Great breakfast or lunch dining. Favorite breakfast is the cinnamon French toast (choose how many pieces and served with 2eggs fixed how you like and bacon AND sausage). Prices are reasonable, seating is good (can get busy at peak times on weekends) and service is friendly and fast. Also appreciate the back parking lot so I don't have to parallel park right on 2nd street. read more

I enjoy a delicious breakfast, quality time, and less-than-busy environment. All of those I didn't know I would get going to Nora's but I did! I had a great time eating at this restaurant. We were seating right away and were served immediately for our orders. Our waitresses seemed very adamate we order beverages other than water, and seemed kinda pushy to order which was an inconvenience, but were helpful in providing refills for our drinks. I wasn't feeling hungry when I first entered the place (due to devouring of thanksgiving food) but after consuming the bacon skillet with toast, I was quick to reconsider another meal. I talked myself out if it since my body needed a rest from all things food for a while. Overall, the food is cheap, of great quality, and served in a timely manner! Great place to eat! read more

I absolutely love everything about Nora's. I admit over the years of living here on and off, not once did I stop here to eat. I'd like to formally apologize to this establishment for taking so long to try their food because it is AMAZING. Now I love trying new restaurants as well as new dishes each time I visit a restaurant; but I cannot for the life of me try anything other than the bacon skillet. It is addicting and I will give the menu a chance, though something about the delicious hashbrowns, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, and other goodies....... it's a game changer. I'd like to thank the person that brought me here as it's his favorite breakfast location in the area. The waitresses are always so sweet and funny, and I believe I've met the owners that are equally great as well. A must try if you're in town. read more

Great hometown atmosphere! I fell in love the minute we walked in the door. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, and the food was hot and delicious! My husband and I just moved to town, but we felt like locals. We had breakfast, added grilled onions and cheese to our hash browns no problem. Because I'm a coffee snob, that is always an issue with me wherever I go. Not that it was bad, just not great. read more

This is a hometown favorite. The food is delicious and the service is very quick. There is also a lot of bang for your buck. My only complaint is that our waitress was very sassy with us. I felt slightly judged and did not appreciate it. Would still highly recommend, hopefully your waitress is having a better day than ours was. read more

This is a good little mom and pop shop. The staff was friendly. There is a large menu with multiple options. The prices were what would be expected for this style of restaurant. The best breakfast in town. They have a great cook who is consistent in the way he cooks eggs. I've had poorly prepared eggs at IHOP Las Vegas even after being sent back. They didn't know the difference between over easy and over medium even after explaining I wanted the whites cooked and the yolk runny. The cook at Nora's KNOWS how to cook eggs!!!!! read more

The waitress was extremely rude. I ordered French toast - she wanted to know how many pieces? I said "how every many make up the for triangles". She stated again and flipped the menu to the place; pointed to the section labeled French toast and asked again "how many pieces?" I didn't realize it was so difficult to order French toast. I just said "two pieces" Never had a waitress not understand "how ever many pieces make the four triangles" . I also ordered bacon with it I see the waitress telling everyone of her coworkers about our interaction. Honee, I can read lips. Smdh Then she brings our food. And the French toast is cut into the four triangles. Omg!! Then things get worse. My bacon was served on a small plate and some of it had fallen off the plate onto the server tray and this waitress picks it up with her bare hands puts it back on the plate and goes to hand me the plate. I said "oh no"; she says with a laugh "yeah I guess you wouldn't want this?" I said "you think?" How gross is that?? My mom was a waitress - I know the ins and outs of a damn good waitress - this girl doesn't possess any of those. She takes the bacon back to the cook and returns to the dirty dish pile with an empty plate. I believe she asked the cook to just throw it on the grill again. I didn't eat it. I was livid and so grossed out that this was acceptable. Just a heads up. read more

Wonderful breakfast spot. I had ham and cheese omelette and it was cooked perfectly. Others order cinnamon swirl French toast which was also amazing. Coffee was strong and plentiful. Out server, kathi, had a genuine smile and really felt good about the food she was serving. And, it was under $20 for the two of us! Definitely a place to come back to. We went there for lunch when visiting Clinton. It is very clean and well lit. The staff is courteous. I liked that it was what you want when you think of down home food in a small town but the décor and everything else felt updated. The BLT's were perfect and the French fries were just like we like them - crisp and not too potato-y. My husband had the Reuban and thought it was good! I would definitely go back. read more
