    Toasted Italiano

This is the 3rd time I have requested the toasted Italiano with no peppers lost most of the cheese trying to get them out unfortunately went back home first before eating. I'll be checking before leaving from now on. Some people will be really excited to get all these peppers but for me it ruins this really good sandwich

Sausage, egg and cheese on ciabatta

Had breakfast there on our way to Florida. Coffee was great as usual and I appreciate that panera offers Almond milk as option for those that don't do dairy. My sandwich with avocado, tomato and spinach (the only vegan version your can make) was good but my husband's egg, sausage and cheese on ciabatta was laughable. It was so tiny we couldn't belive it. $5 for something so small. He had to get cinnamon Crunch bagel on top of that sandwich to be full. I think panera is following the same trend as others, portions are getting smaller but the price stays the same

    Large cup of milk

So, I'm not a typical Panera customer and frequently refer to the company as "Panera Steakhouse" because of their insanely high prices. However, they ran a deal for 3 months of free coffee to promote their new coffee subscription. So, in my mind, I thought "Brian, you like coffee. Go ahead and treat yo' self." So, I signed up, ordered a large iced coffee with light half/half and one sugar from this location in Canal Winchester. The coffee was ready upon arrival, tasted pretty good, and they even gave me a free cookie. I thought I had just hit the jackpot and it became my new morning routine. There was no doubt in my mind that I would keep this subscription forever. Fast forward two weeks and 10 free coffee orders later... of the 10 coffees only three of them were made correctly and only two of them were made in under the advertised 10 minutes. One time I waited 18 minutes for a coffee and they just handed me an empty cup for me to make it myself. Attached is a picture of today's iced coffee with LIGHT cream. It was a large cup of milk. After I took this picture, I dumped it out and went back in to make another coffee myself. If I'm going to have to make the coffee myself every time, I might as well just make it at home in the Keurig. It'll be made faster, correctly, without frustration, and more conveniently. So, despite it being free, continuing to get my morning Java at this location is simply not worth it. That's right, the free coffee isn't worth it. Also, I sure as hell won't be renewing the subscription once the free promotion is over.

Turkey sandwich and chicken & apple salad.

Ordered The you pick two. I ordered a 1/2 turkey sandwich and the apple chicken salad with apple vinaigrette dressing. I ordered extra dressing and got what I asked for. Very good and fresh!

I don't know what this is. It's supposed to be grilled cheese.

I had a larger order than normal yesterday in the drive-thru, and I was truly impressed by how fast and accurate the order came out!

Drinks are extra, and there's also a small $1-2 supplemental fee added on, which felt a little odd since it could probably just be included in the buffet price. The food itself is very classic home-style comfort food with lots of options. Nothing super fancy or out of the ordinary, but everything tasted fresh and the buffet was constantly being refilled every few minutes. We also got the iced sweet teas, which seemed to be really popular since almost every table had one. One unique thing -- the entrance and exit are through the gift shop, and you also pay there at the end of your meal, which definitely adds to the old-school country restaurant experience. Our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, too. Overall, worth the stop for the experience and comforting homemade-style food while visiting Logan.

This place was hopping but somehow everything flowed smoothly. We tried a little bit of everything- chicken and noodles, salad, stewed tomatoes, asparagus, has brown casserole, pie, etc. my husband seemed to really enjoy their fried chicken. They also offer a menu you can order from a la carte. The buffet was so extensive that we ended up sticking with it. I only hold off on the fifth star because some of the food was over salted and/or overcooked (especially the veggies- asparagus, cauliflower, etc).
