My SO ordered a Pacifico and 15 minutes later they return to say they are out of Pacifico. No Pacifico. Our daughter said she wasn't going to order a meal and just wanted tortillas. She is 100lbs. Just a personal preference of mine to have some light when it's daylight out but I realize that's not a preference for all. Cleanliness- didn't use the restroom and never have there. One of our menus had food on it so we set it aside and didn't use it. Maybe the guy at the register could wipe these down while standing there miserably. The guy that you pay at the register is not friendly at all. It was the same guy both times. No how did you enjoy your meal, how was everything, have a nice night, nothing, not even a smile. So sad for this well known Chelinos brand. We wish them the best and hope someone can turn this place for the better. We usually always go to Tequila Plata and we're quickly reminded why we continue to eat there weekly and how we will not give this Chelinos another chance. Go to Tequila Plata as they have never disappointed us and everything there is amazing. Coming from a lover of good Mexican food, quality margaritas, go to Tequila Plata!

If you're worried of speaking Spanish, don't worry since they do speak English and you can order just fine.
