I won a draft tournament tonight so I was in a perfect mood for a late night Impossible Whopper with bacon (don't sweat the small stuff). The guy at the window was incredibly pleasant and complimented my shirt and car (good shirt, great car), and if I said I was unmoved by flattery I'd be lying like a rootless tree in the woods. This place is a joke can't even make simple double cheeseburger correctly. First they give them to me with no cheese then I go in and tell them and they remake them with with fried onion rings the one food I hate. I left the burgers on the counter and told them the place was a joke. No wonder my son hated working here. I would give negative stars if it was and option. I love burger king when the food is hot and the oil for the French fries is not old however more times than not we have a long wait even when there is one person ahead of us and the hamburger is lukewarm. We would like to stop on Sunday before picking up my son but have given up and will go elsewhere. read more

Our experience was not good. It was raining...the roof leaks. Told the girl behind the counter....she didn't seem to care. Didn't mop up the rain or put a warning wet floor sign out. After they took the order...we waited...and waited...and waited. Then finally got our food. The food itself was good. The ketchup was empty, but there was no one to tell. After we got our food they all disappeared. One other customer came in, he waited a bit, then yelled, " is anyone hear?" He asked us how we got our food, did we make it ourselves? LOL he waited a little longer, then he left. This place needs management that knows how to run a restaurant. We won't be back...too many other places I would rather give my money too. read more

This location is suppose to be a 24/7 location, but if you come at night you might not get good service (or any..?). We come here for a pick me up occasionally after a late shift and at least half of the time they forget a main part of our meal, usually a separate large side to our sandwiches. So always check before you leave. Ive drove back after getting home and finding something significant missing (usually a $8+) item more than 3 times. Just a pattern im sharing, not sure if it is intentional or not. Theyre usually pretty nice when we come back and offer us free food but I'd rather just check my food before I leave now. I also never order fried food late at night because they will throw fits, not just this location. A girl at the window one day was very frustrated her coworker was suppose to help with our order and wasnt and vented a little to us. These experiences are specific to this location but not uncommon among other ones we've tried.. Burger King should probably look internally for why this is such a common issue read more

01/19/18 We were eating lunch around 2:00pm. The floor in this restaurant was so dirty that my shoes were sticking to the floor. All of the tables were dirty and the staff were just standing around visiting with a friend at the counter. Either there was no manager or they do not know how to manage. They need to get someone In there to clean their floors and tables. read more

Too bad there is not a no star. Not only the worst Burger King in the world, but the worst restaurant I have been to in my lifetime. Ok here we go, very slow and confused cashier who messed up the order. No cookies for the king box, so he suggested the crappy pie and then forgot to add it to the order. No ketchup dispenser that worked. Sandwich had a sliver of tomato and a pinch of lettuce with a fraction of mayo, I hope was mayo. The fries were terrible and tasted like the grease was a year old. The manager had greasy filthy uniform on and did fix the sandwich after I complained and showed her after getting the crappy warm shitolate pie. The drink machine was a new model coke dispenser and the coke was empty. My son is 11 and will eat almost anything but he could not finish the fries or pie do to bad taste. Should not have gone to the rest room but i thought it was better than going outside, and I was wrong. The rest room was smelly and needed some real cleaning. I am glad I did not have my wife or daughter with us as they do not need this kind of food abuse. I should have known this was going to be terrible when the cashier kept messing up the order but we were hungry. Good bye burger (not king) more like Klown, no more money from me ever again. This customer service is absolutely horrible, not only was the person working the drive thru unfriendly but they got our order wrong MULTIPLE times. They continued to not give us the correct amount of things, including the drinks and fries. When we mentioned we were missing a drink they did not care to ask which one and gave us a random drink that wasn't correct. They also didn't give us a receipt and we had to ask multiple times before given one. We got 4 meals all of which come with fries and they once again didn't give us the right amount and we had to call their phone number and ask them to give us the 4th fry. We waited a total of 35 minutes for our order in their parking lot and there were no inside guests. read more

First off I stood at the counter for a solid couple minutes for I finally had to get their attention. It's fine to have a little fun at work but the customer always comes first. They were just messing around behind the counter. Other than that the food is good. This has to be one of the worst Burger King Restaurants I've ever visited. The order taker was completely inept. It took 4 tries before she finally got the order entered correctly. I finally had to write it out for her and then she still miss keyed it. She was told 3 times it was a "to go" order but when it was finally prepared she had half of it on a tray and said "here you go". Pointing out that it was to go and that a lot was missing her only comment was "Oh yeah". The order gets bagged I check it and 2 items are missing. She takes it all out, goes off somewhere, and brings it back. I check again and something else is missing. The manager now gets involved and glares at me as though it's my fault. He tosses in the missing burger, and says "here!" We had originally submitted a coupon for 2 free fries with 2 Whoppers. Guess what? At home there was only one in the bag. The burgers were over sauced, dripping messes, and the bacon burgers had one tiny piece each. A dessert slice of pie was ordered and it was placed sideways in the bottom of the bag so it got crushed. If it would let me, I would give zero stars for this experience. It's story time folks. My family and I went to Burger King because our dinner at home was burnt. It was after 9 pm and the three of us were starving. We went through the drive through and attempted to order. I ordered a #9, a crispy chicken sandwich, with no mayo. He repeated that my chicken fries would take 6 minutes. I told him I didn't order chicken fries, I ordered a chicken sandwich. He asked if I wanted a #8, #9 or #10. I said, again, #9 no mayo. He typed no mayo and repeated no mayo, but guess what was on my food when I got home.... MAYO. And to make it worse, he didn't give me my fries. I'm not going to scrape disgusting mayo off of my food and I shouldn't have to. So because of this person who clearly doesn't know what he's doing, My pregnant ass didn't get to eat with my family. THEN I attempted to do the survey on the receipt and couldn't because the store # was torn off. I called the restaurant and the dude HUNG UP ON ME when I simply asked the store #. I didn't even mention the situation at all yet. I called back twice and he ignored both calls. So I got on corporate's website and typed this all in to them but it wouldn't submit. I called and finally got ahold of their customer relations team. I told her I expect a full refund at this point for screwing up my order and then blatantly hanging up on me and ignoring me. The lady was "so sorry" about the whole thing and was passing it on to upper management to decide how to handle the situation and contact me. She "couldn't tell me if they could give me a refund or not." My response was that I absolutely will not settle for less than my full refund. Her response made things worse and now we're here on yelp with the lowest review possible. We will not go to that Burger King, maybe any Burger King anymore. read more

The gal who waited on us was nice. Nearly all of the tables were dirty and there was just us and another couple. The ice machine was also out of ice. The fries were hot and the Burger and hot dog were fine. Could have been cleaner since the dining area was virtually empty. read more
