was given major attitude when I ordered a combo deal. Order taker sighed heavily and said they were closing in 25 minutes and they would be forced to make a fresh batch of fries. There was a long pause as if she was waiting for me to say, "oh then don't worry about it, I'll just take the burger and drink so you won't have to actually to do your job and make me the food you are selling because I don't want to inconvenience you hard working people".
