Terrible service and I only found out 30 miles down the road after drinking my shake (which was right) Called in and was promptly compensated. Welcoming warmness at ordering, friendly workers bringing your food, checking on you and removing your tray. This caring is so awesome. Free newspapers. Lots of help yourself condiments available if you need more or different types of mustards. So one walks in, orders, pay, fill up your drinks, place your order # placard on your table for them to deliver and then enjoy your meal. It's good fast food. It's special because they have broccoli and cheese. Also they are known for their custards/cement shakes and sundaes. I loved their chili supreme. Love their fall deco in and out. Food is as expected from this chain, good but the price reflects this. Besides being what I would consider over priced the roof leaks at the ordering station from the vent during tonight's storm. When I asked to order at the other register the server took one step to her left and said I can't control that. Then to pay I needed to again be in the leaky water to use the cc payment. The vents also leak in the dining room tonight! For the price of the food they can control the rainwater leak. read more

I have a new favorite burger - the sourdough melt. This isn't new at Culver's but I've never tried it before. Sourdough bread, grilled onions, cheddar cheese- and the always delicious butterburger - what's not to love? They could do better with cleanup. There was a table on which someone had left their garbage and it wasn't cleaned off the entire time we were there. I wanted to try the flavor of the day which was the Dulce de Leche cheesecake. I asked for a taste and was given a very generous spoonful of it (delicious!). read more

Always the best service at eureka Culver's. The owners are very nice and the staff is well trained. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

Culver's is famous for their butter burgers and for good reason, they are dam good! They have great burgers, hot dogs, crinkle cut fries, onion rings and delicious shakes. The burgers are always juicy, hot and fresh. The onion rings and shakes are also tops too. This location has a drive through and although they usually give you a number and ask you to pull ahead, the wait has always been very short despite being very busy. They do have outdoor seating so for 8 months of the year you can eat outside and enjoy the weather. Unless you desire to visit an expensive steak house, you will be hard pressed to find a better burger. Enjoy! read more

If you want a really great butter burger, go to Culver's. Last time I was here, they had a problem with the fryers and couldn't make my fries. The manager gave me a coupon for a free value basket. I got a triple bacon and cheddar burger. Boy, was that good. Great place to eat, and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!!! read more

This location gave me severe food poisoning. I was passing through town on my way home from a holiday vacation and decided to pick up some food. I had a regular cheeseburger. About 4 hours later right before I had arrived home, my stomach started turning. Shortly thereafter, I had a horrible case of food poisoning (I will spare the details). It was so bad that I almost called an ambulance. I asked the rest of my family if anyone had gotten sick after our family get together and all of them were well. Culvers was the only thing different that I ate. I will never eat at any Culvers again. read more

I haven't ordered here in a couple months because of the stuff they pull and I went today and just like before nothing changed. Every time they mess up the order without fail. Ordered a fish with no tartar sauce and they put it on because they can't read, I worked for a while when I was younger in fast food and I thought being able to read was required. They put all the food in a bag where it can't even close and it's all ripped plus the manager that we called seemed to not even be bothered her crew can't even read a slip properly. Every time and just another reason why I don't come back again. I gave them another chance and screwed it. Can't remember the last time this store got my order right. Don't get me wrong, Culver's has good food, but they need to make it right first. read more
