The last 3 whoppers I picked up at the drive thru were room temp to cold!!! Imtalking about the meat!!! COLD!!!!

This is the 5th time this location has ignored my order. I always clearly request NO pickles, and they still put them on my sandwich every single time. This visit crossed the line the pickles were deliberately hidden on the opposite side of the sandwich, which feels intentional and dishonest. This is not a mistake anymore. It's either complete incompetence or employees who simply don't care. A basic request that takes zero extra effort cannot be followed, even after multiple chances. That shows a serious lack of training, quality control, and respect for customers. I'm done wasting my money here. If you expect your order to be made correctly or honestly, avoid this Burger King. this place definitely could do better. they somehow were OUT OF COKE AND FANTA, and the burger was dry and mushy. the fries were too salty and i did not enjoy my meal. i would put this at one star but they kept it cheap so i can't. read more

came here with my dad and sister, were from out of town traveling for over 10 hours and wanted something to eat. BK have it your way? more like BK have it our way.. they ran out of everything. and when i say everything i mean almost EVERYTHING. no ketchup, no pickles, no onion rings, no chicken fries, no tomato, and much more. i mean, how can you even run the place without all of these items. ketchup?? really?? we ordered 3 burgers, 2 plain and one with whatever they had left for a bacon cheeseburger. when asked if she was going to put what they had on the burger, the manager stated "i wasnt planning on putting lettuce and onion on." that wasnt what we asked for. i was very dissatisfied. there was one nice young lady, heaven, who kindly apologized for the inconvenience when it wasnt even her fault. poor thing i felt bad for her. the manager was also swearing in the back, and all costumers could hear. very unprofessional. needless to say, more heavens needed in this burger king location. very disappointing. read more

Sloowwww, why are there double lanes. It should speed up the ordering process but it never does. Especially if you order your way and customers complicate their orders. I pulled into this Burger King and got into one of the two drive-through lanes. I was the only one there at the time. Nobody waited on me. I waited a bit longer and then some more cars came into the other lane and the worker helped all three of those people. I decided I was not going to buy anything from them after that and proceeded to leave but I had to go through the drive-through lane.to exit. When I got to the window, I told them that it wasn't fair for them to take three people in the other lane before even acknowledging me. this Burger King sucks and you always have to wait forever to get your food. Ordered food online, got to the drive-thru speaker and asked if my food would be fresh, as I placed the order 20 min earlier. They said of course in an insulted way. We received our food and as I feared the food was not fresh. The bread on both the original chicken sandwich (could have hammer nails with) and the "Big Fish" (a BIG disappointment) were both stale. The onion rings tasted like they took a second trip in the deep fryer and were this side of burnt. When I got in line again and went to the window, the Manager took the food back (with an attitude) and said I would have to get my refund online... I would recommend that you stay away from the Burger King on Schoenersville Rd, Bethlehem, PA . Try Wendy's (we did, with much better results) or another Burger King. If you're craving sweets don't bother going here. This is the second time I'm told They can't make a milkshake because the machine is off, it needs to b cleaned. So by 9pm if not before that no milkshakes when they close at 11pm. yet, online you still have the option to order a milkshake . Either you need to update your hours of operation or retrain your employees. Doesn't take 2 hours to clean an ice cream machine. read more

Last week I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich around 11:45AM at the drive up. I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window to pay for it. Then I discovered it wasn't very hot and in fact didn't even melt or partially melt the cheese. Pathetic. Today I decided to go to the lobby and ordered the fish sandwich with cheese. I got a soda and was looking for a clean table to sit at. Before I could sit down they called my name for my order. I thought it was very fast. Nice, right? No! The fish was 'warm' but certainly not hot. It makes me wonder how long before the order was placed that they actually cooked the fish. At least the fries were hot. I know they specialize in fast food, but I don't like to think that the food was prepared ahead of time. Normally (at other fast food places) I expect to wait for the fish sandwich because they have to cook it. Also, most of the empty socially distanced tables had not been cleaned between customers.
