I stopped by just after lunch rush because I was craving a Whopper. I ordered a combo deal off the app at the counter, only to be met by an uninspired worker. The order was served quickly, and even though I told them I was eating inside, it was presented as take-out. The special-order whopper was fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. I had my choice of beverages from the touch-screen fountain machine. The restaurant and large parking lot is accessed from the road East of the establishment. Low top, booth and soft chair seating. While the food was okay the lack of service when you walk into the building is very obvious,they cater mostly to their drive-thru people and to the phone in orders, you will wait, two visits in a row all the tables were dirty I had to tell management about it and they had basically no concern, I tried to call the Burger King customer service line and they hang up on you immediately. read more

I went though the drive thru had to wait 25 mins to get to speaker to ask for my food and when I got to the speaker I asked for 4 jr. Whoppers and when I got to the window and I got my food and when I went to go eat my burgers there was no mayo on any of them. read more

Me and my husband waited in the line for 15-20 minutes and our fries came out cold . Then I pulled back around and asked for more fries and we waited like 10 more minutes! My wife and I went to the Clio Michigan Burger King today at about 6pm. We had about 8 cars ahead of us then received our food at about 6:45 pm then pulled off the the side of the parking lot to eat, even though online it shows that the dining room is open. I have been a customer of Burger King since the mid 1960's and this was the first time I have ever bought a cold Whopper burger. I ate the whole burger "cold" because by this time I was starving and I would never return food and ask for another to be made up but I did go back to the window to let them know that I would put my experience on social media. I hope that someone from the Burger King corporation reads this review and if they do please have a cold Whopper sandwich made up, eat the entire burger and let me know how you enjoyed it. read more

I live in Metro Detroit and my parents are outside of Traverse City so to say I drive this stretch of I75 a lot would be an understatement. We constantly refer to this Burger King as "the good one". It is consistently good. They have never messed up an order, the food comes out hot and fresh. It is how Burger King should be. This place is very slow we waited fifteen minutes in a line with three people ten it took forever to get our food. When we ordered we didn't get our cups to get our drinks and the we waited over half an hour to get our food.Then we didn't get a smoothie because they wouldn't give us any time to ask them.Plus there was this very creepy guy talking to us asking about location keep in mind we're teenagers!!!
