On 31-December-2025 at 20:43 I pulled into the drive thru, and waiter behind someone at the speaker. After they were done ordering and pulled up to the window, I waited at the speaker for over five (5) minutes to order a cheeseburger kids meal and jalapeños bites. Was told there was no toy available or cookie available so they'd have to give me ice cream. Fine, kids like ice cream. When I got to the window, was given the drink and handed my credit card back and told to pull around to the front door. We sat at the front door for over 15 minutes, before the food was delivered. Asked where the ice cream was and was told "that machine is broken". So slow and unprofessional at this location. This location is a joke. read more

I like to think i'm a hard working woman. I go to work, do my best, get paid, save most of it, and repeat. Like many hard workers, I also believe in a little treat every once in a while because what's the point of work with no play? So, it's the last day of my summer job. 10 long weeks of summer camp. 10 long weeks of bee stings, scraped knees, crying children, and particular parents. I've done my best through all of it and I deserve a treat. What better way to celebrate my valiant effort than a fun lunch? Burger King, here I come for my impossible whopper! I gave up red meat a while ago so you can imagine my excitement when they came out with the impossible whopper almost exactly 6 years ago. Ever since that day, it's my go to for a tasty special lunch or dinner. I get up to the window after ordering, decide to donate my change to public education, lord knows these kids need all the help they can get. They told me to pull around since they were making my burger fresh. My excitement is building at this time. imagining the beautifully cooked patty, the toasty bun, and the crisp fresh vegetables that brings the sandwich to the next level. I get my food after a few minutes, and I don't mind the wait. I'm driving back to work, munching on a few fries here and there and just thinking about my delicious meal I'm about to have. Imagine my dismay when I open the wrapper and see sauce spilling out of the sandwich, pooling into puddles on my legs before i can completely unwrap the whopper. that was my first red flag. As I open the sandwich to scrape some of the excessive sauce to the side, my shock deepens when there are absolutely no vegetables on this sandwich. Now don't get me wrong, by no means do I arrive to a fast food restaurant and expect health food, but it's a burger, people!! I take my first bite and am tasting what seems to be a mustard, ketchup and mayo sandwich with a side of patty and cheese. Maybe they ran out of pickles, onion, tomato, AND lettuce and thought "the only way to make this better is to give double the sauce, there's no way she'll notice!" Well, she noticed. And she was disappointed. I ate it of course because I was hungry and $14.50 is too much to spend on an uneaten meal. But it was definitely not the pleasant experience I had been craving all week. On another note, I have been to this location and had to wait roughly 3 minutes for my food (a perfectly acceptable wait time for a fast food place) and was given a large fry instead of a medium to "make up for the wait" so this place is definitely not all bad, hence the extra star. But damn, that was a disgraceful meal :( read more

there's a dumb Gen Z worker that didn't work and acted like an absolute idiot trying to take our order. He asked multiple times what we wanted when we kept saying the same answer. they were making the food as we were talking so we had to wait five minutes in between each order. we got our food super late. The shakes weren't filled. all the SpongeBob items on their menu they were out of and when we tried to order one, they were gonna charge us the same price for no toy ingredients that would normally be in it. they didn't take the time to change the menu and they left all the stuff that they didn't have up. and the food taste mediocre and raw read more

Rudest people I've ever encountered in a customer service setting. I have a lot of respect for people doing this job. I know it's not easy but there's no excuse to treat people the way they do. They were NOT busy. They had maybe 2 cars in the drive through. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and 6 different people walked past me and ignored me. I finally asked if someone could take my order as I see 2 girls taking their time and laughing together about something. I asked to speak to the manager and she was immediately defensive and gave me a dirty look and said "it's not illegal for people to laugh while they're working." All I said is the employees should acknowledge a customer but she said that's how they work here. No apology and then she just walked away. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common experience but hopefully they learn. It doesn't cost anything to be kind to people. read more

Extremely expensive and extremely dry, Honestly I don't know why anyone would go here when their burgers are the same price as like an actual restaurant's burgers but a fraction of the quality. The food is ok but generally worse than most other resturants/fastfood. read more

If I was able to give this location ZERO stars I would! Despite it all I was polite but did not receive this in return. I not only had unbelievably rude service by the person in the drive through, I was not told this location was out of toys for the kids meal nor was I offered a replacement option for it. It took 15 min in from the moment I got into line with 2 cars in front of me for me to then order and physically be handed my food, I was annoyed but I would have let it go. I ordered my meal and my daughters meal , with her meal I asked for a soda instead of the milk or juice it comes with. When I got to the window to pay I handed the employee $16 cash and instead of counting it he asked me if it was $16 exactly and I replied yes, my order was $15.98. I understand how it sounds and it shouldn't be a huge deal over $0.02 but imagine if they did this to every single customer, it sounds crazy but it all adds up. I was handed two burger king hats (which are free), and a small soda that I thought was my daughters drink, then a few more minutes later I was handed her meal and then mine. When I said I still needed the diet Coke I ordered with my food he looked at me and said "I thought I already handed it to you", I told him I have my daughters but I never got mine. He gave me another one saying I never ordered her soda for the drink (I did, its on my receipt, and even though he thought I didn't order it he still didn't originally give a drink with her meal such as a milk or juice. So if I hadn't said anything I wouldn't have gotten anything with her meal. After leaving my daughter opened her meal and asked me where her toy was, I took her box to look into it and there was no toy or a cookie. So, lets recap, she got chicken nuggets, a fry, no cookie, no toy and would not have gotten a drink if I hadn't said anything. I called back to the store and asked to speak to a manager because it is easier to do that right off the bat, I worked in retail and know it is up to the manager to approve anything. I was met with short, rude, and snarky responses. He said "Yep I am the manager right now, we are the only ones allowed to answer the phones." I told him the problem and his response was, "I told you we don't have any toys at all in our building and you would be able to replace it with a cookie", I responded with " I was nerve told any of this nor was I offered a cookie in place of a toy." and he said " well, we don't have any toys so I don't know what you want me to do". I told him I would like the store manager to call me back, he told me she was on vacation and would call me back in a few days. I asked if he wanted me to leave my number because he went radio silent, and his response was," only if you want her to call you back". WOW just wow!! I have not received a call back from this store manager nor have I received any response back from the corporate office I contacted. This all happened on 12/21/25 at 1pm and today is 1/6/26. Still no response at all. At this point I do not want anything from then since I will absolutely never be back to Burger King. This whole visit was probably the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I do not and will not ever recommend this specific location ever to anyone, I highly recommend upper management or franchisee owners look into this because some of the other feedback I have read is similar and I doubt loosing customers is good for business. read more

Getting off of work, we stop by to get a late night bite, as usual, but tonight we get to the drive through and a rude voice announces "we are currently closed" no sorry, no explanation. They are supposed to be open till 12am and claimed to be closed at 10:30pm. I could understand if they had maintenance or something was broken or they are just short staffed. This is a junk food place so I don't expect much. I don't normally eat here but I was on the way to help take care of my elderly father and I only had $3 in my wallet. Really had to eat because I had a to take an ibuprofen for a nasty migraine due to the smoke and air quality. Anyways so I had to eat something in my car. I ordered a cheeseburger. It was a mess of mustard and ketchup all over the wrapper, the outside of the wrapper and all over the outside of the bun. If I could give this place a half of a star I would. The service is awful. You are treated with nothing but an excuse, you have wait ungodly amount of time for food when you order through the drive through. Like I came here for fast food not slow food, if I wanted to wait for crappy food I would have went and sat at the equivalent to BK. The last several orders from here have been missing food. Just as an example tonight I order two the $5 meals that come with a burger, fries, nuggets and a small drink. I did not receive either of the nuggets!!!!!!! That was my kids dinner!!!!!! The lady Abby comes out and tells me oh sorry we have had like 30 orders and I said I don't care it's been the last 5 times we have been here and something is always missing. This is my oldest daughter's favorite place to eat. The problem? It is slow. SLOOOOOOOW. Wait times in the drive-thru can easily exceed 20 minutes and inside the store can be even longer. I usually see several people cooking the food but it takes a very long time to get the food out to the customer. I dread having to go there because any other food I've purchased is going to be stone cold by the time I get home to eat because BK took so long. Their ability to make what was ordered is usually pretty good. Much more often than not they make the food as it was ordered. The service from the staff is usually pretty good; the people taking your food order inside are polite and apologetic that their good takes so long to make Much like McDonald's McFlurry machines, the Icee machines at BK are always broken (they call it "defrosting".) You can go in right at opening and they are down. There is about a 15% chance (little over 1 out every 8 times) that you can get a Coke Icee and about 1 in 4 that you can get a cherry Icee. Of the last 6 times I was there, not once was their machine working and I went at different times of the day each time. There also isn't standardized pricing for their food. We get the same thing every time, so i should pay the same every time. We like to get 1 or 2 cheeseburgers (the only difference in our order is 1 or 2 burgers), a large fry, and a large Icee. They have a cheeseburger meal that they can make a "large size". They can also ring up everything individually. In theory those should be the only ways it can be ordered, but I have been given 7 different totals for this order depending on who was ringing it up. I kept a few of the receipts at one point so I could ask about it and the staff -- who was already trying to keep it all together because they were busy -- didn't know why the totals were all different. I think I brought them 4 different receipts. So sometimes I pay more and sometimes less for the exact same food. So basically the staff is hamstrung by the poor cooking and mechanical processes. I'm sure they want the food to go out faster and to be able to provide the entire menu at all times and it isn't possible here. I still buy food from BK because my oldest loves it, but I literally cringe every time she requests it because it is going to likely be a 20 minute venture with no Icee. read more

The entire cafe was filthy. The drink machine and the surrounding counter were sticky and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a millennia. Got a classic crispy chicken extra cheese at the drive thru on W. 11th in Eugene near Fred Meyer for $6.29. My first impression was that it was 90% breading and 10% chicken. By the second bite, i noticed a funky taste that you can get from deep frying different foods in the same oil or the oil was old. I called the manager and told him the sandwich tasted weird and he said the oil was changed yesterday, but he acknowledged that they do cook various foods in the same oil. He refused to do anything about it. Perhaps he should have offered me something else or give me some money back, He refused to do anything about it. He said he was the manager, but if he was he was not very helpful. I guess I have to find another burger joint because this food tasted nasty. It's not even fit to give my dog.Burger King you should up your game because their are so many other places to choose from that care about the customer's experience. We normally don't go to Burger King but it was early and the closet place for fast food before hitting the road. We ordered the two breakfast croissant meals and a Whopper. (I am not a fan of breakfast food) the lady at the window was disheveled and seemed frustrated they would have to make something that probably wasn't already sitting out. So she asked us to go around to the front. After 15 minutes she brought the food out to the car. As we were driving away we realized the croissants were hard and cold, the hash browns tasted like they were reheated, and the burger was burnt and covered in nothing but mustard. They are rude, and will make it extremely apparent that they do not want to be there. They talk loudly about how much they don't want to be there. This might be the worst fast food / restaurant I've ever been to, period. I've been here three times, once through the drive through which was okay but the other two times being stupidly bad experiences. Ordered fries to go at one point, quick and simple, grabbed and go, got a few miles out and realized they tossed like 20 packets of ketchup in the bag and no fries... Will agree with most of the other reviews. Waited so long to place our order that their app timed out and I had to start all over again. That's over 15 minutes just to order, they only have one cash register. Then another 15 minutes to get order. Tables were filthy. We do like most Burger Kings but for some reason the ones in the Eugene area are not good. Saw 5 people walk out and many were complaining. The Burger King company needs to inspect and find out what is wrong here. Had the Impossible Burger and it was very good. Also had the $1 Taco, looked nothing like they show on TV and was only about 1/2 full. It tasted like a 1 week, reheated, taco shell. I placed an order for three items using the app. I ended up waiting just over 12 minutes in the drive-through behind only one car. When I got home I realized that I was missing one item and gotten one of the other items incorrect. I sent an email using the app and letting them know they made a mistake on the order. I was told I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. I received a reply back in 17 minutes with an apology and an offer to refund the order. That completely made up for everything! I'm a fast food fanatic. Love Burger King. This one is incredible. Always nice. Good food, and specials. I would always take a $5 burger then go down town and spend &20 on a so called burger that don't even fill a slider bun. Any way one complaint. Ya have to red this to the end please. Horrible! Went through drive thru. Soft drinks had no ice and are flat! Fries cold and unfit to eat. Whopper with added cheese was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Asked for ketchup while ordering and was told to remind them at the pick up window. Between paying, trying to put change somewhere while drinks are waiting next to my face and the bag of food I somehow neglected to "remind" them of my need for ketchup...maybe that's something they should ask each customer???? We came through the drive thru tonight, we were parked at front of building for 13 minutes when they told us it would be 3 minutes for a chicken Jr. When the food finally came, the chicken Jr was not even hot and the order was missing nuggets, fries, one of the 2 chicken Jr's we ordered and the juice box with the kids meal.
