We stopped by here on our way home from Fresno because we wanted something quick and familiar. Despite the rush hour, our food came out fast and hot. We always substitute our coleslaw for extra sauce since we don't like coleslaw. They have three unisex bathrooms that require a code to enter, so make sure to ask a worker for it. My kids and I used one of the bathrooms, but it was dirty and needed attention; it smelled like urine and had water on the ground. Other than that, it was a good quick stop for a meal. read more

Food service was great quick and orderly. The tenders are not great tasting but it is fast food and I'm not expecting greatness. The food is excellent meaning the tenders, the toast , not big on the fries & the cup of Cole slaw. The timing for the food was perfect despite that young people are graduating or have graduated already. Pack place full house . I understand busy but the drinking station could be cleaner , there was soda spill everywhere from people over filling their cups . The tea was also sticky cause of it . The tables weren't clean to sit but I had to wipe down & remove someone else's mess which I don't blame the restaurant. People should be more considerate of others instead of leaving it on the tables. The service was a A+ , food I give a B , the store a C but all is well though. I had no idea that there was a raising Cane's in Ceres... I thought the closest one we had was in Modesto... My birthday was yesterday so we took a ride out there from Merced for lunch... It's in a nice area and easy to find from the freeway... When we pulled up, it was packed so we decided to go through the drive-thru... The area was clean and there was somebody standing outside to take our order and there was only one or two people ahead of us so we came at a good time... He took our order I got the three-piece... My grandson got a six piece and his girlfriend got a three-piece meal... we got up to the front and only had to wait a couple of minutes before we got our food so everything was great... We left and decided to go over to the parking lot next to canes where the Home Depot is, and we sat under a tree to eat our food... I opened my box up and it was packed... My grandson opened his box up and it was packed and then it hit... My grandson's girlfriend had two tiny little pieces of chicken and a single french fry in there... I was like are you kidding me right now so we had to go back of course... That guy in the driveway was still there so he recognized us right away and we showed him and he was like oh goodness I'm sorry but the problem was there were a ton of cars in the line and no way to get out of that line so we had to literally sit there for 10 minutes because for whatever reason the car two cars ahead of us ended up staying there forever while the second line next to us was just going like no problem... They did give us a replacement and they were very kind but the fact that we had to go back and wait in that line, kind of put a damper on it ... What annoyed me the most is I noticed when we pulled up to the window to wait for our food, we heard a lot of yelling inside, so I don't know what was going on, but if they focused more on getting the orders, right , rather than yelling at each other my situation may not have happened... this is why I'm giving it 3 stars... The food was good and the two guys outside were great, but the inside chaos was not, and they screwed up our order and we had to wait forever to get out of the line... Didn't even know they were open. I had seen their coming soon sign but it's official they're open. I did not dine in so I can't share my thoughts on the restaurant itself but the drive-thru is quite peculiar. There are three lanes, two regular lanes and an "express" lane. I'll have to figure that one out. They have employees taking out orders midway and you actually pay them too, there is no second stop for payment. Then you get to the pick-up window and there's another employee outside who hands out food for ALL lanes. Never seen that before. Anyhow I ordered the three piece box and I loved the bread. The three piece comes with the chicken fingers, sauce, fries and a piece of bread. I was not a fan of the fries at all but the chicken and bread were yummy. read more

All I wanted was a water, and the water was diluted by some sugary flavoring. That was not the main complaint I had with the restaurant, the MAIN complaint was the fact that there was no instructions on operating the water dispenser as the button locked in, causing my water to overflow between my hands and the cup as I frantically searched for a way to turn it off. The chicken itself was well cooked, nicely breaded and warm. This was my first time going to Raising cane's and I'll say that it is similar in atmosphere to most restaurants. For the price of 40$ I was given an handful of fries, two pieces of toast, and a handful of chicken. To start off this review, the drive through service isn't good, everyone is waiting for a long time, the food portions are very small you barely get any fries and the chicken tenders are small. I asked the person for some ketchup and asked if I ordered it and I said yes and he said well there's already some in there, I left and while driving off I checked the bag and it was 1 single packet of ketchup... 1 packet of ketchup for 3 meals 2 box combos and 1 Caniac, how is 1 packet given for 3 meals that's unacceptable. I was also missing my box combo. At a previous order I asked for ketchup as well but this time they were all full of ink and the boxes as well, my whole family's hands were fully stained of ink. I was approached by two different staff, who asked my name and then finally told my order had been lost, overlooked. Only after expressing my displeasure with having to wait over 15 minutes when reaching the front of the line before anyone acknowledged the issue did I receive an apology. I ordered the 3 finger combo I noticed that the chicken size is much smaller compared to the one in modesto but it was still good.
