Finally got the nerve to come in. Massive nonstop drive through with clerks outside working the line of cars... holy cow. Ah, inside is so much nicer. We didn't realize it at first, but there is a corridor going between a section of booths that is supposed to be the service queue. Thankfully it was POLITELY pointed out by the more familiar patrons, so we got in line. The menu is an easy read, nothing complicated here and the staff is very friendly, and apparently very aware that we were newbies here, all in good natured chat, this place is starting to feel very friendly. Placing our orders we take a booth and there are flowers in vases on the tables! Looking around, this place is very clean, like REAL clean. There is even staff that hang out in the middle of the dining room looking around. When they see a patron leave, the staff grabs some kind of wipes and wipe down the table that was just vacated. The feeling here is that this is an elevated food establishment. Like a crossover between a full service restaurant and a grab-and-go place. A cheerful individual brings us our tray and makes it seem like he was glad to do so. This is so different from the energy outside that gives the appearance of a 3 lane highway during a traffic jam with staff working the line. However, while we are sitting there eating we do see the line moving along not too slowly. The parking for dine-in was plentiful and the interior is also well lit as well as very clean. The food is good. The chicken is hot and moist, lettuce and tomatoes cool and fresh. I don't like pickles so that was no problem to leave off. The fries are like round waffles. Everything you'd imagine the first day of a chik-fil-a opening! While it was crazy busy, workers did their best in making sure everyone received the correct order and were calm as much as possible. 2nd time in the last 30 days having breakfast here (which is my favorite bfast place) And the quality just seems so lazy. I reached out to the team through the app about my first bad experience to keep it private but after having another, I needed some other perspectives.. Last time the food was undercooked and soaked in oil. This time, my parfait (that i asked for the fruit seperate for my daughter), they gave me a medium sized full cup of yougurt, THREE tiny blueberries & ONE full strawberry (just cut into 4 pieces) lol.. $5.09 I asked for the fruit seperate bc my daughter is getting used to yogurt but like... We finally made it to the new Chick- Fil-A. Yay! My husband and I have been wanting to come here since they opened. The service was quick and friendly. I've been a fan of the chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich over the years and like some of their sauces especially the Sweet and Sour Sriracha. Perhaps it is due to the newness of the location and the store's footprint, but, it is tight and crowded. The ambiance was lacking and was pretty sterile. The necessary signage was small and hidden behind the masses of people waiting to order. We ordered through the app due to the massive lines and it took about 25 minutes to get our sandwiches but the food was excellently prepared. The staff have a steep learning curve to climb before this location will become successful. They can definitely get there, it just might be a while. We will be back but perhaps we'll wait a while as they work out the kinks and the excitement dies down. read more

Beautiful new building, we went opening day. The drive thru (even with how long the line was) was way quicker than expected! The employees were calm and very friendly. I opted for the dine in, although I think the wait time would have been about the same. Lines were long no matter which I chose. If you have ever been to a Chick-fil-A you know they usually keep the lines moving. So it's not that big of a deal unless you want to be a complete Karen. I got my usual #3 which is the nuggets, with fruit, and a drink. It would have been nice if I checked my bag before leaving. I didn't receive my fruit cup. I was looking forward to it too. I guess next time. I also really like their honey mustard sauce. It's so good. I usually also get their diet lemon aid. I didn't this time. Went lunch time last week! Lots of people . Ate inside. It was super clean and staff was quick to clean tables. Customer service was a breath of fresh air! Lines moved very fast, even watched the drive thru at our booth. Well oiled machine in just a few days of operation! Had the spicy chicken and the hubs had chicken tenders. Sooooooooo good! I thought I give breakfast a chance, because I like the chicken sandwich. Boy was I wrong. The bowl with bacon and eggs and potatoes was mediocre at best, it came with a drink and I wanted coffee and requested decaf, the girl at counter said they don't serve decaf, I ask if she could suggest to have some available and could she tell the manager my suggestion, she said she was one, I couldn't tell if she was, she dressed like all of the employees and her name tag said otherwise. Amazing food, best chicken I've ever had! Right when we pulled up to the window in the drive thru we didn't have to wait a second, they were there immediately with our food. I had the worst chick fil a experience i've ever had, first off the guy in front of me was adding to his order and instead of moving him up and taking his order further up the line to allow the second lane to continue merging they kept him there causing huge delay the other line was moving way faster, then when i finally got my order which was already getting cold i had to drive all the way back to chick fil a when i realized they didn't give me any sauces and now ill be eating my cold food. very disappointing read more

Barely any wait. Excellent chicken sandwich. Friendly helpful and patient staff. Cleanest fast food place in lane county. Fries are top tier with their signature sauce. Peppermint shake was an awesome winter treat. Came back for breakfast chicken and biscuits and that was even better. People complain about the location due to traffic but even with the construction next door the wait both times was 15 minutes tops. The chic fil a team here is absolutely killing it. read more

The food was amazing as always, but the service was horrible! I've never had a bad experience at a chick fil a, until today. Laurel was taking payments and handing the food out. Didn't acknowledge me once when I came up, asked me what my name was when I was the only one in the drive through at the time. I had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with waffles fries. Both were delicious. I used the honey mustard sauce on both my fries and sandwich. The sauce was tasty but it was hard to spread on the sandwich because of its thickness. The seating areas were dirty. I didn't see anyone wipe down the tables or the seats. Am normally a huge fan of chic fil a but went for lunch on Monday, ordered a salad and sandwich meal in the drive thru, for some reason I was the only vehicle asked to pull aside and wait for my food, counted 32 vehicles that got their food and drove past us, then with no explanation and our food finally handed to us, everything was cold.
