Burger King - Randallstown Stopped by Burger King in Randallstown on my way home from work and had a great experience. I ordered the $7 meal with a Whopper Jr., chicken fries, onion rings, and fries. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared just right. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, making it an easy stop after a long day. I was in the middle of a long drive when my daughter made the dreaded "I need to use the bathroom...it's an emergency" announcement. We stopped at the nearest restaurant. It was 8:15 PM (tonight). Apparently the restaurant closes at 8, so I went to the drive-thru to ask for help, explaining the situation. It's clear the guy asked his manager...and he said no! What kind of a man says no to a young girl who is in need? By the way, I would have bought something simply as a thank you, so the poor ethics also resulted in lost business. read more

This is the SLOWEST Burger King ever! I don't know if they are just short staffed or what! I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a whopper meal. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 Stars instead of 1 is because the lady working was very sweet to me. The drive thru is open 24 hours. My wife & I just got back from buger king. The manager this morning was was very unprofessional, very disrespectful. We ordered onion rings and we got fries . Ask we were truning into the drive though the bag fell , when my wife n i got to the window the manager had a nasty attitude i told her we had ordered onion rings n instead we got fires, and she replied back wit and attitude she said where are the fries, so i hand her the bag. While handing it to her i was trying to tell her about the fries fallling in the bag she started accusing us for eating out of the fries n closes the windows as she talk smack. Iv been here a few times this summer for breakfast and lunch. Each visit has been great. The BK app makes it convenient to order and customize. Often I like to take off the Mayo. The whopper jr duo is a fantastik lunch with some hot crispy fries. read more

This has to be the most incompetent Burger King location i've ever been to. From the time I placed my order at the drive-thru to the time I received my food, it took a total of 20 minutes! I ordered an 8 piece nugget and 2 medium Bacon King meals, both sandwiches I asked for no mayo. One drink was a fruit punch with ice & the other was a fruit punch with no ice. After waiting so long for my food, I got to the 2nd window & the guy there asked if both drinks had no ice. Once he fixed the drinks, instead of handing them over he walked away from the window for at least 5 minutes. When he came back he gave me 2 sandwiches with mayo on them. He took took the sandwiches back to be corrected. This time around the "corrected" sandwiches barely had bacon, cheese, or ketchup on them like they were supposed to. The sandwich wrappers also had traces of mayo on them so either the mayo was wiped off or the same wrappers were used. I didn't think I needed to check the nuggets...well I should have. I opened the bag & the 8 piece nugget I paid for ended up being a 4 piece nugget. Why aren't the employees reading the order screens provided to them? I won't give this location another penny as there is always a long wait time or incorrect orders. It sucks that Paris & the girl working the first window have to work with people who can't follow simple instructions. read more

Went through the drive through, told us to pull up to the door... kid comes out 10 mins later and gives us food, missing items. Then asked where my milkshake was and he said oh the machine is down, I said you charged me for it. Our drinks has no ice, we asked why don't they have ice, he said oh we don't have ice. He walks back into the store and never returns to refund my milkshake. The doors were locked before closing so I had to walk up to the drive through window, where guess what...the bin of ice for the drinks was full and the manger started making my shake. This kid flat out lied twice and was like yeah don't care. Manager apologized but now I see why the store has crappy reviews, if they had a negative rating option I would have scored them with that. Came for lunch with my kids. The staff wasn't very friendly. No greeting. Had to wait for fresh food (during lunch rush) . While waiting i went to use the restroom which needed attention to say the least. read more

I really like this place there Whoppers are delicious and their chicken nuggets are great

At this location, I always get hot food with a minimal wait time...the fries are hot, fresh and crunchy, burgers and tenders included. There is always someone in the drive thru. If your food isn't hot they will redo your request. A decent location that I do recommend and others that I've taken with me agree. The interior is modernized and open, good substitution from eating in the car. read more

This was my first and last time trying the new $1.00 taco from Burger King. This thing I received wasn't fit for man nor beast! The so called taco shell was petrified and the filling looked like canned dog food and no signs of cheese or vegetation at all! The manager CiCi is very unprofessional. I wear glasses,she would not let me place a order because i couldn't see to read the coupon code. She then threatened to call the police on me for no reason. I have the video to prove this. She should be terminated asap. read more

This BK has to be the most unprofessional of them all. They sometimes charge for extra sauce and sometimes they don't. I guess it depends on the mood the cashier is in. I would avoid this bk location. We were traveling and made a stop with family. I was the first to order and customers behind me were getting their orders. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked why I didn't get my food, the girl at the front mumbled something about it getting busy and them losing track of my order.
