Additionally, the service is slow and there's always something wrong with our order (missing items, burnt chicken, etc.). And, there's always 3-4 employees taking a break at one of the tables. It doesn't matter what time it is or how busy the place is, the employees are taking breaks. The employees are mostly teenagers with no manager in sight. We've decided to eat at a Braums not as close to our home as a result of these problems.
