Inside it's no frills -- some Burger Kings have been updated in terms of decor, but not this one -- so, it's simple seating, very bland colors, fluorescent lighting. Often see a lot of kids/families in here because of their playground/pen. It can be annoying to hear all that screaming or having little people run in and out while their parents diddle on their phones. Have about two, maybe three, registers for ordering. Overall a small area to order and get your food from. When it's busy, there can be a back up, so there is a huge cluster of people both ordering and waiting for their food. I never expect friendly customer service from here, however after their RUDE, ignoring attitude I encountered today, I won't put up with them anymore. I have nothing against the girls who previously worked at the front desk, but not the manager and the guy who were there today. The manager WALKED AWAY and stopped taking orders until we were the next. This was not the first time, he has serious RACIAL issues. Waited for a long time and called them, the guy was reluctant to come to take orders. While we were placing orders, the manager came back and took the order behind us. I've been to a lot of burger kings but I never had a whopper the size of my face...seating are ok...there four seats in every table ..About ten tables...there's a mini playground for children to play around while there done with there meals..workers there are kinda rude...they don't have as much patient as a Cashier should have...if you think to long on ur order they would get snappy which i don't even understand why...the prices are bearable..same as all fast food places....they have a drive thur...food comes out fast so not a long wait...but many people come here for lunch so it usually packed.. One of better local Burger Kings, especially for having a parking lot and a drive-thru. The service is bad, but as expected of a Burger King. Food has been pretty consistent with other BKs, but they always seem to forget to give you napkins and condiments. read more

Unlike other Yelpers, I had 2 good experiences at this location during my visit to Brooklyn. Got the little chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings. They were all good and as expected. Call me lucky I guess. Even my son told me of some of his unpleasant experiences. The floors were greasy and with the rain water it was slippery. We didn't dine in because Id rather sit on my sons porch steps and watch the pace of the NYC go past me. Not bad-not great 3 stars. read more

Once had a fish sandwich here that wasn't fully thawed. And another time, tried to get drive-thru breakfast where there no one manning it. Someone finally asks, I give them my order, then silence. I drive up to the window and of course, they didn't get it. What a waste of time. I like Burger King, but this is by far one of the worst branches. Starting to have a terrible rep with me. I can't even give this place any stars. I've lived up the block my entire life and have seen the drastic decline of Burger King over the last several years but over the course of the passed few years more than anything. Not only is the food always always cold even after many attempts asking to make the food hotter, it just shows the general lack of care that the people as well as the managers have for there customers. The picture I posted was a sandwich I received that was not only gross and old but completely inedible. You couldn't even bite through it and rip a piece off that's how bad it was. This hasn't only happened once and they get away with it because there the only place open late, it isn't right what they do to people who pay money and actually enjoy eating at Burger King. My favorite food from here are the nuggets. I cant get enough of them, I mean literally. This is the third time I purchased 20 piece nuggets, get charged for it and they give me a baggy of 8 nuggets. When I specify things so they dont forget especially the cheese in the burger somehow they always forget it. I almost never get my honey mustard sauce for my nuggets. I live really close by so I order from them more often than any restaurant. This forgetfulness of burger king workers probably only work night shifts because this only happens to me at night. In the day time, everything is back to normal and I get good service. I rarely go in the daytime because at night when Im hungry since its 24/7 and only 4 blocks from me, I can walk my dog to their drive thru and order. So quick and easy but with speed there comes a lack of accuracy which makes me so sad because I feel ripped off. Once I ordered dr.pepper for my drink and I got orange soda. I dont look at whats inside the bag or what my drink is before I go because Im usually with my puppy and he requires a lot of attention. Hes very big and if I dont control him, hes dragging me all over the place. Its sort of my fault for not checking BUT seriously, whats the point of me telling them my order when they are going to just change it? Also I pay just the same even though I pay for what I dont get. Now I don't normally order fast food but I was particularly hankering for some fries and a chicken sandwich. Staff was extremely unpleasant and noticed they had parked one of their bikes in the play pen area. I wasn't there to use that particular facility but it was very strange and especially unsafe if there were kids in there. The guy at the register greeted me with, "yo". After I ordered again he said, "yo your food is ready." I stared at him and he just shoved the tray my way. After I had sat down I noticed that each and everyone of my items from the sandwich, to the fries, and the mozzarella sticks were all barely warm. I usually have good experiences with BK, and simple burgers are good here, especially with the close proximity to my home nearby the area. It wasn't until recently that I tried their breakfast, and for the first few times, it was still good. Though, the hash browns and fries were stuck together with oil and I couldn't even separate them as they were conjoined. I thought, that's fine, I guess. I took up a suggestion and decided to try the pancake platter with sausage; and only to find three layers of pancakes stacked on top of one another with NO sausage to be found. I felt lied to! The cashiers are teenagers who couldn't give a damn. The food is as usual. On Tuesdays 4-8PM Whoppers are $1. Whopper Tuesday whoppers are very sloppily put together. There is a play area for children. I live very close to here, so the Whopper Tuesday is a big plus. read more

I used to go here often just because it's the closest one but a few times I've been there, they've prepared my food WITHOUT GLOVES. So their nasty ass hands (that are constantly used for texting) are all over my food and other people's food. One time I went and the girl was texting while I was waiting for her to take my order and every time I said something she said "just a second" while she finished her text. it's burger king so i am not asking or expecting much but for about an hour while my sis is doing her brooklyn shopping rounds it will do just fine . it seems whenever i stop by the interior decor has gone from bland to bland and back. the location is 65th st and 14th ave in the bay ridge section of brooklyn and it has a decent size outdoor garage that include the maze like drive thru .it's usually not crowded during breakfast time and i am able to order right away. i always order the same thing, the 2 for 4 bucks deal ( egg and sausage crossiants and 4 piece french toast sticks (luv um) very unhealthy but sometimes you gotta live a little. the new interior has added more booths and some long tables with high stool type seating but the booths are not comfy at all . the play room area is for the kiddies but this morning it's empty and no screaming brats (how sad). listen i never had a problem with any of the workers or issue with food so next time my sisters go shopping in the area king sadri will visit burger king to waste some time. read more
