This was our first time eating here and the customer service was great. Really good hot fresh food, clean interior and some great deals. We got the $9.99 jr double cheeseburger meals. It's an extra $4.99 to upgrade to a shake or cyclone. The desserts were thick just the way I like it and perfect shake to mix in ratio. They didn't skimp on the oreo pieces either. I have been coming to this establishment for years. Yesterday's visit is making me consider taking an extra 15min drive elsewhere because Some of their items are not even cooked all the way. Their fries were semi cooked. Tasted hardish, in a raw potato way, my onion rings felt lukewarm and on the soggy side. The grilled chicken salad was fantastic and so were the burgers. The soda was flat. I noticed that they charge a service fee, not sure why, I Never eat at their restaurant it's always take out, so that charge makes no sense. They have a machine now so you can place your order. So I feel like I am being told to work and then pay an extra fee, what is going on? The guy working had a dismissive passive aggressive attitude when I asked for ranch dressing. He was quick to reply In a way you would talk over someone to shut them up. Overall I like some of the stuff here, But don't plan on coming back anytime soon after this past purchase. read more

3 words: amazing chocolate shake! Fries are decent, well seasoned. I didn't ask for any modifications but I'd try them well done next time so they keep their crisp longer Burger is juicy and absolutely delicious, just kinda heavy on the sauce. Sauce is also quite liquidy which is fine for taste and texture, but veryyy messy. Make sure to get a lot of napkins. Also, tastes like what I'd imagine a drive in burger should taste like! Super scrumptious. When I went, there were lots of people sitting outside in the cold, oddly, but there's also some booth seating inside if you choose to eat indoors. Service is meh in terms of friendliness, but not terrible. That's the only thing preventing me from ranking this place a 5/5, otherwise, the food is great. read more

This drink is the Black Cow. This drink was custom made by the root beer. The sweetness of this drink contains the actual ingredients of what an actual root beer float is made out of. This drink of what I had contains the root beer drink and the chocolate ice cream that was replaced by the vanilla ice cream. The service was great in the way of how I ordered my drink and how it was made. I give a very good compliment to the employees who helped out on making this drink. I was recommended to try Sno-white's burgers. I'm usually a vegetarian, but sometimes cheat, so one hungry night I ordered from this place, thinking it was Sno-white. I got the avocado burger, a salad, and fried zucchini. The salad was average and the zucchini was good, but the burger was absolutely delicious. The burger had real charred bits, it was loaded with fresh veggies, they used a massive amount of avocado, and it was just a well made burger. Next week, I realized I ordered from Frosty King, not Sno-white, so I ordered a similar meal from Sno-white to see what I was missing. It was decent, but not as good. The burger was just so so, and they accidentally added bacon (I'm Jewish...ish). So tonight my partner said she wanted chicken strips and I knew just the place. This place. I ordered the same avocado burger and it was the same level of delicious as before. Her chicken strips were decent and the fries were boring, but their ranch is really solid, which makes anything you dip in it better. But dang, that burger is just the ideal burger. Both times. The burritos are frozen burritos thrown in a deep fryer and the grilled cheese is just Kraft slices on white bread, but they're inexpensive, so you can't expect gourmet. I go here a lot. Sometimes the food is on point other times I question myself why I keep coming back. They burgers are sometimes cooked to order and other times they are raw. I have to come home and re cook it. That's the whole point of going here so I dont have to cook. Then they will constantly mess up the orders. Like if you large size it they wont do it. The burgers can be dry (that's why I don't order them), but overall the other food is ok, but not good enough to be sold at its current pricing. Recently they have raised their prices, and in doing so, brought the overall value of their food down. Does $15 for two corn dogs, a curly fry and a blend sound fair?
