MUST buy an item to obtain free Tmobile Tuesday whopper. (This is probably paid by Tmobile) but still wants to take advantage of customers.
    Jenn L.

This Burger King has one of the worst customer service, all their staff are so rude and unprofessional, specially their branch manager (the guy in the picture). If I could leave 0 stars I would have chosen that. Now they are demanding the customer "MUST purchase an item with the T-Mobile free whopper". @Burger King why you choose to participate with Tmobile Tuesday offers when BK is not willing to give what its advertised and only wants to take advantage from the customers. Do not come to this place. I will put a formal complaint.

Proof that I was a worker here.

This will be a long review... and to provide insight, I'll tell you my experience as a FORMER EMPLOYEE who quit today 5/25/2024, and will NEVER RETURN! 1. The atmosphere. Filthy no matter what. I don't care if anyone who works there says otherwise. There is no regard for the cleanliness/safety of the customer. Walking here, you will get that typical Burger King wax smell from the sweat-stained seats, onion-crumbed riddled tables, and soda-drenched floor. Number 1 CONTINUED: The back of the house (where the food is made), is absolute filth that signals a dereliction of duty. The past manager clarified that it's impossible to clean, so it'd be ideal to serve customers in the most raw meat-touched contaminated burgers possible... (Yes, they use gloves, but they then touch raw burger meat and drop it into the insta-broiler, then make your food with the same gloves!!) 2. THE PEOPLE (EMPLOYEES)!!! IMPORTANT I started working here last October. Not only was I mistreated multiple # # # # times throughout my starter week, (yelled at, probably being cursed at in Pakistani), but I was told to do EVERYTHING! The vegetables, the burgers, the chicken, the fryers, the garbage. EVERYTHING!! I was supposed to do it because it's quite hard; and I quote: "Do it since I've already worked 6+ hours!" I do not know what that's supposed to mean, but take it with the former problems in mind. The employees are lazy, (now not all of them are lazy, some of them have my respect, notably the morning crew), they are rude to customers, they don't # # # # care about your food, and they don't care about how clean your food is. Absolutely # # # # all! However, once the manager arrives, they all scramble to be the goody-two-shoes so they won't get in trouble. So call it two-faced if you will. 3. NIGHT SHIFT (IMPORTANT) Now this one begins with a different approach. Starting from 4 P.M. to 4 A.M. (Yes, 12 whole hours) There is a SEVERE lack of quality in the food and hygiene approach, and why? Because the employees do not care about the food, nor the customer. They're just there to poop out food so you can shovel it into your mouth. They don't care about using the same gloves to touch raw meat, they don't care about how they treat people, they just care to get you out so they can sit down and sleep. Night shift is a problem that needs to be examined by both the health inspector and an HR for good measure. (Oh, and if they act all tidy, that's because someone important like the corporate inspector dropped by). 4. Lack of ingredients 75% OF THE TIME Don't ever order delivery or anything from this place, everything is out. I check the basement half the time to see that the ingredients for stuff like the patty melt or chicken sandwich are gone. Wanna try the new Philly melt? It has Royal sauce! But too bad it has Mayo sometimes!! Wanna get an 8 piece nuggets? Oh shoot why is it as hard as a rock? It's like it's been sitting there for an hour! How about the Frozen drinks or soft serve!? Might as well call it McDonalds! Because none of them work anyway! Also this location specifically struggles to get biscuits!!! So we're down breakfast as well! 5. RACISM!! (IMPORTANT) I don't need to explain this one in much detail. But the workers are usually Pakistani. I have seen them yell/mistreat Asian customers, and argue with the old people who are usually Italian. They also struggle with basic English and barely get orders right. As for any other race, I guess they see them as inferior. considering that I'm Asian and was always being cursed or laughed at in Urdu, (or whatever their language is). 6. Manager. The manager as of right now is a very nice guy and demonstrates exemplary customer service, but it's clear that some of the employees are sullying up to him so they can get some extra leeway. Disgusting. 7. Unable to do time correctly (???) I know this is a Yelp review and not a job review, but this place is unable to get more people for time management. So usually, they scramble schedules all over the place. (2, 3, and 7 continued) (IMPORTANT) Here it is, my final words on this place. Some of the employees are indeed GOD-AWFUL. And it's usually them being Pakistani. Now, some are extremely nice and are willing to work following the corporate rules. Hell, they even share food. But for the ones that do nothing, they are the same ones who are: Sullying to the manager, racist, rude to the customers, cross-contaminating your food, and deserve to be relieved/fired from this place for the better! For the ones who were nice to me during the morning shift: YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! Thank you for making my time here longer and more enjoyable, I wish nothing but the BEST for you! AND TO THOSE WHO WERE RUDE AND TAUGHT ME EVERYTHING WRONG, I hope you work here for the rest of your life so you'll forever be miserable! Summation If you are reading this, customer, future employee, or person in general. Be warned. This is a depressing place!

I remember coming here as a high schooler, and haven't been back until recently when I had a hankering for the Impossible Whopper. Went through the drive-thru (which wasn't too terrible, but the lady in front ordered way a crap ton of food). The Impossible Whopper is... fine. Not exactly the life-changing experience they're advertising. Looked good, came adorned with all the accouterments that actually made it taste halfway decent. But otherwise, pretty forgettable.

This is disgusting! Throw it in the trash where it belongs to.

I TOLD YOU! NOT to eat BURGER KING !!! You don't listen to me. My mom said. After showing her what I got from Burger King. So, 2 years ago I got a piece of coupon so I went to burger king to get some cheap burgers and fries. They disappointed me because the coke is not cold and the burger is not hot. The fries are not salty at all. I stop going to burger king and every body says do not go to burger king. But today, I went to burger king because I thought this time I may be able to get something good. Am I disappointed ??? I feel HOPELESS for Burger King.

If you come to this BK, there is a chance your order will not come out the way you like. The good: Has a drive thru, play pen for kids, open 24hr Not so good: I only come here to eat because I'm bored of the usual, it's late at night, or I want to be see if I will get a messed order. Usually it minor stuff like they forget to give you napkins, forget straws, forget sauce for your nuggets.... Today, I got 2 chicken sandwiches where the both chicken patty was so well done it was almost black. Why would you serve that to anyone? The only savior was the whopper came out good.

a sandwich and french fries on a table

I order sweet ice tea they give me unsweet then i buy chicken nugget for children they give me chicken stick (If you don't need your eyes please donate to those who need it)lmao

I know that it not trendy, and i know that everybody are about healthy food, but once in a while it is ok to get some comfort food, and Burger King is a great idea. But i must say that this time was a bit disappointing. I was waiting inline, and the young woman who work at the cashier chose for some reason to assist someone else before me. When i asked why, she looked at me and were like: OK, come first. Like she is doing me a favor for servicing me first. Thank god she wasnt the one who also make the food, because it was good. Juicy and delicious like burget King knows.

This is what they served me.. it was soo soggy I couldn't eat it.. like soup disgusting.

I've tried so many times to go here because I'm in area and pressed for time but it's not worth it. They serve old lettuce and rotten tomatoes be careful. My last order was so soggy I couldn't eat it.

This is the worst Burger King in Brooklyn by far. The drive thru sucks. Employees don't speak English and can never get your order right.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. Seating is right behind the counters and they had tables and old school booths for the tables. Great spot and I can see why they've been around for so long.

Both restaurants have been in business for well over half a century with well-deserved accolades. Despite having grown up in Brooklyn, I hadn't been to either before this year. I read reviews and actually asked ChatGPT what to order at R-N-R. We went with its suggestion: medium roast beef with cheese, onion rings, root beer and lemonade. My sandwich was more well-done than requested. They don't offer 'rare'. The few bites with red meat were infinitely better than the rest of the sandwich. The roll, as everyone points out, is baked in house. Though light and puffy, it didn't outweigh overdone beef. Onion rings were great, root beer average, and lemonade -- per my husband who loves lemonade -- excellent. While I wouldn't balk about returning, my vote goes to Brennan and Carr, though truly, when cooked as requested there is no substantial difference. If you take the train, get off at Sheepshead Bay Road and head south. Turn left at Emmons Avenue and keep walking. Twenty minutes all told.

The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

I already knew I wanted the double cheeseburger with bacon and egg, so it didn't take me long to place my order. I definitely enjoyed sitting at the bar because the restaurant has an open-kitchen concept. You can watch the chefs prepare the food, which is always enjoyable for me. The burger itself was definitely an experience! It was beautifully presented, and everything was cooked to perfection. Honorable mention goes to the pepper on the thick-cut bacon- it added a nice savory kick to the burger. I had really been looking forward to trying it because I recently passed by Au Cheval in Chicago, but the wait was extremely long, so I didn't get the chance to go. This burger was definitely good. It's not at the top of my list, but it was worth the experience. I must say, it's also extremely high-end price-wise. For just the burger with bacon and egg, plus tax and tip, I paid about $47. Again, it was a treat, but not necessarily one I'd order again. I'd love to try some of the city's other standout burgers before returning for this one. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! Would I return? Sure, but I would probably try something other than the burger next time.
