Hmmmmm....lets just say this is not a place I would be going back to. First time here and obviously I am going to need some guidance, but when I asked I seem to piss the lady at the register off. Just for clarity, you order on a kiosk. I asked since I had questions if she would just take my order at the register and she pointed me back to the kiosk...so back I went to figure it all out. Thank goodness my one friend was able to work it out for me and another friend that came. Ordered the plant base burger option. You have to order everything al a cart unless you get their special of the day that is for meat eaters and they don't make any substitutes to the special. So I went with the impossible burger with Mac and cheese and man I wish I had stuck with my gut and ordered fries. The Mac and cheese is NOT yummy. The fries is a better option. My burger was ok, I didn't finish it because it wasn't anything to write home about. My friend enjoyed his chicken burger and fries that was ordered. My other friend didn't really enjoy his burger nor the Mac and cheese. He stated he wouldn't be back either. Also when ordering your drinks you can get a Can soda, or they do have a drink that they can fill up a cup for you. The push condiments were messed up when we went. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could assist and when she came over she noticed the problem we were experiencing and just said oh they seem to be broken. So no ketchup... The inside was decently clean. We were able to find a table that would fit us all. So all in all, the place is not terrible but some better customer service, fix your condiments, have some plant based special items as there are for the meat option and upgrade on the Mac and cheese could lead them somewhere. read more

Coming from a track meet at Morgan State my son wanted some pizza and wings. We came to &Pizza which is just on the next corner. We saw Nash & Smashed next to where we parked and decided to try it. They have party wings, tenders, burgers and etc. so plenty to choose from. Our order was made fresh so you do have to wait a few minutes. I love when I see a HALAL sign! HALAL chicken just taste so clean and delicious. Their larger quantity wing portions are more expensive so I am happy they had a kids option. As I was typing this my number was called The sales guy at the register was very odd a bit rude!!! I ordered buffalo and ranch and when my order came it wasn't included so he told me I would need to pay additional. Why wouldn't sauce come with the tenders. I was near Fells Point when I got a craving for a good burger and found Nash & Smashed on Yelp. The place has a bright, appealing vibe that caught my attention right away. Service was decent, and I went with the Classic Bull Single Burger. A beef patty topped with American cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and their signature sauce. The burger itself was fine, but the sauce wasn't really my thing ,a bit too heavy and on the sweet side for my taste. Yeah i dont believe the earlier reviews bunch of nonsense. Anywho, I would say 4.5 maybe a 5 if you round it up, i got the smash double and two pieces of fried chicken along with some waffle fries. The smash was solid enough, the spicy chicken was seasoned well and spicy, not too salty and not too heavily breaded which i prefer. I'm not gunna lie I was a little nervous of trying this place because the reviews were so up and down. But I really wanted a burger and this place was the fastest on DoorDash! I got the classic "bull" burger with two patties cheese and special sauce. I really enjoyed it! Burger was a nice size, flavorful, cooked well, and loaded with toppings. The fries were really good too! By the time more order came they were still crunchy which was a HUGE plus for me because I always eat my fore's first! I also liked that the fries were seasoned. This location opened up couple months ago located in federal hill . The burger was pretty good . Not too greasy . This particular burger called Nash and smashed had a combination of fried chicken and beef i ! I give it a 7.5/8 out of 10 . I definitely want to go back again and try more items , especially the fried chicken . The staff were very nice and excited . read more

First time in and it was a pleasant experience. Once they found out it was my first time they were very helpful with the menu and any questions I had. I ordered the Nash& Smashed with waffle fries and it was great just a little heat from the mild level. Would definitely go back to try the Honey Butter and a milkshake. read more

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I had the honey butter chicken sandwich the next day, and wow... that was just as amazing! After my daughter's Baseball game I decided to treat my little family to a meal at somewhere we've never been in Baltimore.
