Honestly pretty impressed with service, how accurate my order was and how fresh my food was. Was probably the best Burger King I have had. Tried their new onion rings and was happy with that item. We had a few customizations in our order and they got everything right. We really enjoyed our visit driving through and were happy with the quality and freshness of the food at this Burger King location. As someone who doesn't go to fast food often I was very happy with it. The young woman who was working tonight was very nice. This place is not what I expect from BK .many issues this year , this time I ordered 2 whopper meal which burger was cold cheese not even partially melted chocolate shake the first one was so thick and the chocolate syrup was on top of the vanilla ice cream . I requested another and it seemed to be a bit of a problem so a third employee made an attempt which was a fail , it was loaded with chocolate something to the point it tasted bitter like cocoa and a chalky texture. The employees seem to be bothered most of the time when I request personal preference on my burger . And they close and lock the doors early and random including while I was reaching g for the door at 8 pm on a Saturday recently. read more

For some reason, I always end up ordering chicken fries here. Perhaps it's because they're easy to eat while driving. Anyways, the onion rings have been on the off side for quite some time now. While I'm happy to get some grub before the Cardsound Road, I don't necessarily appreciate stale fried foods with my order. It is easy to pull over and eat your food before driving off but when your food is only halfway good then the experience dwindles a bit. I do like to use the app for deals redeemable through the drive through but at times it becomes a challenge so I just order the regular route. A whopper jr. (without pickles) is usually my favorite burger to order unless I'm in a chicken sandwich mood. Like I said, the chicken fries are my usual order at this specific location and the sides need to be more freshly served in order to get a higher ranking from me. read more

Went here yesterday for a quick lunch. I ordered online but couldn't figure out how to add sauces using the online app. Val attended me at the drive thru. Val is the sweetest , most caring , humble person I have ever met. We had some small talk and she got me my order as well as the sauce I wanted all while smiling and having a good attitude. I've been here numerous times and Val definitely stood out to me with her great attitude and friendly smile. Terrible service. Drive thru took 45 minutes for 5-6 cars. I am not coming to you for your quality food, it's supposed to be FAST food.

My wife had order chicken fries thru the telecom and when we went to pay the chicken fries was not there so we ask the person to please add to the order and the manager of the location came out and was rude as hell saying that she can't add it because the line was too big and we told that it was not our fault that the person taking the order did not put it on the system and the manager proceed to be rude and yelled at us. It was a horrible experience and our kids were in the car. The manager should get demoted or fire for being rude. read more

The employees gave every indication that they didn't give a darn about the work, the products or their employer. Everyone that knows me knows I have noooo time for fast food especially Burger King maybe when I was younger lolol!! I was starving and was ready to eat whatever stop was next. I was on my way to Gilberts and decided to use the bathroom before I got on the road and decided to order some chicken fries and a coke. The line was foreverrrrrrr long and they had a bunch of people working but looked like they had no time to be there and were waiting to get out. The manager just looked around and looked at the line and didn't ask any one to open another register.. (Don't understand why?!?!) When I finally got my food and filled up cup with coke zero it tasted incredibly flat. Im going to give this place 2 stars just because i enjoyed my chicken fries that I had to wait for but enjoyed while driving. This location takes your order at the drive through then makes you back up from the window- I assume there's a timer they are defeating- then they have you pull up and pay then immediately ask you to pull up further and bring your food out. After finally placing order, 2 chicken sandwiches & drink, got drink and waited 20 more min. Checked time on ticket. One sandwich done. What? Woman who took order said, it will be 5 or 6 more min. Neat outdoor play place away from the building. Great for kids to get out and stretch after a long drive through the Keys. The folks are nice, and the food is what you'd expect. Three stars is the best I usually give for a fast food joint, as I am not "a fan" of any fast food, so consider this two thumbs up. read more
