Prepare to wait for a significant amount of time unless you're going to the bar. There is no indoor seating at all for the waiting area and my grandmother was very uncomfortable. They have heat lamps for when it's cool outside but I suggest some type of shades to cover the area when it's warm. The sun sets hitting directly on the outside waiting area. The staff was really kind and our food didn't take long to come at all. My grandmothers steak was cooked just slightly above her request but she ate most of it. The blooming onion was so good! Better than that other place I won't mention. My mom's catfish was seasoned and hot. She was so pleased. And I love the critters and house salad. All together, this wasn't a horrible experience. Just see some things that can be improved. I'd definitely come back. I mean, who can resist those rolls?!

Great Food and service! I want to give 4.5 stars. The only reason it isn't a 5 is they were short a cook and it took a while for the dood to come out. Luckily the rolls came out fast and there are peanuts on the table (now in bags). Once it came the food was terrific. My steak was a perfect tender medium well. Spouses burger same. Kid had the Chicken Critters (batter dipped chicken tenders) and Sweet potato for her side and some veggies. My steak sides were skin on real mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon. YUM! No room for deserts. PRO TIP: Get the app. Then use the "Join the waitlist" and save the long wait time. It will let you know how long and give the option to cancel. Didn't check in? Keep reading. SOLDIER & Time Constraint TIP: If you didn't get on the waitlist via the app, head for the bar. You may be able to sit immediately. Allergic to Peanut? NOT for you, sorry. Beverages: Sodas, Lemonade, etc and full bar. Restrooms: Clean, but peanut shell crumbs... Kids Menu: Yes Pick up: Yes MyFitnessPal: Yes and the App has up to date Information (always good to verify)

Decent looking restaurant-pretty middle of the road. The food was very salty. Fried pickles were almost unbearably seasoned. Limited draft menu. Expensive for quality. Service was good. Not very clean. Lots of parking.

This was an okay steak place for me. The steak was good, not bad at all, and the service was really friendly and cute at that time. Personally, the cinnamon butter wasn't my favorite, but I enjoyed saving the sweet potato fries as a little dessert. Overall, a decent spot to try!

cactus blossom yummy, but I like the sauce from Outback Stealhouse's onion blossom better. not overpowering with the seasoning, which is a very pleasant surprise. macaroni and cheese was plain and not a stand-out like the menu made it sound to be. not worth the $5 for that small, little, tiny, baby bowl! waitress was nice. I thought that the mandatory hourly dance that they do is super duper cute, too. they did mess up my order a few times, so that is why it is not toooo high. I understand that I came in with 4 guests, but too have my order of a cactus blossom with a side of macaroni and cheese mistaken is... hm. just interesting. handled professionally, but again, no check-ups or updates during the quite long waiting process about where our food was at. I love the bright neon lights with the caricatures of Texan celebrities. so much Texan pride that I am glad that those from that state have a spot on base that could remind them of home. maybe having a highlighted line of the step leading up to the elevated tables would be helpful because so many guests tripping on their way up and hitting themselves on the heightened table :/ again, I enjoyed my time here, but some minor inconveniences that could be easily addressed.

I would say that the food was delicious especially with a good deal of including two sides. It definitely filled me all the way up until later in the day. The service was amazing with the waiter providing us fast service when we asked for rolls. The environment was pretty loud but a good setting given that it wasn't too busy.

We arrived at 5:35 pm on a Saturday, and we waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes for a table-- longer than expected. Food: I appreciate that you can pick your own steak before being seated. We ordered the Texas combo with two sides each. The famous cinnamon butter rolls were freshly baked, and I get why they're so popular--absolutely delicious! Customer Service: The servers were busy with table turnovers, but ours made sure we had everything we needed and checked in regularly. Overall: While the food was enjoyable, the long wait and it not being my usual style make me feel mixed about a return visit.

We sat at the bar. DH got a cold beer and I got white wine. Bartender was nice, but lacked a sense of urgency. We ordered a mushroom and cheese chicken sandwich with green beans and a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Apparently they had run out of cheese, but didn't tell me until they brought out my meal giving me no option to change if I wanted. Steak was cooked well. Mashed potatoes were good but the gravy was not good. We know not to get it next time. Even with three star review, it's a national chain restaurant so you know what you're in for. There are plenty of taxidermy mounts to look at all over the restaurant.

Visited here on 9/17/2025, it's always been a go to spot for us when we visit Washington. Like always the food was prepared excellent, our server was excellent, and the place is always clean. Thank you again Texas Roadhouse for being our go to.

Luckily we got there around 5 and were able to get 4 bar seats. Our server Colin was awesome! He happened to be from San Diego like the rest of us which made for great conversation and attentive service! The Happy hour was not just a good deal but the food was outstanding.... We ordered the oysters, chefs burger (OMG), empanadas (delicious) and the star of the show was the prawn and turf (that sauce and sourdough combo was amazing) Literally counting the days till I'm back, golfing at chambers bay and stopping by asado on the way back.

We got the Lomo ($68) and the Parilla Mixta ($50) with the mashed potatoes and the polenta. The last time we came here, they brought out a delicious complimentary bread but it seems like they don't do that anymore. My boyfriend liked his lomo (filet mignon) and it had a nice sear and the chimichurri and demi glace was delicious. My parilla mixta was yummy but the skirt steak was on the blander side and the sausage was nothing special but I really like the shrimp and the polenta was delicious. Overall everything was fresh and the food came out quick and our waitress was really nice. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we were there but it looked like it was filling up and it is a cute spot for a date night or dinner with friends! It's definitely on the pricier side but we would come back to try their pastas or other dishes!

We came here for my friend's birthday and the vibe was absolutely immaculate!!!! Exactly the kind of energy you want for a special night out. Let's talk about the service: Brian and Jason are absolute legends. They took such good care of us and honestly made the whole experience 10x better. They're attentive, super friendly, and just know how to make you feel like a VIP. The bar has everything you need. Reanee is the sweetest and will customize to your hearts desire ensuring your whistle is wet Now, the food... wow. The chicken is straight-up fire, but the real game-changer is the Lemon Pepper SAUCE. I've only ever had the dry rub before at other spots, but having it as a wet sauce is a total revelation. It's zesty, peppery, and addictive... I'm never going back to dry rub again. Amazing food, killer service, and a great atmosphere. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. Highly recommend!

With the speakeasy theme I can't believe they didn't go with more of a library, big furniture and lots of wood and dark tones vibe.. Classy and jazzy feel. It was so bad that we were tempted to leave. Please please consider redesigning the big space. Now the positive. We ended up stayed and were all glad we did. We all loved the dishes we ordered and the cocktails were fantastic. Service was really good too and super friendly. We enjoyed the food so much that we will be back for sure BUT only to be sat in the speakeasy. When you're paying high prices, the atmosphere is part of the experience. We never felt more taken care for at a restaurant as they truly treat you like valued guests. From the complimentary parking to personalized menus with a card and rose petals celebrating your anniversary. Our server Toshi was an absolute sweetheart and truly made the visit more memorable and wonderful. She would offer suggestions, hold fun conversations and ensure that we got everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Additionally all the staff members here were very professional and polite. The food and drinks are some of the best that my boyfriend and I have ever had that we left no sauces or crumbles on the plate as it was just that good. We got the Tendorloin Diablo, Diver Sea Scallops, Filet Mignon, Filet Mignon Oscar Style, Crab Mac and Cheddar Cheese, and Banana Bread Pudding as well as Guava Press and Melon Press. The complimentary garlic bread was fantastic too, we had to get at least three more orders of it. The meat was absolutely tender, the crab was generous and fresh, mac and cheese was amazing with the homemade pasta, and the scallops were cooked to perfection. Again the sauces truly were the showstoppers with making each bite superb. The presentation here is also fantastic. Our banana bread pudding came with fresh fruit and I wasn't expecting a whole fruit fruit plate with cheese and crackers with an amazing fig jam that paired well with everything. There was also a pianist playing beautiful tunes to make the night even more special with tableside shows going on throughout the restaurant. My boyfriend and I are definitely considering this to be our date night spot as we have never been more impressed with a restaurant that we've visited and we have visited several for dates and anniversaries. One of the best surprises was that you get a cookie when you get your car back and they are baked fresh the day of, and the cookie was also heavenly. Thank you Toshi and El Gaucho for one of the most memorable anniversary dinners and experiences that my boyfriend and I have ever had the pleasures of experiencing.
