Play place is closed "because of Covid". No, it's closed because y'all are too lazy to clean the space. I had two severely disappointed 3.5 yos who just wanted to run around after being in the car for 5 hours. Food took almost 15 minutes at 1:45p.... No one else ordering. Okay....... First impression, The parking lot is gross and the sign for the restaurant is falling apart. The woman working the drive through told us her life story and she continued to tell us she couldn't wait to get off so she could get wasted. Lols. Never again. Very dirty restaurant. Surprised Burger King would allow this restaurant to stay open. Dust and dirt all around the drink dispensary. Floors were filthy. They were out of Diet Coke. Chicken sandwich was only warm and not good at all. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Better to close this one down than to expose people to this place. read more

Pulled into the drive thru about 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. No cars ahead of me so I pulled up to the speaker to order. No greeting so I waited a minute to see if anyone would take my order. No one spoke so I yelled "hello" into the speaker. Nothing. Waited 2 more minutes, nothing. Finally a vehicle pulled in behind me so I pulled ahead to the window. A girl with a headset opened the window and rudely asked me if I had ordered. I told her I had waited sevetal minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order but no one did. She very rudely said "well what do you want?" I ordered and she had me pull aroubd to the parking lot to wait for my order. The young man delivering it apologized nicely for the wait. But my food was cold and there wasn't any napkins in the bag,which is my biggest pet peeve when going through fast food drive theus. read more

They were advertised open until midnight so we go at 11 pm to order some chicken nuggets they take our order and then they say we're sorry we're closed we were like then why did you answer and take our order they were very rude and ended up sending an employee out to yell at us and say they are closed even though we were leaving if you ask me it's pretty rude won't being going back it's kinda give or take on if you will get good service or not just depends on who is working read more

Me and my friend ordered two burgers and then had us pull around front, we ordered at 5:20 and waited for one hour while employees walked back and fourth in the lobby dancing. In that time frame over ten other people went through the drive though and got there food. Yuck this place was disgusting. Clearly there is no oversight. Employees were unprofessional and just plain lazy. We were the only ones in the place yet we could not find a table that was clean. As we ate our gross food I watched the employees sit around and socialize, take cigarette breaks all while making customers in the drive thru wait. One customer ordered a smoothie and didn't end up having enough cash to pay for it. So you hear the employee yelling "who wants a strawberry banana smoothie". It was already made why didn't you just give it to the customer rather than the lazy employee? The more I sat there the more disgusted I became. This place needs a new manager for sure. read more

Disappointing and a bit disgusting. Bathrooms were nasty. Food was less than fresh. Ick.

This Burger King wasn't the cleanest, and it didn't have the greatest food. However, what makes it a 4 star was the service! The man who took our order was incredibly nice and friendly! He seemed to know the menu inside and out, and even gave my wife a good recommendation on what to order (we don't go to BK often). He went out of his way to provide exceptional service to us. On the way out the door, another employee even held the door for us and told us to have a nice day. I'd come back to this place for the service alone! read more

This place is absolutely awful. 1st the lady making our burgers was on her cellphone on a call WHILE touching everything which made me extremely uncomfortable, that should be against the rules. 2nd I found a long strand of hair in my burger, I guarantee it was hers because in the middle of making out burgers and talking on the phone she walked to the office took a sip of her drink and set the phone down then went back to making our burgers without new gloves or washing her hands. Went through the drive thru twice last week both times was ask to pull around and wait for 10 minutes as we're pretty well everyone else.

Worst place to eat. I was in line at 11:30a.m. Beginning of lunch rush. I was the second car. The one o. Front if had only the driver. When they handed him his food it was one bag. It took th 12 minutes and when I got my food the fries were cold and my whopper had soft nearly rotten tomato on it. Wl never eat there again. read more

This place sucks!!!! The staff can not get an order right, I had to go back twice to compltete my drive up order. Once I got everything for the family meal and got sat down to eat, I found the food to be sour tasting and soggy. I think the mayo had turned bad creating the sour taste. This Burger King shouldn't even get a star. We go through the drive through and they tell us to pull forward and as we are at the window they said sorry we have no more bacon so what do you want to do. Ugh we took our business elsewhere. They used to have bad service and then they turned it around but this just ruined it for me again. Poor management at all these stores in Casper. They need a whole new management team. read more
