They dont apologize or anything, just begrudgingly grab a large fry, toss it in a bag, and say, "Here you go." Back to my table I go. Half way there, and I remember my large coke, so I spin around and head back to the counter. Ignored...ignored...."order at the kiosk." Is this real?! Flag down another employee. "I didn't get my soda." He is now going to Sherlock Holmes this, asks for my receipt, which is at the table with my Big Mac. Then he reluctantly decides its not worth it and hands over a soda cup.
