Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order three times before the worker understood me. Not sure if this was a equipment malfunction or a language barrier, but she spoke so softly that I could not hear her over the traffic noise. This is the slowest location I have ever experienced. They can be completely empty and will still ask you to pull around to park and wait for your food. Once it finally comes there is always something wrong with the order (missing items, customizations wrong, wrong items, etc). In addition the are frequently "out" of things (for example tonight they are completely out of the buns for their featured limited time sliders). And word to the wise, you are better off not ordering chicken bc it is always super dry to the point of being inedible. My kids really wanted it tonight, so I ordered through the app. Get there and the line for the drive thru is 10 cars deep. I just go inside and 10 minutes go by and nobody has even acknowledged my presence. Consistently the worst experience here, wouldn't even recommend to an enemy. read more

I'm torn on this one. Service was great, but the food and the place itself, meh. Baby K and I came in for a pit-stop. The bathroom was a little dirty. In fact, the whole place was a little dirty. Service at the counter was great. They were very accommodating of a toddler, and later brought an orange slushy to our table when they made one for another order by mistake. Baby K had a kid's meal with burger, fries, and chocolate milk. Barely touched the burger, as usual. Ate a fair amount of fries, though she, and I, prefer McDonald's fries. These are too mushy, and apparently unsalted. Just blah. The orange drink was very good. I had a spicy chicken Caesar sandwich. Meh. Too tall to eat easily, everything slid off so it was messy. The chicken and bacon were way overcooked. And the tomatoes were plasticky and pink. I didn't finish it. I doubt I would come back. The food overall, meh. The place was dirty. I was continually disappointed in the customer service at this location. I actually completely stopped going for almost a year, but I had a craving for a whopper so I thought I would give them another chance. Bad bad decision. It was three in the afternoon and nobody was really at the restaurant but I sat in line for 10 blocked in front and back waiting for a stupid Whopper and a frozen Coke. Once I finally got to the window, the girl/woman/person didn't even make eye contact with me, told me what I owed, and sighed when I asked for a fork and salt and pepper. She actually handed the bag to me without even turning her head to even look in my direction . No thank you, no shove off, NOTHING. The hamburger was luke warm and drowning in ketchup, and although I had asked for extra tomato and lettuce, I didn't get it. The "large" Frozen coke was a measly 12 oz for $1.59?????? Finally when I wanted to call the manager I realized she had not given me a receipt. I tried to get a picture of the back door where there was a bunch of trash laying everywhere, along with employee shoes laying around?? WTH?? There was also an employee sitting on the ground leading up against the building on her phone. I think it was a young woman with shoulder length, either wet or very greasy hair. Needless to say, if the craving for a whopper hits again, I will be going to another BK- that is if any of them are still open next year! UPDATE I decided to go back in and get my money back for the frozen Coke because it tasted absolutely horrible. There was a manager -I think her name is Millie? Not sure. I don't know how many times I've been to this Burger King and the service has been absolutely atrocious! The staff seem to have no customer service skills nor respect for their customers. I completely understand why this location has a 1-star rating. I have sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes before, my items have been made incorrectly more times than I can count, and the customer service has always been less than stellar! Today, I decided to swing through because I was craving a whopper. Weird craving, right? While the drive thru attendant seemed friendly at the intercom, she was completely rude once I arrived at the window. I kindly asked her to repeat my order since the display screen at the intercom did not have the correct order. She read back my drink only. Ok, whatever. Once she gave me my food, I checked my sandwich and it was not made correctly. When I advised her of this, she slammed the window in my face and took off. After sitting there for five minutes waiting for the correct sandwich, I decided to just leave. I didn't want a spit sandwich. I vow here and now that I will never return to this Burger King location. It's a constant disappointment and not something I want to subject myself to anymore. read more

The staff is very friendly and not judgmental. What started off as a bad experience became a 4 star review after seeing how the store remedied it. 2 weeks ago, visited the drive-thru and ordered 4 Whoppers. Got home and had only received 2 Whoppers but was charged for 4. Called the store and the manager stated they would replace the order on our next visit. Fast forward 2 weeks and visited the store. He told my brother that he needed to hurry up and order and if he could not then he needed to leave and come back when he knew what he wanted because he doesn't have the time, and was very unprofessional. My brother had no cars behind him and took all of 3 minutes to place his order and then was told after asking for the manager to deal with how he had been treated DARIU rudely said he was the manager and that he could get out of line and not order anything now because he was not dealing with my brother tonight. I have never in my life had a more unprofessional extremely rude service than I did tonight at this Burger King in Canal Winchester from DARIU. As soon as I pull up to the drive thru box, immediately says that I am going to have to wait a minute to order my food. When he pops back on, he seems annoyed that I am not ready to order my food. Mind you, there are ZERO cards behind me and I have a big order. I start my order, and after everything little thing he seems annoyed while also asking if I'm through. He ask for a 3rd time, "Does that complete your order?" I tell him that does not. And he said that I need to get out of line until I can figure out what I want in a timely manner because I'm taking too long. I was there for 3 minutes which he himself gave me the time! I asked to speak to the manager and he boldly replies that he IS the manager and that I'm gonna have to get out of line or start over because I will be effecting his numbers. Again at this point, NOBODY was in line behind me and I was 1 thing away from completing me order. And then tells me, "You know what, you aren't ordering anything tonight. I'm not dealing with this you can go." I will be calling the day time manager and the corporate number he gave when I asked for his name which is DARIU. So.... Last week my wife and I were out shopping late and decided to hit the drive-thru at this Burger King on the way home. As we pulled up to the speaker the gentleman taking to order was very pleasant and professional. You could tell that he was new but that was okay with us. We pulled forward to the window and paid with a CC and waited for our food and drinks to come out. When they did we checked ours bag as we always do and headed home (which is 5 min down the road. When we got home we sat down right away to eat. This is where they failed. A rodeo king burger, the meat tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. No flavor, barely warm and hard. (2) Large Fries both ice cold, and my wife's chicken fingers. We're so over cooked that that crumbled when she bit into them. 2 Large Sprites that tasted like soda water. Fail number 2... Called the store the next day and a young lady answered. I asked to speak to the store manager. She said "I'm a manager". I said "No I would like to speak to the store manager". This young lady very young. She said "The store manager is not in right now so what can I do for you (With let's just say a lot of Sass)" So I explained to her the situation that I explained above and I got "Well my name is...... Just come in and tell them I said to replace it." And then hanging up with out saying sorry or even Goodbye. Not taking my name or phone number... They have no record of this phone call. Tried to call back the next day and the phone just kept ringing. Gave a 1 star for the new gentleman on the drive-thru at the time of my order. I open the order and the cheese was raw and not cooked/melted, there was slop all over the inside of the burger. The fries were smothered with salt when I nicely requested no salt. Walked in at 5:45 pm on Friday - no body at counter for service. After 4 to 5 minutes a maintenance individual came up and stated he will try to find someone. He looked around but couldn't find anyone but drive through individual. Finally aft 3 or 4 more minutes a worker came in from restroom holding her stomach like she was sick. We walked out and while leaving parking lot three workers got out of car parked at back of restaurant. We have never seen such bad service anywhere before. read more

The thought behind a fast food concept is exactly that, fast. This location has to be the worst place I've ever seen! 8-10 mins in the drive thru consistently, rude employees and cold food! If I have to wait twice as long as it actually takes to make an order, at least serve me something hot. How about a "hello", "thank you" or even a smile? The best was when I brought my sandwich back inside, because the egg was frozen in the middle, and the manager told me "I can only work with what they give me". I've been in the Food Service industry for 17+ years, and it is the managements responsibility to train the employees, not take them for what they are and role with it! Place is consistently disappointing. Stop there a few weeks ago, was told over the drive-through that they were close because they didn't have any power. Stop there today, sign posted on the drive-through that said, "our headsets aren't working please pull up window." I pull up to the window and then there is a sign that says they are doing maintenance and are closed. It appears at this establishment is never open. Just pulled a 14 hour shift and was trying to get home fast to hit bed. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a medium onion ring, the line only had three cars in front of myself. It took me 25 minutes to get my order. Rap music blared the entire time I waited, and when I finally pulled up I watched the "Manager" bump my order as soon as only my onion rings were finished. I continued to wait an additional five minutes as the manager requested she still needed the burgers to the employee and eventually had to go back to help the young incompetent man who clearly did not care at all. After all of this waiting, I'm handed no receipt (review), and they messed up on both sandwiches. Mind you this was night shift and normally I never have any problems during the day. Ordered double cheeseburger plain and dry, there was so much ketchup and mustard it was drowning.
