I know immediately when jalapeños are snuck into my food, dip, sauce, etc. By this point I'm livid because now I can't eat any of my food and everything is swelling up and getting puffy. I bit through my tongue because I couldn't feel it. I talked to Wyatt and he promised he'd leave coupons for me to just say my name, and they'd remake my order. He was super apologetic and said sometimes new people mess up. I went back today, Tuesday 3/5/24, a week later, and the young girl with brown hair and fake nails was just rude and had an attitude. The chicken enchilada tasted absolutely rancid. Seriously? The smell was terrible too. So I'm not surprised at the food poisoning results. I'm so done. Save yourself time, money, brain cells, and frustration by going anywhere else. There isn't a condiment bar for tarter sauce, ketchup, etc., but they have it in packets if you ask for it. The fish was good as from any LJS, no problems there. Noticed it wasn't as greasy as from some locations. I ordered two of the two piece fish combo's with hushpuppies instead of fries, disappointed there. At most LJS's when you delete the fries for hushpuppies they add a several more hushpuppies as a rule, not here. The meals come with two hushpuppies and they threw on two extra ‍ Yeah, I thought that was on the cheap side. I guess next time I'll order the combos with fries and just get a side order of hushpuppies. Can't really get short changed that way.....or shouldn't anyway. A strong winter storm had my friend and I craving for some fast comfort food. The bathroom was just as unclean, with the stalls having some toilet paper and paper towels on the ground. The toilet paper holster was very confusing, and wasn't stocked properly, so I had to fiddle with it for a couple minutes. The place has a very nice atmosphere. It wasn't built too long ago with the joint of Long John Silvers. It was the typical modern fast food restaurant feel, and that made the rating of this restaurant pretty good. I'd have to say the reason the rating is mostly bad on this review is because the cleanliness the workers left the restaurant. Although short staffed, I felt it was unnecessary to leave around garbage bins and rags around. The Christmas music was pretty loud and annoying too.

Mother's Day Brunch Bust. Cant rate food or atmosphere…read morebecause we didnt get to eat & left. Setvice at the front desk was horrible. This past Wednesday I called Rastrelli's Restaurant @ the number listed in a post to make a reservation to treat my loving amazing wife to a delicious Sunday brunch to celebrate her. Instead, we were met with incompetence, poor customer service & a general unwillingness to accommodate customers (1 being a mother on Mother's Day). At first 4 frazzled greeters in black shirts could not find our reservation. Of course. The first question from the staff was when the reservation could not be located was "Did somebody call you later to confirm your reservation?" (What???? Who does that??? Isn't that what the reservation is all about???) The staff asked if somebody took down my name & number. I assured them that this happened. I added that the person even reiterated what I had told them; repeating my 1st & last name, phone number & the time for our reservation. I even showed my call log to show the time I called & to prove that nobody ever called me back. I also stated that at no point in the conversation, did the staff person say anything about anybody calling me back to confirm my reservation. During this 15-20 minute fiasco, we sat & watched the staff greet & seat numerous other parties w/ 2-3 X as many people as our party of 3. Finally the staff involved a 5th person in a red shirt who thankfully found the original call log that contained my information proving that I did in fact call in for 3 people on 05/10/26 @ 11:00 am. The staff told us that there were no tables available as we did not have a reservation, because somebody did not transfer my name from the call in list to the reservation list. As this was going on, 3 people came to the counter, paid their bill and left. I asked "Those 3 people are leaving. Why can't you just give us their table?" Again, we were told we didn't have a reservation even though they did find our name on the reservation call in log. All this went on for 30 minutes with the staff displaying a profound rigidness stating, We cant seat you....Our reservations are booked in a time specific manner......there is no wiggle room. No effort was ever made by these 5 staff members to provide any assistance, accommodation or resolution. At this point frustration set in & we left. So thanks for nothing Rastrelli's. It will be a long time before we ever go out of our way or even stop in for a meal at this establishment.
