The food here was delicious! I kinda wish I didn't fill up on the appetizers! The restaurant definitely had a Texan feel to it. Definitely a lot of western decor. Our server wasn't that great it felt as if he was rushing us to order and to eat.

5 stars Came by today with my daughter and had the best service from our waiter, Chace B. Chace was amazing super friendly, greeted us right away, and even struck up a fun conversation about music. He made our visit extra special. The food at LongHorn is usually good, but today stood out because of his great service. Truly enjoyed our time highly recommend asking for Chace if you stop by the homestead location.

Can't go wrong with longhorn. Food is always a hit. I love their New York strip, it's delicious. Service is great, always get seated quickly, never have to wait too long.

Very clean and cute western decor! We had to wait a little to sit, even though it was an empty restaurant. Maybe they were a little understaffed? Our waiter was very friendly. We started with a regular salad with honey mustard dressing and the strawberry salad. The regular garden salad was very good (loved the homemade croutons) but we didn't like the strawberry salad. It tasted a bit tart instead of sweet, and could use more dressing. For the mains we both had the ribeye (one bone in one bone out). I ordered mine with the parmesan crust. Unfortunately they forgot about the parmesan crust, so the chef brought me some on the side. Im kind of glad though, because it would have been way too much and too cheesy. The steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature but the seasoning is a little bit too much and too salty. We both had the fire roasted corn of the side which was very good and again very cheesy. I would definitely come back for another ribeye again.

Well, it's a big box chain of restaurants, not much to say. I gave it 4 stars because they were opened on the 4th of July 2023. So the food was ok, not much to rave about. We ordered a starter with shrimp served with Jalapeños(it was not bad) but didn't blow me away. Then came our main course (long Horne Stake) mine was under cooked and over seasoned my wife's Stake was over cooked. The service was ok it was fast. As it go's for the ambiance, it was as expected country music in the background.

Okay, I'm not big on chain restaraunts AT ALL, but we've been here a few times with our family, and they've been consistent. The waiters and waitresses are always friendly and ready to fix any issues regarding our order, I appreciate service with a smile.

The rodizio (continuous tableside meat service) is spectacular. Every single cut of meat that came to our table was perfectly seasoned, incredibly juicy, and cooked exactly to order. The picanha (sirloin cap) was a absolute standout--melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The garlic beef and bacon-wrapped chicken were also huge crowd-pleasers. The salad bar/hot bar has a fantastic variety of fresh options, traditional Brazilian sides (the cheese bread / pão de queijo is dangerously addictive), and authentic dishes that pair perfectly with the meats. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, having a date night, or just want to treat yourself to an epic feast, Flama delivers on every level. Fantastic food, warm atmosphere, and stellar service. We are so lucky to have a spot of this caliber in Homestead. We will definitely be back!

It is pristine and clean inside. Very comfortable seating. Water is served to the table in an old whisky bottle which is a neat touch. They start you off with a bowl of chicharron. We started off with the queso frito, soft delicious cubes of cheese. What makes it is the honey drizzle on top. delightful.. We also had the salmon lunch special and the fried fish sandwich. The salmon was so tasty and so was the asparagus! The size of the fish is a little small, but hey, it's a lunch portion. I loved the balsamic drizzle. The fish sandwich was a great size and was tasty. It comes with the croquette of the day. today's was spinanch and cheese. I would like to return on a night where they have the live music to try their cocktails, or maybe one of their salads because they look good!

We got a sampler platter that included some croquetas, plantain chips, tamal, fried pork chunks, and fried shrimp. Zero complaints about anything! So so good. My main was the Sopa de Res, which was a hearty soup. The serving size was gigantic. I actually took most of it back with me and it made two more meals. There were lots of root vegetables, slow cooked beef still on the bone, a side of rice and corn. My dad got a huge Cuban sandwich that he also ate on for days and my mom had empanadas, which I finished off for a third meal. We also went back for pie. That was ok - it was extremely rich and kind of pricy at $13 a slice. I also tried their Cortadito and took it to go. Great coffee as well. Highly, highly recommend eating here. The decor is fun and the wait staff super nice and patient with all our questions. They also have a separate ice cream shop across the parking lot.

My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich with French fries cooked to perfection in clean oil, and I had grilled chicken (pechuga à la Blanche) with beans, rice, and sweet plantain, along with cilantro sauce. The portion sizes are very generous and we each had leftovers for another whole meal. We will definitely be back! I also appreciated that the suggested tip amount started at 15%. We left more, but too many restaurants have the suggested tip amounts much too high. Do look at the menu item pricing, as some dishes were $75+. It may have been due to portion size as well as ingredients.

We attended Schnebly's Mother's Day brunch and left extremely disappointed…read more Our group spent over $350 expecting a premium holiday brunch experience based on the advertising, but unfortunately it did not come close to meeting expectations. The food quality was underwhelming for the price. Buffet stations were frequently empty and took a long time to be refilled. The chicken paella was so salty it was nearly inedible, and the fried chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the food felt more comparable to a basic hotel breakfast buffet than a $65-per-person Mother's Day event. Service was also lacking. Our waiter rarely checked on our table, and we repeatedly had to get up and seek assistance ourselves. Several aspects of the event felt misleading. There was no clear indication during booking that the event would primarily be outdoors. We were seated in one of the elevated booths in the back where the fans provided very little airflow, making it uncomfortable. The advertised "live music" consisted of a single performer who was barely audible from our table. To add to the disappointment, the waterfall walkway was closed, which was one of the features we were most looking forward to enjoying while visiting the property. The only bright spots were the woman working at the front, who was kind and professional, and the employee at the omelet station, who was friendly and attentive. We chose Schnebly's for a special Mother's Day celebration because we had high expectations for both the venue and the experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling that the event did not deliver the quality, service, or value that was advertised. I also reached out directly to management regarding these concerns and, as of the time of this review, have not received a response.
