I arrived to pick up a doordash order and was waiting quite a while, the manager i think she was at least and she was yelling at the girl that was trying to do everything take peoples orders, pack orders, ect. And instead of helping her she yelled at her, the employees dont wear gloves while handling food, the cooks dont wear belts to keep their pants up and one guys pants was on his knees with his boxers showing, service was terrible, but i can see theyre trying. read more

Went there on a Friday night (7:30 PM). We could see staff inside and one of them even saw us as we were trying to open the locked doors... sign on the doors said they were open until 11 PM. So... it's unclear why they locked up at 7:30 with no signage saying they needed to close early? I get places are short staffed, but really? Just say so! Watching us as we were trying to open the locked doors was rude. Just sucks because they have a really great impossible burger and we were really looking forward to treating ourselves. Food is subpar. The service is FAR less than exemplary. When I entered to pick up my order, we were greeted with less than welcoming staff. We stated our business to pick up our order and then as we waited for them to compete it, a rude older looking woman pointed at our order receipt and said "That's fucking ridiculous" and then she stormed off to the kitchen saying "they used all our meet" :( boo hoo. We ordered an "ultimate wrap party" which includes 2 whoppers and 4 wraps. There's no reason that order should have used all their meat and if it did it's simply poor planning on their part. What would they do if a larger family came in and got a bigger order? The younger employees were quite lovely but I can not say the same for the older ones. The restaurant is also quite dirty but that's typically average for a fast food restaurant in this area. Can not say I recommend unless you're going to be ordering less than 3 items otherwise you might buy out their entire supply of food so they'd have to make more. read more

Service was as you would expect for a Burger King. I prefer to go thru the drive thru because the inside of the store can be a bit messy. I had my food served by a girl named Whitney and she was very sweet and smiled and gave a very genuine greeting. She shows great customer service and you can tell she enjoys her job. I wish it was possible to give zero stars. This place has gone from bad to worse. I was in a line at the drive thru Saturday morning and I placed an order on the app. No cars moved for several minutes. Turns out no one showed up for work. We were all waiting in a non blocked drive thru with a working menu board. My credit card was charged I obviously didn't get my order. It took three days to get my money back. I had to do all the work. Burger King couldn't even take the time to reach out and admit the error. It makes you wonder if this is how they need to increase profit. read more

This is my absolute favorite fast food place!!! The food is always hot and made exactly how I like it!! Plus the drink machine inside is amazing and they have Hi Orange which is my personal favorite. As I am writing this terrible review, Inam trying to call this Burger King. The phone is ringing and ringing and ringing. After about 3 to 5 minutes someone finally answered my call. We had just left the drive thru and had ordered two sandwiches and a medium fry to the tune of almost $13.00. Of course when we got home we had just one sandwich and the fry. When I finally got someone to answer the phone the associate, Nick seemed inconvenienced by my call and complaint. He said I could come and get the missing sandwich, but it is now 8:00 pm and I am not going out again. This was our supper. We were the only ones at the drive thru so it surely was not busy. Awful. The employees smoke by the drive thru sign, while 1 employee is in the restaurant. The drive thru window is so disgusting, it has not been cleaned in days, it's smeared you can obviously see its dirty. I do not suggest eating in or going through the drive thru window. Today, I ordered a bunch of things for delivery. A large bacon double cheeseburger meal, a blt chicken jr, an 8 piece mozzarella sticks and 2 chocolate chip cookies... Of that order the only thing that was delivered was the drink that came with the meal. I contacted burger king and was told I needed to contact doordash. I contacted DoorDash and was told that I needed to contact burger king. I wanted fresh cinabons but employee told me they aren't trained in making them and they have been under cooking them as of late. That was the main reason I went was to get a cinabon. Went through the drive through and ordered a number 8 with a small coke. I got to the window and paid for my meal. I never received a receipt and when they came with my food, I got the meals for the vehicle behind me. Then a person that may have been a manager came to the window and said my order was deleted from the system. She even mentioned that It looks like I didn't even pay for anything so I said, "then who's meal did I pay for because I paid for something". She asked me how much the total was and when I told her, she said, "that's about what your meal is", and then had to leave because she had to get to the bank. I guess customer service is not her forte. I waited a total of 18 minutes at the window while other vehicles were piling up behind me. I finally got my food and was asked about my drink, which I never received, and I told them I don't have time to wait for my drink because I now only have 12 minutes to get back to work. As a rule, I don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants. This one is so bad I actually feel a duty to warn others off. Asked for two hot dogs at the drive thru. I was asked to pull around after paying because it was going to be a couple minutes. Almost immediately the food is brought out. I get back on the highway and discover the hot dogs are stone cold. Now I'm hungry, so I force the first one down, and it's really not good. You know, you really have to work to screw up a hot dog, but screw it up they did. I had a bite of the second one, and I just couldn't take it, it went in the trash when I got home. I've been to this Burger King several times, and while never stellar it's been acceptable.
