The manager named April sucks!!! I worked here for about month or two and the manager isn't flexible. she has crew and managers that will clock out and continue to work and be okay with it WHICH IS ILLEGAL but the managers keep quiet and it's unfortunate. She makes sure that everything that is done wrong is heard about but the good things go unnoticed with a note saying "good job". Shes a "oh yea and also" kind of manager. I would have reported her but it's not worth it so here's a review about working there. also this review should be posted for all crew and managers to see since every single bad review get we are told "not good" "this is a big no no" "this can't happen" yet we are under trained and she left early everyday. But would get on to other about things that are wrong. Never got trained by her but only commanded some leadership. And most importantly she will let you know something very last minute which okay once or twice is fine but she does it everytime. Aside from her, the overall labor is unsure compared to the pay, feels underpaid. Aside from her the other managers are very nice and they are good at what they do. read more

Just walked up to the door of this Burger King and needed to go to the restroom and get a bite to eat it is now 1050 the website says the restaurant closes at midnight and as soon as I was like a foot from the door the lady locked the door right in front of me didn't look at me and walked off so I'm standing here looking at them working in there turning around and giggling at me so I'll definitely be sure to call in the morning and talk to whoever the store manager is to let them know how rude and disrespectful their employees are! And I'm traveling with my two-year-old and he was screaming his head off so we just need to get out of the car go to the bathroom, eat, and stretch her legs and this rude employee decided to lock us out! Went for breakfast. Ordered a meal with coffee which most every value meal has a picture of and they don't have any, ok disappointed but say orange juice, we are out of that as well. The got my order wrong while i was at the window, she charged me for a second drink then she told me to have a great day after i asked foe my order ticket. I told her about the second drink and she then told me that she had an order on front counter and that she wasn't gunna let me leave without my two dollars and nine cent. Not only did they "NOT" get my wife's burger right, giving her the cheeper one instead of the one we order that was slightly more expensive, they also over salted the fries, and they most have counted out the ice cube's because our drinks were cool at best... O yeah the girl at the window might as well have been a cyborg that hasn't been programed with a emotion yet and can be easily replaced by an AI computer screen that greets you. I love Whoppers but I have just about written off Burger King in general because most of them are just plain dumpy. Today I had a trailer hooked onto my pickup and this BK had a place where I could park so I decided to give the Whopper another chance. I was very pleasantly surprised. The manager was neatly dressed, wearing a tie and was doing a bang-up job of running the restaurant. His lieutenant was busying about making sure everything was going smoothly and checking on customers in the dining room. The food was good, the place was clean, food was prepared quickly, everything was in its place. It gave me a new enthusiasm to give Burger King another chance. This restaurant definitely shined in the stormy seas of haphazard fast food eateries. read more

I've been here a few times to get the 2 for $4 croissant special. Every time I've asked for no egg and they always put egg on it so I have to go back and have it fixed.
