Had I been contacted I would have just cancelled the order all together. I reached out for a refund through the app. Which is an automated chat bot and still no refund over $13.00+tip for something I didn't receive. Not to mention the food we did receive was a joke. The sub bread was flat with one triangle of cheese and like two pieces of lettuce which a good portion of was brown. Definitely not worth the cost. I will be contacting the better business bureau. It is absolutely insane and horrible customer service that I have been charged for something that was never received and not refunded. That is fraud! DO NOT GO HERE!
