When I mentioned the bundle, the employee immediately responded, "This is Burger King," as if I didn't already know where I was. I explained that the bundle was available in the app, but he repeatedly stated that he couldn't find it. When I got to the window, I showed him the offer directly on my phone. Instead of looking at the screen, he continued saying he couldn't see it and then stated that he didn't even have the app. That made no sense, considering he had just told me he couldn't find it on the app. The entire interaction was unhelpful, and unprofessional. The employee was not friendly, seemed uninterested in helping, and appeared to have very little knowledge of the products and promotions being offered through Burger King's own app. Customer service was poor from start to finish. Unfortunately, this location seems to have gone downhill. It feels like they're constantly out of products, and now customers are dealing with employees who don't appear properly trained on the restaurant's promotions and ordering system. Soooooo...we came back tonight for the cones that are 89 cents, and a Coke freeze. However, the Coke one was not frozen, he informed us at the window. We tried the cherry instead. The service was nice enough, and the drive thru was not too long of a wait. The cone size was a little on the small side, but for the price, it is a better deal than the competition. The value (cherry or Coke) freeze is pretty small too. We spent less than five dollars for 3 cones, and a freeze. My biggest complaint is that the machine was not working, again!! Went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon and all my food was nice and fresh. I asked for bbq sauce and the drive thru guy said it would be an additional 25 cents per bbq sauce. Ok, so I haven't been here in a long while since I changed jobs. I used to visit this location daily. Now it seems management has changed along with the staff. And after reading other reviews, they are absolutely right. Something is seriously wrong with this place now. I ordered my burger special, like I ALWAYS do. Having previously worked for McDonald's, there is nothing wrong with it. Especially since Burger King has the slogan, Have it Your Way. So I've assembled food before, and I will tell you, what was given to me was NOT an accident. This was absolutely deliberate. I don't care what excuse they give their manager after this, it's all bullshit lies. I had 5 times the normal amount of condiments on my burger. Probably because she didn't appreciate how I ordered it differently. I've worked with people like this before at McDonald's, who bitch and moan when people make special orders. But usually they don't fuck up the order simply because either their peers won't let them or because there's a manager on the assembly line. But this lady was alone and most likely unsupervised because the place was so understaffed, that the manager was busy enough with drive through and front counter, she can't quality check her employee. Needless to say, I asked for a refund. I don't normally go out of my way to return and ask for a refund like this, but I was so angry that I had to vent. Like I said, this was DELIBERATE and that woman should be fired before she ends up spitting in someone's food out of spite. I didn't eat my food, it was disgusting. I won't be back, ever. I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles to the other location instead. Honestly, a part of me wishes I was the manager at this location, I'd gut the place and hire all new staff.
