If I could give zero stars I would! Me and my daughter FIRST went to the drive through, it was taking a little while so we backed up and went inside. Placed our order simply a cheeseburger kids meal and a whopper junior meal... we received our drinks with no problem. Stopped here on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 around 2:45pm. Should have keep going when I saw cars trying to back out of drive thru. Parked and went in. First, the lady at the counter seem like she may have had an attitude as she slowly counted and entered money into a depository. She finally said someone would assist shortly. Secondly, when someone did assist, no one could get the finger identity machine to operate. I just canceled order. As I'm leaving the store, people were still backing out of the drive thru. I often go the shopping plaza on DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur for some of my important errands and had never realized Burger King was in that complex. At the restaurant, the service was excellent. Not only did they assist how to use the Burger King App but they also helped place the order. They even explained what was meant by impossible burger, a new concept for me and I requested the original. Each of them was patient, polite, and the service was awesome and the burger was delicious. On Apri 29th  2023 at 7:10p. I stopped to get a crispy chicken sandwich from burger King 4622 Memorial Dr. Decatur  GA 30032. I paid w a $20 bill. The cashier gave me a bunch of dirty bills and a ripped ,$1. I asked her to replace the bills. She said she couldn't.  I ask the manager at the time. He said he couldn't replace the bills even when another cashier said could once another customer pay out of another register. So the manager refuse to replace the bills. Then they brought my food  Food that looked spoiled and rotten. I have added the picture of the crispy chicken sandwich to this email on jowbit looked. I asked the manufacturer to replace the crispy chicken said and he refused to. They called the  ops because they took the old sandwich back and fid not want to give me any sandwich even though I already paid for it. They called the cops. The cops made them make me a fresh sandwich.  This was the worst burger King I have ever been too. Their rating is a 82. The manager was rude and the dark skin drive thru cashier was extremely rude and mean. Plus to be hateful they gave me a old spoiled rotten sandwich. Please help. This Burger King is a disaster! I ordered in the mobile app and they could not find my order. I was overcharged for the 2 for $4.00 Breakfast Sandwich and only received sausage and no egg or cheese. Then, I was told : we do not have any coffee; we are getting ready to transition for lunch! When I brought the wrong order to cashier's attention, he asked me to pull around front and he would correct it. I waited 10 minutes in my car and then had to go inside with my wheel-chair. If you are the franchise owner or operator reading this, please know you are being fleeced. The staff here literally show up to work to do nothing. I have lived in Decatur for two years now and have tried (stupidly, I'll admit) to place an order at this location about 7 or 8 times and have NEVER been successful. I honestly don't know why I kept trying aside from desperation? Coming home at 9 pm from my part time retail job and hungry I'd try to get a meal to take home, but every single time that I pulled up the drive through would be totally empty and the employees would say "we are not taking orders at this time". It must be nice to be able to show up to work and sit down and relax, because they definitely are not working here. Perhaps they take orders during the daytime but past probably 8 pm they will not serve you. Don't waste your time. read more

Not good AT ALL! Customer service in general, in my opinion, is going down the tubes. There is such an egregious lack of management. BUT..this is not just happening at Burger King, it's just unfortunate that I had the pleasure of visiting this location, although while renovating the building is a decent start at improving this store, the employees are not trained to handle customers. I went through the drive thru and my order was incorrect, so I drove back and went inside. As I waited to speak to someone...anyone, all I could hear were people ordering food from the drive thru. These employees actually had the speaker for the drive thru playing through the speakers of the entire restaurant..yes, what a wonderful customer experience if you were dining in at the time. No music, just hearing conversation going on in the drive thru. Rude, and unprofessional. To make a long story short, no one knew what the hell was going on, and I ended up having to wait too long for them to make a cheeseburger. That was all...a cheeseburger. The manager on staff didn't care, nor did any of the employees, and when I say care, I mean no one did anything. When I ate here before the remodel, I found that management didn't care. The dining room was a mess and service was really poor. I hoped this would change with the remodel. Not a chance. Even with the new staff and remodeled store, they're still slow! They clown around so much that they ignore their customers. Then have a nerve to ask, "What was your order?"
