Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!! Just came from that way. All the employees were rude. I went in to pay for my order because the young female who took my order said they weren't accepting cash payments. When I got to the window she then changed and said I had to come in to make a card payment. When I came in nobody acknowledged me at the counter for almost 2 minutes. They just looked and proceeded to do whatever crappy thing they pretended to do. Then the young female at the window FINALLY came and told me I had to reorder my meal using the screen to my right. Just very unprofessional, rude, nice nasty. They need to fire everyone and hire better staff. read more

Tried again couple weeks later. What a stupid move on my part. I happened to work a midnight shift. I saw Burger King was offering Burgers for Breakfast. It sounded good. I was really hungry. I placed an online order for pickup. Drove out of my way. Received messages my order was taken, my order was ready. I parked walked inside to be greeted by manager at counter. I was told we don't do that kind of order here. I asked how do I get refunded. She said we don't give refunds. Hot fries, fast service, people seem pleasant. Arrived around 3:30pm on a Friday. Only one person was dining inside so I decided to do the same. Tables were clean and had what I needed. Was offered ketchup more than once. Lol. And the sweet tea was the right amount of sweet. read more

On my way to run errands, I remembered that BK had whoppers on sale 2 for $6. I went to this drive thru since it was on my way and there are not many BKs in this area. It took several tries to ensure that the server understood my order through the microphone. I received my burger hot and well made. It was really good! I was surprised since this drive-through is attached to a gas station/convenience store. The service is not great but the food was good.I will definitely stop there again. read more

This Burger King has the slowest drive through. Every time I go there I have to ask for hot fries because they always give me cold fries.

Literally had me all the way fucked up. Waited 35 minutes to order through the drive through and all I got was 2 whoppers. I had a coupon for BOGO Free and I've never used a coupon before so when I got to the window I told the man I had it. He just stared at me like I ruined his life. I finally said "what" and he said that I was supposed to tell him when I ordered but it says on the coupon SHOW THE CASHIER so that's what I did plus I told him I've never used one so I didn't know. After staring at me a few more seconds he put in my coupon code and then turned around and yelled "I need a break!! I'm about to lose my mind!!!" so a manager pulled him from the window and continued to help get my food. He literally had a mental breakdown at the window and was so rude. Well, it's Burger King so I didn't go in with super high expectations. The service is usually good and not too slow, about standard wait times for today's fast food. Food is hit or miss, but has been more miss than anything. Doesn't stop us from going occasionally for something quick, because it's just Burger King and it's the closest location to us. Food could be better, people just have to care about their jobs, may not be the best job, but at least take some pride in what you are serving. I went in several nights ago around 8:15 PM to get a to go order. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them for coming in. After receiving my order I asked if the apple pies were in the bags and the young lady had to ask where they would be found. Always check your order if you go there as they rarely get the order right. They employees there should go to Chick-fil-A and observe how quality employees treat a customer. read more

Went through the drivethru about 7pm and ordered some chicken nuggets, sandwiches and some tots. Worker at the drivethru was so unfriendly and didnt say a single word to me. Tots were cold, nuggets were old and soggy and the fries and tots were just dumped in the bag like they didnt even care. On Thursday,July 26, 2018 at 10:45 p.m. I was in the drive-thru line and there was one car in front of me. They took their order and I drove up to the drive-thru order station and set there a minute or two and the lights went out on the outside menu. For some reason they where closing at 10:45 p.m. I drove up behind the car that they just took the order from. The car left and I was going to tell them inside that I was in line when they turned the lights off. The people inside saw me and they knew what they had done because they ran to the back like they were hiding. No one ever came to see what the problem was. I will NEVER go back to Burger King again. And am reporting this to the owners and the corporation. I went through the drive thru and turned my truck off since I have loud pipes. I wanted to make sure she could understand me. I had to repeat my order so I was sure she got it.... I pull to the window, get my order , not so much as a thank you. After pulling off I check my order and my fries are missing. Inside I wasn't questioned about it they gave me my fries. But inside I noticed the drive thru lady throw her head set in the floor while someone was talking. No one seems to want to be there. My food was not even the way I ordered it but it tasted decent.
