I had never had Carl Jrs burgers before. So new to them. I ordered a sourdough double star... it looked really good in the menu. Just the sandwich since I am trying to be halfway good! Service at the ordering area was great... smiling even though very busy. Ate the burger when I got home... and it was ok... typical fast food burger (seems like so many of them all taste the same?) I didn't bother with pictures, since they never look like the pictures in the ads and on the menu. read more

This is the nicest Carl's Jr I've ever seen and the customer service was top notch. The restaurant was very clean. They have a charger bar. I've never seen that in any other restaurant. The staff was so friendly. They greeted us before we got to the counter and said goodbye on our way out. They food was prepared with care and wasn't just slapped together. Very slow service, especially in drive thru. Wrong order on a couple of occasions. Today will be my last visit to this establishment. As I walked into the building there was a giant cockroach clinging to the wall near the door. My food had mold all over it. The manager on duty apologized and gave me a refund. Their customer service isn't bad, but the people preparing the food need to find a new line of work outside the food industry. Just really awful. read more

Dining room is filthy. Management is allowing homeless people to loiter in the restaurant. As a result the entire place smells of urine and foul body odor. Garbage and luggage strewn about while several tables and chairs are occupied with detritus and filth. read more

I just want to give a shout out to the employees of this store. They were one of the few places that were open with the recent snow and they were swamped. Many of the employees did not have an easy trip to get into work and they were busting their humps to get the customers served. All the time apologizing to people for having to wait. Came in to try the new sliders, came out disappointed. They look sooooo big on the commercial, so we knew they'd be tiny. But not this tiny. The triple wasn't even 3 inches tall! And we got the two double $5 meal, asked for no onions, and that was a rip too. We get home, and there's onions on the sliders! I have been sick through the Holidays so it was my guys turn to feed us. He wanted fast, and some what decent so we went with Carl's! Huge mistake! Most any time I have gone to this location they do not get the order right! When you ask for no onion, I think they think you can just pick it off, and you will be okay!!!! Hate to be the one to tell you employee's here at Carl's jr that some people actually request no onion on things because they have a true allergy, and just picking them off will not work because it has already been tainted with onion juices!!! A few days ago my guy got us food, and I was not able to eat because not only did my burger have onions on it, he also ordered chicken strips so I went to eat some of those...they looked like they were someone's thrown away strips!!! I should have taken a picture!! I could not believe what I was looking at!! It looked as if it had been dropped, and just thrown several time before being served. They were crumbled in lord knows how many more pieces than what really should have been there!!! It was a 5 piece!!! Not sure I want to ever return here again!!! read more

The drive through spokesperson at around 10:20 on 1/2/20 needs to chill out and let people order there food or even give them a chance to check out the menu before rushing them through. I worked in a fast food drive through for many years and can understand it may be frustrating to multi task but there's no reason to make the customer feel so rushed, I didn't even get to order what I really wanted because I felt so pressured. read more

Well, I LOVE their teriyaki burger that's what I ALWAYS order, so when I say I went a #6 (which was what the sign said was a teriyaki burger) I expect to get a damn teriyaki burger NOT a Big Carl! So I go in and tell them they make the wrong burger, I told them which one I got and they made anther one. BUT this time they gave me JUST THE PATTY, BUN, LETTUCE AND CATUP!
