This location is normally pretty good. They actually staff their store so most of the time they are quick and efficient. Periodically they go through times of not being able to get on order right. It's not Doordash Fault for the missing order. The store reffuses to deal with the situration. The DQ website has a contract with them but reffuses to deal with customer service. read more

The food was OK had bought four chicken tender boxes asked to have them put in a bag at the drive-through window. The girls said they didn't make bags that big for them and we had to pull around and wait for the food so I asked the little green haired kid. Why didn't they have bags for product so they wouldn't slide all over the place that someone was by themselves he said the delivery people get the big bags and I said why can't customers do the drive-through when they have food like this, he said dealership and I said what did you say and he said never mind. Have a good day and I said no what did you say and he said dealership and I said what do you mean by that and he said do as you will! Very rude and I suggest Dairy Queen get rid of that kid cause you won't have customers with people like that bringing food out and being rude. While it wasn't the worst thing.. it was a bit much, and when you spend almost $8 on ice cream, you usually want something specific. For my first date out since the pandemic, this was very nice. We decided on getting ice cream and we both got a combo burger and fry meal too. I tried their new tolhouse chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and my husband got his go to peanut buster parfait. I would've given a 5 star but there were some dirty tables and they forget to wipe down the chairs when they clean off the tables, plus it looked like a soda was spilt and that just made my shoes sticky. First of all the fries they were fresh not to greasy or soggy the perfect amount of salt and they were not old fries but fresh hot crispy/soft fries but i wish the large fries were a bit bigger and they didn't taste old because sometimes they do taste a bit old also not to mention the fries were golden brown they were yum yum. Also i got a small butterfinger blissard which was creamy smooth and crunchy it felt like a party was going on in my mouth when i took that first bite of my blissard but i wish they had more butterfinger chunks but the flavor and the way it tastes mmh it's the best blissard i have ever had well i have had it before but all the other times i had it it was the best. In general we really don't go to dairy queen but today it was pretty good i had fries and the new rainbow shake taste flavorful well my dad had a burger he really didn't enjoy it he gave that a 2/5 but my mom got the chicken and she gave that a 5/5 stars i gave mine a 10/10 stars because the food and shake was good. I love dairy queen been there since i was little but the fries had stayed the same as always the shake should stay on the menu for good i know it's for a limited time but it would be cool if they had that on the menu like with the other menu items. So my husband went to get blizzards he ordered his then a strawberry cheesecake with cookie dough. As he came to the window they flipped his over he took it then they handed him the other one up right when he said something the guy said oh no we don't technically have to flip them we just do it N shoved the blizzard at him. I'm updating to say this place totally knows how to make a blizzard. Not only that, but... okay, so I'm outing myself. I'm the idiot that always comes through and asks for sprinkles because one of the dairy queens around here has them and I always (always) forget which one it is. I will until the day they all close, I swear, and I try not to but welp. So I ask for sprinkles and they say "oh I'm sorry we don't have those". I ask for m&m's, but they can't put those on the cones. Then the girl on the loudspeaker goes "...You know what! We can totally put a blizzard in a waffle cone!" Holy crap I'm not kidding it's the best thing I've had since cold stone. It is a Delight and had I not been on a seriously hardcore time crunch today I'd have had another. Honestly have never been so annoyed with the customer service anywhere. Today I went in with my family, I patiently waited in line when I noticed some odd things. The employees were not doing anything and were all standing in a circle and chatting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I waited a few more moments. They noticed us looked our way and said nothing. So at this point I politely say "Excuse me?". At this point there is one other family, and then a couple behind us. They look at me then continue talking amongst themselves. I said excuse me, a little louder and irritated this time. Finally someone walks over and I asked them why they are standing back there ignoring the line forming in there store. She ignores my question and asks how can I help you. This angers me, silly I let it bother me but it did. So I say "So you are going to ignore what i just said?" I guess I didn't like her attitude or they way they all looked at me like I was an jerk for interrupting their chat session. And also ignored me completely the first time around.
